I'm 31 and my older sister is 36. Her and i have never gotten along and growing up she abused me physically and emotionally. I've since tried to cope and still have my ups and downs with her . Last week she insulted me and told me I wasn't a woman . In the past she has told me that I wasn't going to be sh*t in life. Anyway, she went and had a surgery done for weight loss purposes . My mom was there alone waiting for her surgery to end. So I thought I'd show up and comfort her . I stayed almost the whole day. Fast forward at night , I spoke with my sister and she said I love you and I said the same thing . The following day, my mom unexpectedly decides to work for 4 hours. She then says , oh I'll pay you gas money to go see your sister that way she won't be alone recovering . I told her me having a 1 year old baby in the hospital in just unnecessary for a few hours especially when my sister is up and talking and walking now . My mom agreed and said fine I'll keep the baby while I'm at work (she works alone). I then told her she wouldn't have done that on a different situation . There's been times when I had to work or do something important and she would never be easy going about just bringing my baby to her job on the weekend . She got mad and hung up in my face. What to do ?

Lately, I've been thinking about reporting my own uncle to ICE. He's a giant jerk, who's done nothing but hurt my family. He constantly badmouths my mom to other people. He's broken into my dad's house when he's been off for vacation and he's stolen money from my dad multiple times. We've never pressed charges on him because he's family, though he sure doesn't act like it. He's been in jail twice, once for domestic violence and a recently for not paying child support. I know calling ICE on him won't solve any problems, but we no longer want anything to do with him. The best thing he could do for us is just leave, but he constantly brings us into his messes. (He's a junkie and owes quite a bit of people money.) We've tried helping him multiple times, but he never listens, and we've all pretty much given up on him. Does this make me a terrible person?

So, my brothers 22. I'm 25. I adopted a very hyperactive pit bull a few years ago. My family have always trained their dogs with negative punishment. I didnt spend enough time training her for the first 2 years of her life. She would go to the bathroom in the house all of the time. She was very destructive, and she would run out the door everytime she got the chance. Well, my brother has it stuck in his head that the best way to discipline a dog is to hit them. This is the worst I've scene him. One time my dog peed on the floor, and he tried rubbing her nose in it. She retaliated by snarling at him. He got mad, and slapped her twice pretty hard on the side. It didnt seem to hurt her, but I think it was uncalled for. Also, my dog and his dog just dont get a long. We knew this, so we keep them separated. His dumb *** gf left them home together. My brothers dog is always antagonizing my dog, so I think my dog had it, and but her. When my brother came home, he said he punched her in the neck. I'll be honest. I use to think hitting a dog was an acceptable form of discipline, but I've been using positive reinforcement with her for the past 2 years, and she is a fantastic dog now. My brother, and I are like bestfriends, but I dont like that her thinks it's okay to hit dogs. Do you think hes a bad person. I know, I'm 25, and spell like a 12 year old.
