We recently even got engaged. Everything in our relationship is practically perfect, but ONE THING. He has a bad addiction to pxrn and getting off. I have no problems with pxrn, or him watching pxrn. And at first I didnt mind, because even I watch pxrn every now and then. But there's a point where too much, is too much. He watches it multiple times a day, while getting off to it. I've asked 4 girls out, and got rejected. Am always alone and am deeply frustrated, but I try to not show it when am outside. When I think about this problem and the fact that there hasn't been one girl that's liked me in all my 23 years of life, I feel overwhelmed and consumed in thought, and I notice a creeping feeling of hate coming from my heart, it's very tempting to give into it, and I keep trying to remind myself that women have done nothing to me, women don't owe me anything just like how I don't owe them anything, but am always alone, and i become lost in thought. I feel like am going to be single forever, and part of it makes me angry, but am not sure who am angry at, the fact that i am not good enough for someone to date me or the fact that no woman has ever given me a chance at a date. I just want to be at peace without feeling any negativity about being single all my life every time. I desire women a lot, but dwelling on the fact that no woman has ever desired me all my life freaking hurts, and it's hard to take my mind off from this. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can deal with this issue. |

That brings us to this past week, where we ultimately ended up hooking up, and talking the entire night, after a night out. From there, she told me the toxic and controlling nature of her current relationship, which is why I know she needs to get out of that, which she admittedly said so also. My thing is though, she says she " doesn't want me to wait for her" but talks about dating me, and asks me to hangout everyday. My question is, what should my next steps be? I really like her and I could honestly see myself being with her, and she claims the same. Now I know what you're thinking, if she cheated on him she would cheat on me but her current relationship is truly toxic and unhealthy. Should I tell this girl I'm not going to wait around forever though ( obviously so) or should I take it slow? Thanks guys! |

We had the same class for 2 semesters, & he would never fail to greet me each day. He also waved at me at the end of class when he left. Even if he was on the other side of the room & had to turn around, he'd do it. It became routine for us to greet each other, so it felt like we anticipated it every time. The thing is, we never talk. Both of us are kinda shy. He tries to talk to me sometimes, like asking how a club meeting went that he didn't go to (he's much better friends with the other leader, I'm the co-leader). It feels like he wants to talk more, but doesn't know what to say. He would give me soft looks & smiles, & give me prolonged eye contact. I kinda felt something there, like he at least was intrigued & wanted to be friends. We signed each other's yearbooks, & he wrote that he didn't really know me very well, but that I seemed like an awesome person. Now we don't have the same class until next semester, so I rely on random encounters in the hall/club meetings to try to interact with him. When I see him in the hall, he smiles at me and sometimes waves. Sometimes his eyes will linger, and other times it looks like he's trying to verbally say hi, but nothing comes out or he's too quiet. Sometimes all he'll do is smile at me. There's something there, I just can't decide what it is cuz we don't really interact & maybe it's not there anymore? |
