Question: How much time do I have to spend with my wife? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 08:52 PM PDT I work 8 hours a day. In the evening, I go out with friends. 1 hour or so, then I go to the gym and I head home. She complains that I don't spend time with her. I'm with her for at least 2 hours a day and I spend most of the weekend with her. Is this not good enough? If it was my decision, I'd spend every minute with her, but I have things to do. |

Question: What is perfect weekend to your family?or for both of you? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 07:44 PM PDT what kind of things you do in the weekend? please be polite and dont talk about alcoholics |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 07:40 PM PDT i have a friend who lives alone and says she can never do roomates again. she said it's not fun for her. she said she gets irritated when someone is in her space for too long and always talking too much. she said she doesn't want to talk at all sometimes and sometimes she wants to go home and chill in silence for a while. she salso she gets irritated if someone touches her belongings or eats her food it drives her insane. is it really normal for someone to act like this. she has a boyfriend and doesn't mind him but she says even with him he has to leave after a couple hours so she can have her space. she said a person doesn't even have to say anything just being in her space is irritating in itself |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 05:59 PM PDT Also does it make the man she cheated with a bad person? Apparently the subsequent divorce has made her ex-husband's life destroyed. He's become a different person forever hurt by it. |

Question: Why do women who are aging and perpetually single over the age of 30 hate men so much ? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 02:48 PM PDT I notice intense bitterness from them, especially towards men who are well educated, good looking, and successful in life who are married with children. Maybe the problem why they are single is because of their hatred towards men |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 02:36 PM PDT Should I give it a try? I met this guy. He is a single dad of 3. Everything sounds good. But few things bother me. 1 . He said he is smoking weed every night and drink some times. When i asked him he said it doesn't affect him. And he enjoys it. Question I have is does it smell when smoking weed . Is this a harmless activity or something to be woried about. 2. I am a single mom of 2 year old daughter and he have 3 boys ( age 7,10, 16) . Will this be problem. I don't know how children will get along. Please share experience with blended family. May be question sounds stupid. I asked since I am not a very social person. Also I was bought up in a very strict home. My parents were very strict. I didnt have any friends. Also parents arranged a marriage for me and it didnt worked out. Fortunately my parents were kind enough to let me get a divorce other than suffering my whole life in unhappy marriage. And i am looking someone. Chances of finding someone in my culture is very low. Dating is a new concept for me. |
Question: My husband never wants to do what I want to do...? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 01:09 PM PDT For example. If he says , lets go to visit this friend this weekend.. and I say no lets go to a winery instead. He wont go. Its always his way or the highway. Unless he picks it, he doesn't want to do anything I want. There is a local diner by our house. Its good, but every Friday its the only place hell either eat at, or do take out from. I like another local restaurant that is casual, but he doesn't. So we never eat there. Whenever I tell him I feel he doesn't ever give in to what I want..hes like stop complaining and go eat with someone else if you want to eat there. It makes me feel trapped. |
Question: I think my husband is addicted to cars? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 12:57 PM PDT I think my husband is addicted to cars. Every morning after he brushes his teeth he gets on the computer and search car related things. He can stay on the computer almost all day looking up cars. Before he goes to bed he's looking up cars. If he's not on the computer looking up cars he's talking about cars to me. He's constantly talking about trading in his car for a new one. I traded in my car so he could get his dream car and he still thinks about getting another car. Before that he even let go of a car that he said he loved so much. He's always talking about modifying his car. It even causes arguments. I don't have a problem with it being his hobby , but at this point I think it's an unhealthy obsession. Am I over reacting? How should I handle this ? |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 12:49 PM PDT They've known each other 28 yrs used to have sex and then while being married to me in 2015. |

Question: She wants to move out - What should I do? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 11:25 AM PDT We are engaged and live together. Every time we argue she gets ballistic and wants to move out.. we have been 2 years together. |
Question: Why do some people think it’s a bad idea to have kids while in school? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 11:02 AM PDT I know somebody who had a child during college. She was already married at the time and had a great support system. She never went on welfare. Not everybody who marries young is irresponsible. |
Question: How to go above and beyond at home? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 10:04 AM PDT I'm a stay at home mom and I feel like I don't do enough. Granted, I do all the cooking/cleaning/childcare and even lawn care. But I feel like I should be doing more. I can't go get a job because my husband's schedule is unpredictable and I'd never be able to show up at a specific time. I do school, I am finally settling into a diet/exercise routine, what am I missing? More needs to be done but I'm out of ideas. I also don't have a car (we share one) so I can't really go anywhere during the day. Thanks |
Question: What is a good life changing adventure for a 49 year old woman to go on? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 09:35 AM PDT I love my husband but he is an alcoholic and has drank the whole 20 years I have been with him. I have lived in this state for twenty years and there is nothing here. I'm tired of the medical field and want so much a change in jobs or career moves. I do not have a degree. Could someone help me with an idea or suggestion of what I could do. I have had serious health issues that have been fix. Any thoughts? |
Question: Girls, do you think it's insulting that a man sees you as "his responsibility"? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 09:30 AM PDT I see this a lot on TV even. Like Steve Harvey especially. Whenever there's a woman there pushing for marriage but the man isn't ready, it always ends up being that he's not yet graduated or he's paying off some debts. Then he always says "he's looking at you as added responsibility, and he needs to take care of some other things first before he takes on the responsibility of a wife" How are women "a responsibility" to a man? |

Posted: 20 Sep 2019 07:43 AM PDT The last 24 hours have been aggravating. I told my wife that she needs to stop withholding sex and she needs to start treating me like a husband and she told me that she TRULY believes she hasn't been doing either of those things.... That made me wonder, is it possible that two people can get along really great but on a personal level they don't see the world the same way and because of their interpretations of what is going on in a social encounter being radically different they are both compatible and incompatible at the same time almost like a quantum relationship state (both on and off and the same time)? My wife feels like we can have sex once a month and it's satisfying for her. Of course she acts like a woman who NEEDS sex the rest of the time (not horny, just cranky all the time when she doesn't have it) but maybe she just hasn't made the connection of her cravings to sex? She also feels like we can cuddle and be romantic once every few months and it's satisfying for her. Of course she also acts like a woman who is underappreciated and unloved the rest of the time but again it goes back to her not being aware of her feelings. As for me I feel like there's an emptiness in my life. I'm horny all the time and I feel disconnected from my workaholic wife. When we do spend time together it's great, but it feels like high school; we just watch tv and that's about it. It's like dating a teen, only she's older than me and she makes more money than me (she went to college). |
Question: Have you ever make a tea and serve to your spouse? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 07:10 AM PDT |
Posted: 20 Sep 2019 05:37 AM PDT Long story short. My bf and I have been together for a year now and have talked about marriage and our future together. We are planning on having me move in with him and that's what we are currently testing by having me stay for a week or so. Anyway, we were laying here while he was about to go to work and he read something on Facebook that was funny and had something to do with marriage and proposing and he showed me and said "can I upgrade to that package?" (The meme was a bf texting a gf and the girl replied about "if you want this then you have to upgrade the package from gf to wife and purchase a ring and place it on the 4th finger on my left hand") He playfully jokes about marriage with me sometimes like "can we get married?" And he's looking up at me and cuddling me. He even said a few days ago while we were talking about proposing, he said "someday. Maybe soon" I'm just confused on why he continues to talk about it or even joking about it and nothing has happened. I understand work is stressful and being an adult so I haven't really got onto him about anything. There's no point, so what's your opinion? Does he want to get married? Is he going to propose soon? |
Question: Why does my wife have such an issue with control? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 03:43 AM PDT I've mentioned this before how my wife feels she's gotta know everything 5 minutes before you know it. If we're sitting in the bedroom watching TV and I get up to go to the kitchen the first thing out of her mouth is, "where you going?" This morning we had a little discussion about something I did 4 days ago. Normally she leaves for work at 6:30 AM and I usually leave shortly after her. Monday she was off work so I got dressed in the living room as to not disturb her in the bedroom. I decided to leave a little early to stop and get some gas so I left right around 6:30. Today (Fri) we were discussing something and she mentioned why I left so early Monday. I said, "because I had somewhere to go." Her next statement was, "well, I need to know why you left so early." Granted she leaves before me everyday but this particular day, since she was home, I decided to head out a little early and I didn't go into the bedroom to wake her to tell her I was gone, she felt like she needed to know why I left so early. How does she know I left early considering she is always gone before me. She doesn't know if everyday after she leaves I'm out the door 10 minutes later. Then she makes this statement, "Oh, so this is how we're doing things now?" Why does she have such an issue with control? |

Question: My husband stopped killimg spiders for me, how should I handle this? Posted: 20 Sep 2019 12:41 AM PDT For a long time now my husband will get angry if I ask him to kill a spider, especially at night. This evening, he got angry again and refused until a few hours later when he finally understood it was in our bedroom. I told him who knows where it could be by now. It is really selfish of to be willing to kill it only if it is in the room he is in. This might sound so dumb, but I am very terrified of those creatures and my husband has always known this. Now I can't sleep and need to vent anonymously... How should I handle his attitude about this? |
