Question: Husband of 10 years wants to start dating other women a week after deciding to separate? Posted: 16 Sep 2019 07:11 PM PDT I'm 31 my soon to be ex husband is 33. We do not have any children and had both agreed early on in our marriage to wait until our 30's to have children. We were actively trying last year prior to things going south in our marriage. We've decided to separate and my husband moved out of the home last Monday. He already told me he wants to start dating again as he's not getting any younger and he'd like to get remarried and have children. I'm shocked that after 10 years of marriage he can feel this way. I'm unsure of what to do. He told me he thinks we should just cut ties completely. How would you feel? What would you do? |
Posted: 16 Sep 2019 06:33 PM PDT My fiancee is a functioning alcoholic. I do not drink at all, and I do not like being around people that are drinking, but I love my fiancee and I deal with it. Now she is planning a party on our wedding night at our house with about 15 people to get drunk and sleep over at our house after the wedding. I love her more than anything, but her drinking is already causing problems in our relationship and we are not even married yet. |

Question: Why is my ex husband acting like this? Posted: 16 Sep 2019 12:35 PM PDT So my husband and I have decided to separate. During our marriage I used to beg him to take the kids and I on day trips to the beach (which we never did) I'm an avid biker and I used to beg him to bike with me (he never did) I also used to joke about him shaving his back hair (he never did) Now that we are getting divorced my husband has decided to let me know he and his parents (minus our kids) are going to the beach for his birthday. (The kids have been begging him to go) he also is now bike riding everyday with his father. (Something I've been asking him to do for years even prior to us having children.) He will randomly call me to tell me things like he's at the grocery store and what he's buying. Today he sent me a text message "We could have finally went to the beach Sunday for my birthday and had fun." He's insistent he wants this divorce so I don't know why he is even doing this to me or even telling me about all these things he's doing. Why would he be doing all of this? Thoughts? |

Posted: 16 Sep 2019 11:28 AM PDT I ve been single for a long time and for a good reason. I used to have the same natural feelings that other men have for women. But some of it has changed. I don t want a relationship, I don t want to get married, I don t want to have children. I used to feel that way a long time ago, but I flush those thoughts and feelings on the toilet. How am I selfish, because I keep to myself? How am I selfish because I can take care of myself without a woman doing it for me, like I'm a little baby? I have been rejected and pushed to the side for a long time. The longest relationship I've ever had was three months. I don't understand how am I cheating myself out of a good relationship with a woman? Women aren't even women anymore. Feminism and the media has a role to play in it. It has destroyed the nuclear family, it has destroyed lives. When men get married to a woman and have children, the wife and children dominate most of the house, meanwhile the husband is relegated to the dirty parts of the house such as the attic, garage, and basement. I'll go on dates and have one night stands but that's about it. Apart from that I don't want a relationship. My friends and family will not leave me alone about this. All they want to do irk and dander the crap out of me They don't understand that I'm grown and I'll make my own decisions. Sometimes women can be boring or a distraction for men to reach their goals, especially if his whole time is invested in her, and not himself! |

Question: Do you believe all things are possible? Posted: 16 Sep 2019 09:21 AM PDT I took an online test to see my probability of marriage at my age, almost 55. I haven't dated in person since my late thirties but I'm thinking of getting match.com and going on dates because I heard they have a lot of success with marriages. What do you think? |
