Question: Should I stop this relationship? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 09:58 PM PDT First I must say that I am a married person and have a beautiful wife and a 2 year old daughter. But our marriage life has had lots of downs over the past 3 years. The main reason for this has been my wife's sister(She is married). The relationship between me and my wife's sister is bit weird as I think. Over the past 3 years she comes to our place everyday and its always after I came home from work. If she doesn't see me for more than 2 days, she acts as if she hasn't seen me in ages and admits that she want to see me everyday and very open about it (She tells it to my wife too). She flirts a lot and says things like we should exchange our husbands etc...(to my wife). Both my wife and I know that she has a very special place in her heart for me and my wife doesn't like it. I must admit that I feel the someway about her. This issue is ruining our family life. But I'm unable to stop this as she's very special to me. Her husband comes only in weekends and works in outstation. He knows of this and he even doesn't like this. Do you think this is weird and I should stop this? If so please suggest me ways to stop this without hurting her. |

Question: Being pregnant with a non-custodial parent will affect his child support? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 08:01 PM PDT Boyfriend(non-custodial) is having negotiation meeting soon with his ex-girlfriend(never married). I am pregnant with his child and due this summer. Should he mention were expecting as it is an important factor regarding child expenses? His two children live out of state also, are there any tips prior to the conference? He loves his children and by no means is this about shorting on child support. Only want whats fair! Thanks |
Question: He has his old marriage license and pictures? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 07:36 PM PDT My boyfriend has kept pictures from an old husband of hers Only married a year No kids It makes me feel like I'm not as important |
Posted: 27 Mar 2019 06:37 PM PDT My wife is flying into Cali next week because my sister in law is just getting worse and worse with her cancer. Our daughter is 26 and lives at home. She's a teacher and my wife normally drives her to work Monday -Friday because my wife doesn't have to go into work into later on in the day. I can never take her to work as I go in at 3am. My daughter clocks in at 7 am. My daughter doesn't know how to drive yet. We are in the process of trying to teach her how to drive but she's definitely not ready for the real road right now. Her sorry no good boyfriend y'all got onto me about for bashing proves just how worthless he is once again. I told her to ask him to drive her to work on those days and he said he might not be able to because he has to drive his son to work. Also he's hardly working while going to school so he barely even has gas money. And she really thinks that man will be able to take care of her as her husband when she lives here. Ha!!! I told her to ask her friends she has and she said they won't take he either. We live in an extremely small city no public transport. she doesnt have money for ubers or taxis because she doesn't get paid until the end of the month. She said she asked friends but they won't be able to do it because of being in a rush. She also said she has no friends at the school she works at. |
Question: If I'm there for everyone.. Who will be there for me? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 05:46 PM PDT Im lonely. And my wife isn't much help, I absolutely HATE talking to her. |
Question: Florida Probate - Pre-Divorce, Continued Saga? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 03:16 PM PDT My orig question with more backstory from yesterday is here: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20190326234745AA44FAB I found out today that my deceased husband's adult son has been trying for the past 2 yrs to claim my husband's retirement account; he apparently wants to open probate to try to establish himself as heir because they won't give it to him since his death certif lists him as married. I found the account on my own today because he won't tell me where the money is coming from but keeps asking about a will & our marital status, etc. There is no will, no pending probate filing yet, no other assets but he did have some credit card debt when he died. The retirement fund peeps seem prepared to release it to me with a sworn statement that we were married when he died, per the retirement fund rules & FL Statutes that make me the account's beneficiary. I'm now incensed with what his son is doing & don't want him to have the money. Although his family paid the final expenses (without consulting me), my husband royally screwed me for much more bank than that before we separated so my claim to it is just as if not more valid as his. Would his son have any legal standing to sue for final expenses if I accept disbursement of his retirement even though I'm the surviving spouse? FYI: If you didn't read yesterday's detail, this is all in question because we had been separated 10 months when he died, but we hadn't even drawn up divorce papers yet. Although we were not living together & had no joint accounts when he died, for all intents and purposes I am legally his widow. Listen, this is clearly posted to get feelers from people with legal experience for whether or not that kid would even have a prayer of winning any sort of judgment if I'm the legal beneficiary of the money. I *will* hire an attorney once I'm certain one is justified but answering with "Hire a lawyer" is not helpful & will not win you "Best Answer". I am not "holding best answer over our heads". I mentioned that to keep people who have no legal expertise from posting the same answer over and over just to get points, which no, is not helpful when I'm clearly just trying to get an idea of what *could* happen. Insinuating that I'M the one who's immature when I'm just trying to keep the immature ones from bothering with junk responses is why the Y!A community has gone so far downhill in the last few years. I shouldn't have bothered here. |
Question: Is it weird to look at my wife and my old nudes from highschool? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 12:15 PM PDT Found a old box of photos from when my wife and I first started dating in our sophomore year. They are a little artisty as she was taking photography class.. |
Posted: 27 Mar 2019 10:49 AM PDT Uncle is verbally abusive and aunt likes to use the 3 kids as pawns against her enemies when they were younger. Both are heavy drinkers though to my knowledge there has never been any infidelity. |

Question: Husband’ ex-girlfriend trying to cause problems.? Posted: 27 Mar 2019 05:22 AM PDT My husband and I welcomed a daughter this past November and got married around Christmas time. We bought a nice house and finally just got settled in. He has older kids from two previous marriages and relationships. In the summer of 2017 he had a baby with a 19 yr old girl. Yes I know what most people think about it but it happened. We werent dating back then I didn't even know him yet. She brings his daughter over every other weekend and we take care of her since they share custody. He pays her well for child support each month and he does give her a lot of additional money on the side that she always seems to need. She'll come over to drop the kid off and be wearing a short skirt or skimpy shorts and a tight tank top....she's a volleyball player so she has a good body and I know Jerry eyes that up and gives her whatever she wants even though he's had her I mean they have a baby together. I really don't want her in my house anymore and would rather that we go pick the kid up from now on and bring her back. She seems like she'd seduce a man for anything. |
Posted: 27 Mar 2019 05:15 AM PDT And me and my daughter live in his house with him which we both love because it is in a nice neighborhood with good schools. I didn't want to say no because if i don't marry him i might lose everything and i don't want to end up like working at McDonald's and living in a trailer. But i don't want to marry him. I don't know what to do. |

Posted: 25 Mar 2019 08:51 PM PDT I find myself trying to believe that maybe she was just a friend & that maybe there was nothing going on between them even though I know that's far from the truth. Why can't I just accept what's right in front of my face? I still keep trying to tell myself that he's not that kind of guy & that he's never do that to me & I just can't even picture me but I know what the truth is deep down inside. |
