I work in a plant nursery. We have a pond we have a 7×4 pond with what I think are 4 or 5 coi fish. We've been having heavy rain. I was walking around the nursery and noticed the pond is very murky. I can't even see the fish. Anyway, I brought it to the attention of the nursery manager. She didn't seem worried, and kinda giggled at me. I would have cleaned put the pond myself, but I'm not very experienced, and I didn't want to screw anything up. It was also real cold and rainy. My boss is 8 hours away picking up plants from another nursery. I'm going to bring it to his attention when he gets back, and maybe offer to clean it this weekend when it's nice out. I just feel bad forcing the fish to live in such terrible conditions.

I been in a relationship with a man for almost two years but a few weeks ago he ended the relationship.. but out of the blue a leaked video audio of our conversation argument over the phone has been leaked on youtube with my name and business plus people saying nasty things about me painting a picture about me that's not true...but the only way they could have got the conversation is if my ex uploaded and recorded the conversation.. But now he cut all contact off all contact so I can't speak with him about it ..should I go to his city and his job and try and talk about it or what?? Child protection services. I'm 16 and my mom is abusive and my dad doesn't care to help. I'm going to start taing videos of the abuse. I've tried to before, but every single time there's a coincidence that nmy phone is suddenly slow, dies, she stops right when I record, etc. When I say randomly is I mean I never told anyone about the abuse before, not even counselors and I'm scared to because of my self diagnosed severe social anxiety. For one thing... Am i even allowed to call CPS? What will happen? Any ideas as of what to say? Idk, but I need to make a change.

So today I went to the doctor to get an issue with my sinuses checked. I had a male doctor and he kept pointing out how I seemed tense or nervous and that I was "acting like he was about to get me" and a couple times he had to say he wasn't going to hurt me. I have noticed I am like this around male teachers or other adult males at times too. If one puts a hand on my shoulder or something (not even in a creepy way), I get very uncomfortable and might flinch. When they touch me or get close I really feel nervous. Even sometimes just being in the same room with them can get me uneasy. Don't really know why? I'm a 16 year old girl btw. Thanks for your help!

I've done something horrible and I owned up to it to my friend she blocked me and now I can never speak to her again I apologised Loads but what I did was horrible I madd a mistake I want to change what I did but simply can't she won't reply to my texts as they are blocked and none of my other friends know her or my family what shall I do!! Please Pay attention! i am living abroad from more than 07 years in UAE. i tried my *** off to get over and to make a good money. but it seems to me that my luck is not going to help. i am a graduate and tried different companies but after a very hard working not getting a single chance of promotion and of course the salary is very low. i hardly manage my self and my family(pakistan). got married in 2013 and each year going for 01 month vacation and also there is no chance of kids in my life as doctor says stay together. but i can not afford her bringing her abroad as it extremely expensive here. when i see going back to pakistan, it will also be very difficult financially as my family is living in a small town (village) and there is no way to get a Job forget about good or bed. Stuck in a very bed situation & no one give any **** about it. feeling depressed and loosing hope day by day. i know that if i live more here abroad nothing will get better and if i move back, may things go more worse. your suggestion are requested please.
