It was somewhat of a confusing fight, but I'm starting to realize that I might been the one to be wrong. Before, I begin to explain in what the fight was about. I'm gonna first explain our past. I met my bestfriend in jr. year of highschool. We didn't quite started talking until the last months of senior year, through instgram. Since we didn't have a class together. My god, she was the most amazing person I met. I never in my life, felt a strong connection with. Sadly we couldn't hang out in person, because she has a boyfriend of five years. When I called him out from all the signs knowing he had a gf and I said a guy who has a gf can't be interested in me and he said he said he wasn't and that he had a gf he was happy with. One day he was giving me gym advice and said "don't you have a bf to teach you all this?" and i catch him glancing over and looking a lot? What's his deal? His parents also look and smile and fidget when they see me.People say friendly but why would he stare and look secretly?? I ve never been in any trouble and I make pretty good decisions. A friend recently offered to drive me to school, and earlier this summer before I found out that my friend would drive me he was fine with a friend driving me to and from school. Now that my friend offered, he refuses, saying that it s not okay because he s "never met" this friend. I can t keep riding this bus. It s not about being "cool" or anything, I ve been bullied on the bus for all of my life and it gives me severe anxiety. It s too loud and stressful and the people who are on it are toxic. He doesn t understand, and it s not just this- he won t let me hang out with ANYONE if he hasn t met them. I feel like this is ridiculous and I don t know what to do because I can t keep living like this |

Ok so Jennifer used to be my friend. We started to become close in middle school. She then started ignoring me towards the end of 8Th grade and claimed I was stalking her (which I wasn't). I'm trying to decide if I should move back to the town I went to school (small town) where I have friends, but many haven't really kept in touch since I moved away about 7 months ago. I still haven't found a job since graduating and I feel like I might have more opportunities in my hometown but I can't deal with the commuting and living here. I've been applying for jobs back at the small town and have gotten some interviews but now that I haven't really been in touch with my friends since I left, im wondering if I should even go? One of my main reasons for leaving my hometown is because i don't really know anyone here and it was making me feel lonely. but now i have lost contact with my friends back in the town i went to school. there are less job openings but less competition as well compared to the big city i live in. Should I leave my hometown where there is more opportunity and i live rent free but im extremely lonely and i hate living here? Or move back to the town i went to school and maybe re connect with my friends or make new ones? or should i start looking for jobs in a completely different city in the state and just start over? I've tried to reflect on what I should do, but I'm honestly so stuck. I hope someone will be able to shed some light or give some advice or maybe they were in a similar situation. When we met, she was the most down to earth person that did not need a lot to make her happy. She has always been a quiet person and keeps to herself and I am quite the same. We would talk about anything and everything. She was always there for me and I tried to do the same for her. In the past year, a lot has changed. I accept that we have both gotten older and now we both work full time. She has two sons and I have one. So I am aware that we both get busy. BUT. We literally live 5 mins away from each other and we are not ALWAYS busy. Also, if we talk it is because of me texting her first. It is never the other way around where she looks for me or something. Another thing is that she is constantly going out and doing things that are not related to work and she never invites me anymore unless I happen to be in front of her at that moment. There are parks and things around us that we could take our children to and be able to see eachother if we wanted to. The worst thing of all, is that now, because she has a good job, a house, and cars that not everybody can have, she has distanced herself and focused on those material items and temporary things. I am not saying it out of envy bc I'm doing well myself being that we are both young moms and we have been through hard times. I just want her to know not to push her good/real friends away when she is doing great bc we all need a friend at some point. Is this a phase for her? |

| Question: How to deal with haters? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 12:50 PM PDT Hi! My frinds became haters since i started spending more time with the girls. In a trip i slept in the girls room while my 'frieds' stood in theirs. Before the trip they made fun of my skin colour and acted pretty cold. For a while i seemed to have buried the hatched with one of them. On the course of 2 mounth he made fun of me and talked **** behind my back but i didn't cared, being happy that we were friends. At the end of middle school it was clear that he hated me (don't know why). He made good friends of mine don't like me and they talked about me behind my back. It was awful but I hoped that in highschool i will make new friends that will not be influenced by them haters... but i will be in the same highschool with the hater that hated me the most. I'm REALLY scared that he will make everybody hate me in highschool too. What can i do?? PS: I'm not that awful of a human being. Lots of people told me that I'm arogant but i don't know what to do about it becouse i don't know where I'm failing. The one that I will attend the same highschool with repeatably told me that he is jealous of me becouse im attractive and becouse some girls like me. PS 2: They made 2 more girls hating me this summer :) |
| Question: This annoying boy...? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 12:47 PM PDT So there's this really horrible boy in school. He has buck teeth and glasses but that's not why I hate him. Let's pretend his name is Jack. Jack always tries to make jokes he thinks is cool but isn't. He is really pathetic and keeps talking to me. I think it it because I was friendly to him at the beginning of the year. He's mean to my boyfriend, and acts greater-than-thou. He always pretends like he's smart and cool and uses large words out of context. Jack is always jealous of whoever scores higher than him on a test. He also tried to be captain of a team I already captained. Sometimes it happens to be me. But through all of this, HE TRIES TO BE FRIENDS WITH ME or whomever he thinks is popular. How do I get him to leave me alone, after I've already sent him STRONG signals/ |
| Posted: 01 Aug 2016 12:27 PM PDT So I been looking for work and I asked not necessarily a friend but person I know that I only know through organizations I belong to he is well established so I asked him to keep a ear out for opportunities. His was reply was sorry to hear that and let's meet for lunch on him. He didn't have a job offer and didn't ask for my resume even though I said I would sent it upon request. He does not own a business but works a goood job.Is this a Pity lunch ? What could this be about. |

It's very hard for a new student who is quiet or shy to make friends and he usually gets bullied or just ignored! Why is that? Only one person voted for me to stay. So I confronted them and they told me to fk off. They don't like me because I run away from my problems. I lost all my friends. Only have two left and one of them is the one that voted me to stay. So I decided to go on vacation because this is just crazy. When I post pictures of me having fun they'll miss me and want me back. I bet my life on it. I mean... Voting ME out of the group??! When they contact me I'll tell me to fck off. |
| Question: How to deal with a rude friend? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 12:07 PM PDT It's kind of irritating just being around him. He is very communicative but it's like verbal diarrhea so he makes social situations awkward but I understand that it's hard to socialize with this disorder and it's not his fault. What bothers me is the fact that he feels entitled and acts very rude. He is a really insecure person and he's really bad at hiding it. He has this delusional view on how people see him. He tries to be that ball buster kind of dude but he comes off as a rude little dweeb. I have tried to talk to him about his actions but he acts like I'm complementing him and starts bragging about how he "calls it as he sees it". Thats not everything either. He acts really entitled and selfish. Last night he tried to get this one dude who was pretty much blackout drunk to drive him to McDonalds because he was hungry. The dude told him no because he was way to intoxicated to drive and my friend started nagging him like a little kid. Then he started acting like the guy was a dick for not driving him. Also he tries to mooch off everyone but if you ask him for even just a potato chip he will demand you pay him back for it. I feel bad for the dude in a way because he has no other friends but I also sometimes can't stand being around him sometimes. The one time I almost hit him because he was talking **** on my other friends uncle for being in the national guard even though he has been to Iraq and has a purple heart from combat. I know I shouldn't feel obligated to hang with him but for some weird reason I feel bad for him but at the same time it shouldn't be my problem. He has minor aspergers syndrome |

| Question: How should I help my friend? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 11:30 AM PDT I'm worried about my friend. I clicked on a link in her bio on her instagram account and it led me to her phhhoto account. On her phhhoto account I found a picture of one of her other friends about to smoke a cigarette and another guy blowing smoke out of his mouth and my friend was standing in between them. Her latest picture shows one of her friends blowing smoke out of their mouth,a guy drinking,and her inserting a cigarette into her mouth. Also she told me that one of those girls are her best friend. I don't know where my friend lives,but I follow my friend on instagram and I want to help her by telling her not to drink alcohol or smoke ever in her life. I think she's becoming a smoker. Is it good that I have been checking on my friend by visiting her account? Should I tell her not to smoke even though I'm worried about her getting mad at me for visiting her account. I want her to live a healthy lifestyle and not to ruin it with tobacco or anything else that can ruin our end her life. |

I actually met him on Grindr and because we where in the area decided to meet him. My friend watched from a distance claiming he was giving me space to work my magic. And the guy was really cool and we where engaging in a good flirty convo... My friend gets bored and walks over and tells me we have to go. Only then the guy I was talking to NEVER took his eyes off my friend... I did not want to go yet not without the chance to get a number so we waited another 10 mins talking only it was him and my friend doing most of the talking... My friend kept trying to throw target off himself and I could feel the awkwardness building, It seems they had more in common even though they had nothing in common, my friend is just more world-smart I guess and knew allot about poland... when my friend tried to pull me in the convo I looked really stupid because I don;t know nothing about poland, infact the few words I thought where polish all my life turns out where just gibberish ..the polish guy confirmed that fact lol yea that bad! I mean I get it my friend is beautiful, hes middle eastern and has that "just right" light tan and bight turquoise eyes and perfect lips. I had a crush on my friend before we where friends so yea I get it, maybe he doesnt understand american social culture ? | Question: Poll: Does my friend miss me? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 10:25 AM PDT My friend and I have been friends for 15 years. For a long time now she's been putting her other friends and her boyfriend before me. She's been busy with her job and her own life so we barely ever get to see each other anymore. We hung out last week and then after that day she tried calling me one night but I never answered. She called the next day in the afternoon and I still didn't answer. Yesterday she text me asking me if I was mad at her, and I replied "No" and she text me saying "Why haven't you talked to me" but I never replied. I just figured why bother talking because she mostly only wants to call me or talk when her boyfriend is not around or to brag that she and her boyfriend had sex. Does it sound like my friend misses me by her asking why I haven't talked to her? |
| Question: Is it normal to hate everything and everyone? Posted: 01 Aug 2016 10:25 AM PDT Before you don't say this is how a typical teenager feels, let me explain. I go to a really small high school, my class only has about 80 people in it. Of all these 80 people, I've known about 70 for about 4 years prior to actual high school. Being so, I've had the same friend group for years. I'm so sick of all of them because not one of them seem to understand or care about me. All they seem to want to do is get drunk and party and its like no! Let's hangout and make actual memories. Just yesterday I was hanging out with two people and eating ice cream and watching the HP marathon, and they left to go get drunk. I want to have real experiences with real people. I'm so so tired of fake people with fake personalities. My school is also so cliquey so even if I wanted to get a new group of friends there's 1) not much variety in people (because small school) and 2) nog many people looking for new friends. I've lived in the same boring town my entire life and I'm just so done with it all. Please give me advice on how to survive the next two years. |
