I have custody of our daughter tonight (and primary custody). Her father lets her stay up until whenever she wants and on New Years Eve he actually told me he had no idea how late she was up until. Tonight, she asked if she could stay up as late as she wanted. I told her she has never been able to make her own bedtime and at 10 she has always been allowed to go to bed at 9. My wife's brother is pretty much the only family she has. He's bipolar, has anger issues, diabetic and uses drugs. He's 20 and she's 27, which is too old for her to be taking care of him. however my marriage is community marriage and not registered with the court I have our community certificate of marriage. I got married on 5-4-2013 and the married life was happy except for her bad health issue (she just pretended to be unhealthy none of the reports ever declared any major health issue ) . My son to be ex wife is intentionally denying me visitation with our 9 mo. old baby. I want to file for full custody but I need to know if I d get it. Right now, she (along with her two kids and our son) lives with her brother- in- law who is a sex offender. After the birth of my last child, I planned to be a stay at home mom. It went well for the first year, but this child was sickly and had asthma and the first year turned to 2, and then during that time, me and my husband divorced. I have a Order of protection on my Husband because he is a unstable violent drunk. He has had a dependency with alcoholic almost our whole marriage. I found what I THINK is a wig cap in my truck driver husband's truck. It is like a little hat, but with panty hose consistency. Why would that be in his truck? When my husband gets mad at me and we get into an argument he will tell my 4 year old son things that he shouldn't be telling him and make up stories about me that aren't true to make me look bad.
