I also, being autistic, look for people I share a big interest with.. The first two may seem weird, but there is a (irrational, albeit) strategy here. On the looks thing..-I know I'm insecure. For one thing, I don't want my looks to be put on the plate. I want a connection to be separate, as my goal isn't sex right now anyway.. On the age thing..I just feel better getting rejected by an older person. One time I didn't look at him until 15 minutes after class began, & when we made eye contact, he was ready with another smile & wave. Even if he's on the other side of the room, he'll turn around to look at me to wave bye when class ends. I've seen him take acid, molly, andro through a whole 8ball of cocaine in less than 24 hours along with smoking weed like it's his last day alive and can polish off a pint of booze in an evening. It doesnt really bother me but I wish he didnt. Anyway, I've asked him about it and he says he only does it on the weekends and doesnt do it all the time. Just every once in a while. I've dated hardcore addicts before and he doesnt fit the usual addict I've seen. But even doing 4 lines of coke, smoking 3 bowls of weed, and going through half a pint all within an hour doesnt scare me. What scares me is he doesnt act a single bit different even after all that. He said it was mutual and we hung out a few times, then he said he really wanted to take me out on a date. I of course said yes and everytime we hung out or went on a date it was just fun and wed talk for hours. We hung out almost every single day and texted everyday and within 2 months we said i love you. We both agreed it was way too soon so we said wed say it this one time and that would be it until we were together for a while, he cried and said how much i mean to him and i saved his life and he doesnt know what hed do without me.
