Family & Relationships: Question: Is it normal for people to become depressed when someone is in their personal space too much? |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 03:52 PM PDT i have a friend who lives alone and says she can never do roomates again. she said it's not fun for her. she said she gets irritated when someone is in her space for too long and always talking too much. she said she doesn't want to talk at all sometimes and sometimes she wants to go home and chill in silence for a while. she salso she gets irritated if someone touches her belongings or eats her food it drives her insane. is it really normal for someone to act like this. she has a boyfriend and doesn't mind him but she says even with him he has to leave after a couple hours so she can have her space. she said a person doesn't even have to say anything just being in her space is irritating in itself |
Question: What do you do when you are accused of being different? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 01:07 AM PDT I recently moved away from the city to this area where many proclaimed to be redneck. Anyway, I am being snubbed or bullied and people are very indignant with me out here. They accuse me of being 'different' They are very hostile towards me because I am a different way than they are and some outrigntly comes up to me and asks 'why are you like this? Why aren't you like we are?' I reply 'I am from the city, not from around here..' they say 'well go back where you came from!' I am constantly getting bullied left and right and I cannot seem to make any friends as the bullies guides them away from me. I am slurred as being different everywhere I go out here. The people makes fun of the way I talk or act or harasses me over the way I am. |
