He's younger I think, but I'm not sure how much younger. I don't know him real well, which is why he's just a crush. He's been a tiny bit flirty with me, but nothing too crazy or nothing that implies I have a chance. I act like a shy little high schooler with a crush and sneak looks at him when he's not looking and when he catches me, I look away or move out of the way of his vision, so I think he might know. Well, on Thursday, he counted my drawer down (cash register), but didn't have me sign an accountability report. My assistant manager asked me the next day who counted my drawer the day before because they said I was $3 short and I wasn't and that I always need to sign the report. I told her it was him (what was I supposed to say? "I don't remember"?) She told him and a few other shift managers that they need to make sure the cashiers sign the report because mine said I was $3 short the day before when I wasn't. 2 of them said they weren't there before and she goes "I think she said it was _____" and kind of threw me under the bus there lol. Will he think I was snitching on him and did I totally mess up a chance with him? I realize that we probably couldn't date anyway since he's a shift manager, but I don't want him to hate me. |

We aren't really feeling that spark in the beginning of the relationship and it has been putting a damper on romance together. We had "broken up" for like two days, but realized that it wasn't what we both wanted. It was hell for the both of us. We realized that we were both still committed to each other. After talking about it, we narrowed down the problem - we aren't feeling that same passion when we kiss that we used to have. It feels forced. However, we do realize our love for each other still, so that doesn't rule out the lack of affection we feel. We really want to make this work and have that same feeling of excitement that we did before. We made it clear that if we continue to feel this way, we should break up. I'm 30 years old, light case of Asperger's and I've always been shy and inept at approaching girls. Many recent news have put women on the defensive against sexual harassers, to the point of putting rapists and real abusers on the same bandwagon as people who approach women with a compliment (as in the video experiment where they filmed a girl walking through town for a few hours to see how many people would "harass" her). Even at work (I work on a ship) there's a lot of talk about HR and being reported to them, but then I see love stories start between coworkers and things happen such as male colleagues dancing at parties and literally rubbing their genitals all over female colleagues with the excuse of salsa dancing, and the girls don't say a thing...probably just because those guys are handsome. If I was shy to start with, now I'm plain scared: I'm not handsome or rich and despite all my good intentions, I don't know what to do to approach girls without running the risk of passing off as a harasser. So, I ask you ladies, what do you really consider harassment when it comes to a man approaching you? Does it depend on any variables such as physical appearance, financial position etc.? I really enjoy post sex cuddling and he does too but he never spends the night, we cuddle for anywhere between 20 minutes or a little over an hour and then he says he needs to get going. I understand we both have busy lives and have other things going on during the weekends too, but it would really mean a lot to me if he would spend the night every couple of months or so. At first it was all great, like no one made me laugh like he did and we both seemed very happy and had great chemistry. He already introduced me to his family and friends so things were going well. Until all of the sudden little red flags appeared- during our talks he started saying things like he doesn't believe in feelings and that he is very logical and rational, he is not looking to settle down in any way and all of the sudden and without heads up I woke up to us starting to text less and less from when we would talk everyday we barely exchanged a few words and then he said he had a breakdown at work being stressed with his job. I said I was there for him and ofc stressed that I would not tie him down to me against his wishes. but one week had passed and we almost broke any communication. I asked him if he still wanted to be with me and he exploded. He called me emotional and dramatic and said that after me asking this he started to doubt our relationship. We agreed to try to work on it as he said he wanted to continue, but I was very hurt by his reaction and don't know what to do anymore or if it's even worth it. |

We dated for about two years; she was my high school sweetheart and we still dated after highschool for about a year. I thought I'd get over it by now but sadly I haven't. I did everything for her, I put her before myself & when she left I was heartbroken. She's a really smart girl with a bright future and me my future is still up in the air; that's kinda why we broke up in all honesty. I ask the above question because I want to know if one day she won't mean anything to me. |

He seems personable and friendly and confident with everyone but becomes almost nervous quiet and at a loss for words around me while avoiding eye contact. I've read articles that suggest that these are signs he hates me AND signs he's attracted. Needless to say I'm confused.
