My boyfriend and me are always fighting and accusing each other of cheating and lying. One day I was accusing him and he hit me. I called the police and now he is facing 4 felony charges. He went to court once already and going again tomorrow. I know that I shouldn't provoke him because he really is a good guy. He works 7 days a week and gives me everything I want .99% of the fights are started by me.we have started counseling and are both getting help. I really don't want him to go back to jail. Is there anything I can do for him not to face more jail time? Write a letter to DA? Or the judge? Anyone please help!

I'm starting my senior year in highschool, and honestly, i'm completely lost. My parents have controlled my whole life, from what i do, what clubs i join, what i can't join or do. They decide what phone(not that impressive since they have a history of getting the worst of the worst or just screwing things up, ex. i need black markers, i get every color but black) i should get, what i should have and what i shouldn't (even if i tell them i'm getting this with my own money, it's through their decision, which is normally no. It's always no, there's no point in asking at this stage. If it's not their way, it's the highway). They even control my future. Shure, rit, wpi, amherst, and purdue sound like great colleges, but if they ask me why do you want to go here, the answer is, my parents said so (of course, i'm going to lie and say, it's a great campus, nice staff and teachers, blah blah) Or what job i'm getting in the future. Something engineering. Honestly, i can't even fill out those college apps myself since i don't know my future path. I get it, my parents want to be protective in a sense, but it's hard for me to know what's next. I'm very imaginative and visual, and looking into my future, i'm lost. I rarely get to make choices, make decisions, and i just don't know, i'm stuck in a black hole. I'm stuck as a puppet. What do i do. If you tell me, just talk to them, i've tried, it didn't go that well. The talk ended up, oh david, you always make the bad choices (not really) Oh david, why do we always have to watch over you and make your choices (cause you don't let me choose, and everything i do, you butt in and complain i'm doing it wrong even though it's perfectly correct and normal). Sigh, sorry for ranting, it's really annoying me. I feel lost, trapped, controlled, i don't know what to do in my future, and from my standpoint, it seems bland, dull, black and white, and along just living robotically. Something i want to avoid... drastically.

I've hated talking on the phone for as long as I can remember. I am not good at talking on the phone. Mainly because it's just you and the person, and no distractions between the two of you, so it can get kind of awkward. I rarely even get phone calls, but when I do, I avoid them at all costs, unless it's something important like work calling. If it's someone else, I just text them. Frankly, I rather see someone in person than be on the phone. Because at least you can see what they are doing. I feel stupid when I speak ont he phone because I run out of things to say. My life is not that interesting (at the moment) so I don't really have much to talk about that would be good for a conversation. I wanted to know if anyone else had trouble with this or not. Also, how can I be better talking on the phone? I don't think it's normal for it to be awkward. I know it's probably me. Ok, I'm not special needs, got it?. Maybe I should have made it clear that I'm just shy.

My previod post was deleted. He s my coworker and i always thought he never liked me very much because he narked on me and my sister to the managers. He may also be gay because my friend saw him dressed as a women and he jokingly hits on guys but when i ask him about it he said he was not serious. I DONT like this person at all even though hes somewhat attractive. But he was assigned to work with me and i think he was hitting on me?! Which was confusing. Hes a position higher than me. And ultimately was assigned to work with me because of what he said to the managers. Ironically. And instead of talking about work he asks me personal questions and says i look younger and like a young teenagerand was surprised by my age. He then goes and talks to this other guy Guy: What are you doing? (In a serious tone of voice) Him: trying to make some babies. I was shocked but assumed he was talking about something else i couldnt hear the rest of their convo. He then asks me more personal like questions and its non stop and i think nothing of it cause i thought he was gay. When we get back to the office he indirectly talks about wanting to get blazed and i think he was talking to me but he never looks me in the eyes so i wouldnt know. My supervisor gave him a dirty look then he leaves (his shift was over) then when my shift ends hes back again but not working and i quickly avoid him. How can i get out of working with him? My managers dont trust me and hes makes me so uncomfortable.

I am 21 and went to community college the last two years, where I got my associate degree in business administration. Last week I started at my transfer school (4 year university). I am stressed out doubting myself and dreading the remaining next year and a half left until I graduate. I am not passionate about anything and I really feel bad about that. I know I have a lot to be thankful for but I can't seem to truly be happy. I am only going to college because I feel like it's the right thing to do and if you don't you're screwed pretty much. My parents and my boyfriend expect me to graduate so I guess I'll just have to muddle through. Everyone always asked me what I want to do after college and I always feel like an idiot because I don't really want to do anything. The only thing that sounds appealing to me is to be a wife and mother. What is wrong with me? Why are other people so normal yet I am so messed up in the head? And yes I realize I am setting myself up for a life full of misery if I can't get my self together.

I mean why are people having sex and thinking of sex so much from such a young age? Is nobody saving themselves for marriage? I understand it iss hormones but they can be controlled. There are hormones sent out to cry/eat, etc but we control these ones, why not the sex ones? I want to see male and female points of views

Since I moved to a new city and started over, I have been telling people my mom is dead. The truth of the matter is, she's been in and out of mental institutions all my life; when I was young, it was mostly because of instances of child abuse. I cut off contact with her a year ago, but she is apparently out now and has been repeatedly attempting to contact me for the past week. For instance, she emailed me and said she wanted to give me $2,000 to "help me out" and also that she is dying (she always says she's dying.) Saying she is dead is just so much easier and less humiliating than the truth.

First off I'm not a lesbian, I just intervened because my best friend is very naive and tries to see the best in people and this guy is a complete sociopath. I went to see him and asked him nicely to please find someone else to play with and he told me that he enjoyed her company while partying. Since I really care for this girl I told him that I would party with him for a while if he left her alone. This was weird I though he would want to have sex with me but really all this clown does is get drunk every weekend. I feel exhausted and when I told him I was done he told me that he would call my friend and have her in his mattress in a few hours. The way he is he could do it. He's actually really handsome and charming despite the fact that once you get to know him he is nothing more than a needy narcissistic alcoholic. I can handle him but I want an end to this at one point. Ironically I'm starting to feel sorry for him, I think he's lonely, when we were alone and drunk he didn't propose sex or anything but wanted me to talk to him.

Right now my family is living with a 54 year old who is a "friend" of the family, and I've been able to put up with is bs until now. I have a small dog named Zoey, and the other day she accidentally spilled his cup of coca cola and whiskey, and now he's saying he will "blow her up". And I don't doubt it, this guy is a PSYCHO. I care more about that dog than anything. and I told him that if he hurts her I promise to put him through something worse than Hell. The deed hasn't happened yet, but it's coming soon. She put "aww I love you & miss you too!😘😘😘" (I know she's serious when she says that because she's a very serious, hardly shows emotion kinda lady, who Is very straight up!) I noticed she wasn't on my Facebook anymore, turns out she blocked me, mom & Elena. Why'd she block me?? I texted her saying how much I missed her & love her, how I hope she's doing good & im always thinking of her. She put "I miss you more! I hope everything's going good for u, looks like ur going to have to find someone else to take my place.. always remember that no matter how hard things get, always be the best, most positive person u can be!😘😘😘" I said "no one will ever take ur place! u will always hold a special place in my heart" what do you think about all this? My bf and most of his friends are from pretty well off families unlike myself who was born in a working class family. However his parents say they want him to value hard work and only help him out a little for college. My bf ended up borrowing money from a friend I don't know how much but j heard it was quite a bit to pay off the rest of his tuition before the start of the semester. Say, an 11 year old girl goes into, like, a room to hang up her schoolbag for the morning. A boy comes into the room, sees her and says: "you're fat!" The girl turns around, offended, and tried to talk back that she's not fat and he doesn't know what fat means. Is this inappropriate for a kid to say, as he did not know the girl exists until he went into the room? And even if it's true, why say it out aloud and make it worse?
