i was sorta talking/seeing someone long distance and things went bad. they took out stalking charges on me and they seem to want me sent off. got me a lawyer today,yeah i always wait till the last minute. with the pictures and paper work i had the lawyer said he wopuld take the case. told me i done a good job on what i brought and he could get it throwed out. he did say that he could have the other party charged with extortion. i told him no i didn't want to do that. but the more i think about this person taking charges on me the more i think about proceeding. what do you think? extortion is a felomy where i am!

I moved into a nice condo in Salt Lake City for law school. I met my beautiful neighbor and she was so nice she invited me over for dinner amd we had salad and lasagna. We knew eachother from BYU and youth activities as kids. I texted a friend about her and he told me she's married. So fast forward a few days later and she brought over milk and cookies and sat on the couch with me barefoot and sat on my lap seductively. I told her the only reason I slept with her the other night was because I thought she was single. She began to cry and told me about her failing marriage and then kissed me she said she doesn't love her marriage and that her marriage has been over the moment the wedding ended. She told me that her marriage is abusive, sexless amd she feels trapped. When I got this condo I didn't know she was my neighbor. Well we've been seeing eachother secretly for 6 months and she even bought me a Rolex watch and told me that it was for her kind lover. My friend and I went on vacation to St.George for the warm weather and hiking. A friend of hers saw us and told her husband and he was furious he threw her down the stairs then waited for me to come home and attacked me. I suffered a broken leg and elbow from defending myself. My friend has been visiting me since I'm staying in my moms house in Provo while i recover. How can I tell her everything is okay. She was hysterical and I told her I love her and that I would let anything affect us.

We're both seniors and have a film class together. I'd say she's a 10 but I'm not that attractive. I'm a lightskinned Latino with short brown hair and eyes and I'm 6'2 but skinny I look like a white 12 year old (babyface). But I sat in between her and my friend for a class discussion and he kept telling stories about me which had her laughing a lot & I'd ask for her opinions on why she didn't like this film or that camera angle. I dont want him to listen to rock music, or to be an indie obsessed, or a nerd guy always reading or studying. I want a normal traditional guy who isnt obsessed woth something in particular (I cant stand those people obsessed with music, or with 60s or 70s rock music), I eamt a guy from east europe or turkey or albania or greece that can love me and always be with me. A guy with average interests and ideas (I dont want a strange hippie or hipster).

My gf just got Dark Souls and she plays it in the living room all the time now but I really hate it. The sound effects legit make me feel sick but she insists on turning it up really loud because otherwise she " doesn't get the full effect." I would ask her to just move to our bedroom so I can exist in our living room in peace but she has to play it on the tv and we can't just move it to our bedroom because we have two other roommates. The kitchen and my computer are connected to the living room and I feel like I'm being isolated to my bedroom :/ I told her the noises gross me out and she got defensive about it. Anyone have any advice on how we can come to some sort of compromise?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about a year and a half now. I have found a car that I would like to buy, for a reasonable monthly payment that I'm able to afford. I like the car because it will last for a while, and all wheel drive. However, my boyfriend is telling me I shouldn't buy the car because right now, with the car I have, I have no monthly payments. He is actually getting angry over it. I just don't feel he has a say or a right to be angry, when it's my money, and he is not my husband or even fiancé. Am I wrong?

I met this girl a few months ago at a bar and we hooked up there nothing further that night. After failed attempts to meet up she finally asked me to come over after we ran into each at a different place(also she texted me about 20 minutes before we ran into each other asking me what I was doing the next day.)We went back to her place and obviously we had sex. 3 weeks went by and she hit me up again. Asking me to come over and same thing again. Now it seems like we're seeing each other about 2-3 times a week sometimes I'll sleep over her dorm and we'll just watch hulu and stuff with her. Lots and lots of cuddling and rounds of sex usually. We don't usually text unless we're making plans to hang out but we snap all day everyday. But im wonder am I just a booty call or is it something more. I currently do not have a car anymore so I'm very hesitant to ask her out. So we've never ask went out anywhere together.

A friend of mine fooled around with a married guy who is going through a divorce (or so he says) she knows from work. He is always busy with his work and takes forever to text her back. He rarely, if ever calls her and when he does its to talk sexual things. He complains about his wife. She does not want a relationship per se, but would like to see him again. When she texts him asking if he can hang out on the weekends, he says "probably not" or something to this effect. He texts super slowly (maybe taking 3-8 hours or more to text if he even replies). She said she would like to hook up with him again, but thinks he is blowing her off purposely. What is his deal? Should she cut her losses? How can she turn this around on him and "dump" him so that he does not try to get fresh again?
