I've posted a million times basically what has been wrong with my life and all that and I never really got a good answer. I feel like there is no answer or anything that can make me happy again but why not post on here . So basically I'm feeling non existent at school, over the summer I stopped hanging out with my friends and wanted to make new ones becausr all they do is smoke and all that and I didn't feel happy with then so I stopped hanging out with them but now school started and I feel this deep feeling of that I don't matter. My whole life I've never had a close friend and have always been somewhat of a follower. I mean I walked into high school and like everybody seems happy , has friends and whatever but me I feel sad and lonely. It seems like there is no friends to be even made, I don't belong with anyone because I do nothing with my life. I like going to the gym but that's it. I wasted my summer in my house doing nothing. I honestly don't feel apart of any group. Also one thing that has hit me is that I feel like I have such low self esteem. I see so many girls I think are attractive but there's so many better looking guys and all that and I feel like I'm ugly and I can't even get a girl to talk to. I've tried so many online dating apps and can't even make a friend on there. Is there anything I can do to feel better and change is my q |

I had these two teachers last year in school and they were definitely the coolest. I was their biggest fan and they both liked me (I think so haha), and we were almost like friends. But now, my younger sister has both of those teachers for the upcoming school year. And I have this problem of getting jealous super easily. I have this misconception that people "steal" my friends and stuff, and I hate thinking this way, because it's wrong. Now I'm so jealous of my sister who has both of my favorite teachers this year, and now she sees herself as their "new fan" but I feel terrible about it because I get jealous so easily and I can't stand to be replaced by my sister in their eyes. I know this is the wrong way to think. Can you please tell me what you think of this situation and tell me why I shouldn't think like this and like talk some sense into me? Lol thanks! Any texting conversation we have ever had over the year is always been initiated by me. I feel like he is completely disinterested in talking to me. It took him a week and a hall to reply to me last time after he practically begged me to text him every day when we were at camp once we got home. My family trusted him so we were aloud to be alone sometimes. One time we were sitting on the couch and he told me to unbutton my pants, and I asked him why and he said "because, just do it." And I paused and he reached over and put his hands down my pants and started to touch me. He also 'made' me touch him. He would also grab my chest. This went on for about 2 years. The thing is, I didnt always say no. Sometimes I just sat there. And I still cared about him, he was my best friend. I feel like it wasnt abuse because we were both young. And also I dont know what to do because I cant stop thinking about it. Im 21 now and it bothers me mostly everyday. I used to cut and have very low self esteem but Im better now. Posted: 03 Sep 2015 04:12 PM PDT I am pretty new to the service industry but I picked up a few waitress shifts and o have had some trouble with customers who tell me to come back in a few minutes because they're not ready, etc.. When I come back usually 5 minutes later depending on how ready they look sometimes they seem annoyed.. I apologize for interrupting but it seems to put them in a bad mood. When they're still not ready I tell them to let me know when they are so that I am not constantly interrupting. Honestly I feel like I'm just doing my job and I get uncomfortable when people seem annoyed that way. How do you handle these customers? How much should I wait before returning to the table? |

I am going to a small nursing school, only 80 people in my graduating class. Most are older than me by a lot and the few that are my age are already friends and knew eacother from the high school near campus. It was a ten hour orientation and I sat by myself the entire time, ate lunch by myself, and ran out as soon as it ended. I am staying in the dorms and all the girls who also are are best friends already and made a rude comment about me being there because my room is in between theirs. I don t know what to do because school will be very hard and Id like to have some friends to study with, but no one wants to talk to me and i am pretty shy so it s very hard for me to go up to people. I tried two times and they both turned back to their friends. I don t want to spend the next two years with this feeling I have now, and there are no clubs for me to join or activities because it is a strictly nursing school of mostly commuters. Anything would be helpful. |

I was separated from all my friends because I was moved up to all the advanced classes. Since I didn't have friends I tried to make friends with the girls who were in my class. It worked great for me in sixth grade! So anyway, I'm treated like a third wheel and I try to sort of edge myself away a bit, (they told me that i'm just the boy magnet). Then this is when they started bullying me. The leader (lets call her Cat), starts trying to humilaite me in front of the class and treating me like I was really stupid. Everyone was treating me like a dog and also anything I said was also "weird" and I don't even know why! Even the teacher got involved and told me to commit suicide when he overheard Cat and the other girls say it. Things got so bad. My mom told me to just hang out with this other group who I hung out with in sixth grade. Well then my best friend from sixth grade (lets call her Ellie) starts hating on me for God knows why. She was getting mad at me and I had know idea why because I was still keeping in contact with her and all the other girls. So then they all start hating me because Ellie turned them against me. Luckily this was at the very end of school and I had the summer to look forward to. Well now summer is over and everything has resumed. I'm separated from all the bullies, but I still have no friends. I hate being at school. Please help so I can find it more enjoyable. |

I'm a good person, lol. Also, I'm easygoing and know how to have fun. But I'm not stupid. I know most people are full of it, selfish, and dumb. In fact, as I started to grow and change--I noticed my "friends" became less friendly, cuz they wanted me to stay the same. Get it? I just don't like people (in my experience.) If they don't straight up dislike you, they like you for something that can't stay the same forever. What's the point? Right?? To sum it up, I saw a quote online: "Less friends = Less BS." I agree. I didn't really mind much about it be she seemed much better and until today my friend had nobody to go with for a water park and i asked my friend if she would like to go, she didn't have to pay any money or anything. i thought it was a great opertunity to get outside and have fun since i was going to a water park with my own family and i probably couldn't go, since the day after i was to go to a water park. i told her and she said she'd rather sit on the computer and be lazy so we argued about it and i asked her if it had anything to do with depression. she said she didn't want to talk about it, she was doing better and i was worried for her because i didn't want her to kill herself. she kept saying she was better and i wouldn't believe it. i apologized about 4 minutes ago and i am still angry with her. this is the last thing she said and i haven't responded. i told her i was just speaking my mind. Posted: 03 Sep 2015 02:14 PM PDT I have type one diabetes and my friend has always been kinda mean about it, bringing it up, saying I'm not normal, etc. Today at lunch when I went to clean up some spilled milk, someone threw my lunch away and I was barely halfway done! I had to go to the nurse and figure everything out so I didn't have a low blood sugar and possibly seizure and go into a coma, possibly even die.There were a lot of people around, and I didn't see her throw it away, but when I said "someone threw my lunch away" she had this like sadistic smirk and she said "oh that's too bad" in a sarcastic sounding tone. She is definitely the kind of person who would put someone in danger just to add drama to her life -- she bullies almost everyone, and loves attention and sympathy. If I tell my parents this, there's gonna be a LOT more drama and a lot of people will be in big trouble for one thing or another. And there's always the chance that it wasn't her and I'm being a ***** and just blaming her for no reason. What should I do? |

Whenever she passes me going the other way she waves, sees me before I see her. Few weeks ago she was parked at a bus stop and I was coming towards her and as I checked my right mirror I noticed her waving at me, but in a slow way with a soft look at me. Also on that day when overtaking my bus she looked back and waved at me. A couple of weeks ago we met at the bus terminal on the way to the toilet and she started a conversation with me. She would then talk about her getting into trouble for speeding by management. We were talking for about 5 mins. She said she was running late and needed to use the toilet and had better go. I left to go outside and she then came out after using the toilet and on passing me to get into her bus said she had bad hay fever, again as if initiating something So few days later she was coming towards me on her bus and she pushed her hair up but acted like she didn't see me and ignored me. So couple of weeks ago we both pulled up at bus stops on other side of the road from each other and she looked behind over her shoulder at me and waved. I looked at her but ignored her. So she waved again and again I kept looking but ignored her. She then looked puzzled and waved again and I smile laughed because she kept trying and she then had a little smile and drove off. She's just come back from holiday and when she saw me today she done a circular wave, like enthusiastically, and next day she waved with big smile |

I tell her to always talk to me when she needs to but she never does and I feel like I talk to her a lot about my depression and reach out to her for help. Talking to her really helps but I really don t want to annoy her by reaching out to her too much. |

I know it's only been two days, but I've been feeling really depressed because everyone has so much fun with their friends and I'm always just in the corner. I try talking to people all of the time but they ignore me. I have a few people I hang out with but I don't feel that connected with them. I also have this weird problem with jealousy. there's this group in one of my classes and they look like they have so much fun and i tried talking to them and they ignore me. any tips? |

Now-iinstead of going onto 17,she acts like shes turning 5!Im not exagerating when i say this.It started when we went to a resturaunt&we saw my boyfriends best friend a few booths down.She kept yelling his name,then laughing and hiding like a 6yr old!&When the waitor came she made fart noises!It was ridiculous I was embarassed to be seen with her!The next thing to happen was her change in clothes.In school she wore a baggy tshirt with minnie mouse all over it,&neon blue shorts. We are in 11th grade! She dresses like this everyday now.Idk what to do/say bcuz its gotten out of hand. Now-I dont wanna sound like a bad person but everybody knows that teenagers in highschool will drink at some point in their 4 years.Im not saying you have to,im not into peer pressure! But shes so against drinking its gotten weird. She says things like she wants to wait until shes 22 to drink so she has a year to settle into her age.&I know Im underaged but our friend had a party where there was some drinking and when Jane found out-she told her Mom!My friend Lea was grounded for 2weeks even tho she didnt drink, she was blamed for doing it just because of Jane telling her "Mommy"! | Question: How to be more social? Posted: 03 Sep 2015 12:13 PM PDT Ok so I was just in school and I realized something. I'm very outgoing,hyper,talkative and funny around my friends. But when I'm around new people I'm quiet and boring and feel uncomfortable. I'm really annoyed by this because its stopping me from meeting new people because I'm boring around them. The reason why I'm this way is because I feel like I'm being judged constantly by strangers and I'm worried that they won't like me for me so I'd just rather stay silent then risk not being liked and feeling selfconscious. On the other hand all of my current friends I have iv had from elementary and middle school and the first year of his and I have made new friends through then but I can't do that forever. I feel comfortable around them because I think they don't judge me and obviously like me for me if theyv been my friends for this long so I'm comfortable and open. Any advice on how to be more social with strangers and not feel selfconcious like I'm being judged?16 |

He also spends time helping me more when all I ask is a simple question. He seems to want to talk to me but avoids it but he leaves the door open for me to approach him. Before I took his class he would sing next to me when he saw me in the hallway. Or try to joke now I'm in his class again and he is still weird but I've been rubbing him off. Like ignoring him. Why does he do this to bother me? When I stay to myself. He acts like a child and I'm 24 he doesn't need to play with me like I'm a teen or child. |

And in band he doesn't seem he wants to talk to me. But we play hours of video games a week with each other and he enjoys talking to me there, we also text everyday and he responds fast. He doesn't ignore me in games or text but it seem in real life he doesn't really want to talk to me. Opinions? |

Everytime I get a good grade, new clothes or just something nice she says that it's not really good, that she's better and that I'm a bragger when I'm never actually saying anything about it. Once even when I got a good grade she told me I didn't deserve it. But when she's not jealous she's really a great person and I like her a lot. She doesn't even have any reasons to be jealous about me. I want to be friends with her but when she acts like jealous crazy I just don't know what to do. I'm a pretty quiet and reserved guy. When I come in and clock in I say hello to everyone, but other than that I keep to myself. Only speak when spoken to. I'm beginning to think that my co workers are mistaking my silence for stupidity. They keep making these not so subtle hints, and it's infuriating. I'm a very intelligent and articulate young man. It is wonderful place to work mostly because we have a great boss. We think he is the best boss ever. He has a wonderful sense of humor which makes the day go by fast. Most of us are single moms that sometimes need time off for kids dr. appointments or school activities. Our boss Bob always gives us this time off and covers for us so the work gets done. One time when I had to work late, he went to my son's school, picked him up and took him for pizza and then took him home until I got off work. We just adore him. One time to have some fun we all wore T shirts that said on the front "What qualifications do you need to work for Bob". On the back they said "D cup or larger". Bob thought it was the funniest thing ever and had his picture taken with us and put the picture in his office. The next day a package was delivered to our desk and it contained a cup with a big D on it. We all had a VERY big laugh. In the employee break room when we were talking to other employees about the cup, they told us that what Bob did was sexual harassment. Before we tell employees from other departments to "Mind there own business" we would like other opinions. Was what Bob did sexual harassment? |
| Question: Should I fight this dude? Posted: 03 Sep 2015 10:52 AM PDT Hello In all four of my academic classes I have this dude that reminds me of my brothers death everyday. My brother got murdered back in February. The person that makes fun his death is the cousin of the guy that killed him. I already tried to switch classes but my schedule won't allow it. Should I just tell a teacher or what. My friend said that if he were in my shoes that he would just smack the dude as soon as he says something bad. My friend says to take it like a man. When I got there I put shaving cream on the windows, threw toilet paper everywhere around the house, and more. Then a girl came outside so I tried to hurry but she saw me and told all the girls there. As I ran away I tripped and they caught me. At my school if you're caught vandalizing a school's property you get expelled. I cracked, when they caught me I begged them not to turn me in. They agreed on one condition. I had to spend the day at their sorority house working and doing what they said while wearing an outfit of they chose. I agreed to it. Here's where you girls come in. They had me post this so you girls could vote on what they should make me wear and give them ideas on what they should make me do. So here's their questions.. For an outfit.. 1) Should they put makeup on me? 2) Which of these should I wear.. A) pink bow B) blonde wig C) pink tiara 3) For a top.. A) white crop top with poofy sleeves B) yellow tube top with ruffles C) pink leotard with tutu attached 4) For pants.. A) tight light blue skinny jeans B) yellow yoga pants C) tight pink leather pants 5) Should they make me wear high heels or have me walk on my tippy toes all day? For work.. 1) Should I have to go outside in the outfit and clean up outside their house? 2) What should I have to do around their house for them? 3) What should they have me do to keep them entertained throughout the day? |
