Posted: 29 Mar 2018 05:10 PM PDT Do you find what a mutual friend did as alarming? Once of the evenings that we went over to play cards with my sister and her husband who had a mutual friend over. Their daughter (my 8 year old niece Lisa) played with us. She bet with Daddy if she wins he must buy her a doll she liked and she won! If she had lost being she had no money to put up then she would get a spanking. I figured not a real one. This ipast weekend Lisa came in the ktichen in her very short nightgown to play with us. She showed us her doll she won and wanted to bet again. After Lisa bet Daddy again our friend Debra commented on her panty being thin or sheer nylon. How she will feel it. Well Lisa lost and she got put across Daddys lap in the living room. Playful, light but a full blown spanking. The friend again made a comment about Lisa is getting "panty spanks". Is this alarming that she has fixation on a little girl underpants? |
Question: Will it be a waste of time? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 04:14 PM PDT So my best friend and I got into a fall out last year February because of my own insecurities. I tried messaging afterwards multiple times and she told me never to message her again and she blocked my number. I messaged her on New Years with another email account but I then deleted the email a day after so I never knew if she replied or not. I'm thinking of sending a letter but I don't know if my efforts will be wasted. My therapist was like she hadn't forgiven me then but it wouldn't hurt to try one last time but I don't know if it will just make me look desperate. What do you guys think. |
Posted: 29 Mar 2018 03:44 PM PDT If you text someone that you will be praying for their sick father and they text you back "thank you and hope you have a happy Easter," would you just say thanks back. I don't want to say "You too" because I know it probably won't be a happy Easter since their father is not doing well. |
Posted: 29 Mar 2018 01:14 PM PDT I still see my old friends hang out with this guy that stabbed someone over a women. I used to be friends with him. He's never done nothing wrong to me. He did stab some guy over a women. My friend did prison time for it. I don't know why they still hang out with him after what he did. I've moved away from where I grew up. I did move on from them. |
Question: Possible suspension/ wtf do I even do (I would really appreciate input)? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 12:32 PM PDT I used to be friends with this girl her name is fake for this story btwz anyways I would always help her out when feeling suicidal and I'm the only reason she's alive today. She told me everything ab her life. Recently her boyfriend decided he didn't like me and her and him talk a ton of shitt ab me. I was talking to my friend and told him how she told em she was bi and didn't wanna tell her boyfriend. My friend told her boyfriend then her (I was pisssddd). Then she's like "everything I told u was a lie but since u wanna expose me I'll expose you" now she's going around to everyone telling them that I said "it would be funny if she killed herself" (which I never said btw) and I'm really stressed out Bc she's gonan go to the admin and try to get me in trouble and I didn't take screenshots or anything and she has "proof"(her 2 best friends) are going in with her and they're gonna claim they heard me saying it. What the ***** do I do?! |
Question: Is it worth losing a friendship over money? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 10:00 AM PDT my friend paid for a lot of things for me on her credit card and i dont have a job so whenever my mom gives me money she thinks that i should be paying her in small incriments out of the little money i manage to get and since i havent been doing that she has been giving me an attitude and she even came to my house to give me grief about how i dont have a job yet, and its a lot of pressure to take on hearing her treat me like crap and berate me just because i owe her a few bucks, we have not been talking as a result of this and im completely okay with it because i dont need that kind of pressure in my life but do you think this is right? and what should i do? i think shes just fed up and i understand that but i dont feel comfortable with her disrespecting me over my circumstances, what should i do? |
Question: What best friend goes 9 months without attempting to stay in touch? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 09:15 AM PDT I had two best friends growing up. They were both like sisters to me. We did everything together. Over the past few years we've all started to drift apart, as it seems. We have each other on Facebook, but neither of them have even attempted to contact me in the past 9 months. Granted it's a two way street, but I've at least tried to reach out. I will comment things like "we need to hang out soon!" No response. College has changed me, so I can't blame them for changing either. Am I just trying to stir stale waters? They weren't even there for me when my dog passed away. I'm not sure I can consider them my best friends anymore. It sure as heck doesn't feel like it. Is it time to start considering them just childhood best friends and move on? Maybe find some new friends? |
Question: What would you do about a roommate who is kicking you out with thirty days notice? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 09:04 AM PDT Long story short no legal action is being involved yet but because we've been disagreeing on really fundamental stuff we need to part ways. My issue is, all the money I have I've invested in the space. I really don't have a deposit to give to a new landlord. My roommate has OCD and says my messiness triggers him. I'm actually a nanny and a very neat person generally, but he has ticks (seeing spots on the stove, stains in glass, little things that would not bother a normal person) that he says he cannot bear to stand anymore. I have another friend I can stay with for a month and some change for a discounted price, but that is it. I was thinking I could stay with the friend and try to save up a deposit for the month I'm with her. I'm well within my legal right to stay where I am, but I also don't want anything to get worse. He's already tried to ban me from using the kitchen period and has been harassing me with texts about my messiness (or lack of interest in catering to his ocd). It's stressful but I feel boxed in financially. Help!!! |
Question: I lost all my friends and have no one to hangout with at school? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 08:22 AM PDT I recently just got into a fight with my friend group for calling them out for being fake. Now they aren't my friends anymore. Basically I just called them out and they didn't like it because they know that they're fake, but they still continue to like and laugh with each other? Lmao didn't know you guys loved fake people. Anyways , I don't really have anyone to hangout at school with anymore. I have this one friend who I asked if I could hangout with them at school, hopefully they say yes. If they don't, I have absolutely no one. What should I do ? |
Posted: 29 Mar 2018 08:14 AM PDT I met someone in group chat on kik, they seemed nice and all, so we started talking privately. A different friend was also on kik wanted to talk to this new person too, so I gave the new person my friends username. My friend and I then had a fight about something, and my friend stopped using kik. So they didnt see the message from the new person. I told the new person that she stopped using kik and we were having a bit of a fight. While I was waiting for a reply from the new person, I got to speak to my friend and we made up and were friends again. I went back on kik after that, and saw the new person said "Im going to tell your friend that they are mean". I panicked a bit and said "no we are friends again, dont send it" but NEVER heard back from the new person. That was 6 months ago, my friend never went back on kik again. Today I was going to ask my friend to get kik again, but then I remembered what happened, and am worried that the new person had sent many mean messages to my friends kik. Now I admit, I said a few things about my friend, nothing terrible, just things like "I think she is being silly by saying this stuff" etc... but I am very concerned that if she goes on kik that there will be messages from the new person with photos of our convo where I said those things, and that it will end up in a fight again, and possibly not being friends anymore. Its been on my mind a lot, and I think its likely that they sent mean messages to my friend. What should I do now? Help! |

Question: I feel as if my friends don’t like me anymore? Don’t have a relationship anymore? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 07:07 AM PDT I always feel left out and it makes me depressed. My two friends and I have been friends for a couple of years, were juniors I'm highschool now. This year I didn't have any classes with them at all and they actually have all of theirs together. If theyre spending all day together and after school together when they have to stay later they get closer. I havent seen them since last summer and it makes me sad. And I asked if I could visit one of them and hang out with her and she said "nope". Idky but I just feel lonely and isolated. When we would have pep rally's I would just sit by the two of them but they would be talking to each other and not me. When the pep rally was over they would get up and leave without me. They won't even tell me anything anymore like they won't tell me who they talk to, who they think is cute or like and they would tell me the years before that. I just feel left out and idk I just want to go to a different school senior year so I don't have to go through this again. I also have social anxiety but I try my best because I want my friendships to work, but I just doesnt workout. When I try to talk to one of them they either leave me on read or send emojis throughout our whole conversation like she isn't interested. It's sad to say but they're my only friends but at least we only have 2 more months of school and I can be done. What should I do? Some people might think Im reading to much into it but I just get this weird feeling and it makes me sad |
Question: Why was everyone silent? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 06:48 AM PDT This classmate was sharing an example how she met this person with various identities, and so I said that's like so and so theory. The prof said yes and then she went silent and other peers were also silently looking at her? Did she think only she had that experience? |
Question: Do people look the same in skype as they do in real life? will choose best answer? Posted: 29 Mar 2018 04:37 AM PDT I recently met someone from online that I skyped with a few times. The first 2 times we skyped he was very complimentary about my looks..but we have since lost contact and recently skyped again and then even met each other but he never paid me compliments like he did the first few times we skyped. I am wondering now if he is not as attracted to me as he was the first few times him and I skyped? He is interested in hanging out with me again but I am just not sure if it is more of a friendly interest now. so my question is...do you think he thought I was more attractive the first few times we skyped? do people generally look better in skype then real life. I thought he looked about the same to me but I am just wondering what he is thinking? thanks to the first responder..thanks but if you have read my entire post I said that I DID meet him in real life. I am just trying to figure out if he is interested in me romantically now. I know I could just ask him but I guess I am a bit afraid of rejection. |
Posted: 28 Mar 2018 10:21 PM PDT She I just walk away and say goodbye or just see her in the hallway at work and say hello and that's it?! Pretty upset she said this after 6 yrs, yet I do understand the family thing. I sent her an poem saying how I felt about this friendship and got nothing back in return. |
Question: Did i do the right thing even though people think i am a snitch? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 09:58 PM PDT during one of my classes in school, there were two people fighting, and one of them was getting really annoyed. one of the boys fighting was joking about it, though. the boy getting annoyed about it (keep in mind, he s white, they both are) said something and called the boy joking about it the n-word. in the class i had after that, my friends who were in the class were talking about it with me, and my teacher heard and said she was going to report it. the boy getting annoyed got in trouble with the school and was really upset about it. i was talking about it on my bus at the end of the day and the majority of people were saying that i was a snitch because a lot of white people say the n-word and i shouldn t have told on him. i know it was the right thing to tell because if he said that somewhere worse he would be in even worse trouble with people and could get beat up, and he shouldn t even be saying that word because he s white. still, i don t want people to think that i am a snitch or likewise. did i do the right thing? |
Question: Why Are Popular Girls Usually Bad Girl Types? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 09:40 PM PDT So I'm a girl in high school myself and I wonder why people praise these types of girls when in reality they don't actually do anything except look good. The most popular girl in my grade does these things: Cheats on all her tests and got caught many times, despite this, she still cheats Lost her virginity to a senior freshman year Does drugs Gossips and may act nice to you but giggles about you behind your back Dislikes people for petty reasons Yet, everyone acts like she's a perfect human being. There are other more decent people out there but don't have any recognition. Why do people seem to flock towards people like her? |
Question: How to deal with a blackmail as third party? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 09:11 PM PDT Guys, i suspect that my friend, a girl is being blackmailed as i noticed some changes in her character. Recently i have seen a guy talking to her in a very aggresive way at midnight in the middle of the park (i follow her cause her face was grim af). i have consider going to the police(lack of proof) or my college councellor for advice or even drop a little bit of hints to tell her that i know and i can help her. Please advice course of actions that have minimum damage to her. Regarding the 'aggressive' way. 1. He's older, waaayyy older. 2. He's standing, agitated and keep showing his phone while pointing at screen to her. Super seriously not a way a couple would do or an 'arguing' type of manners 3. She's siting down, just nodding weakly and look like she's begging 4. A car arrived and take both of them, so nothing happened at the park 5. She's not local, which is why I particularly worried about this girl |
Question: Are all high school guys like this? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 07:16 PM PDT I am the only girl in my AP Calculus class. My classmates are all my friends and are great guys. We have a lot of home work so we sometimes gather at someone's house and do our homework together. This time it was my house. After we completed the homework, my mom served all the guys fresh homemade apple pie and ice cream. They loved it. We usually rotate whose house we go to for doing the homework. However the guys ask me if we could go to my house again for the homework. That is OK with me. I just thought they liked the pie and ice cream my mom made for them. Then one of the guys told me the real reason they wanted to come to my house. When mom served them pie and ice cream she wore her Daisy Dukes. Are all high school guys like this that they are horny for someone twice their age? |
Question: Struggling With a Long Distance Friendship? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 07:11 PM PDT I have a friend who lives on the other side of the country as me. I've seen her face but I've never met her in real life before. I know her well though, we've been friends for about 6 months now. Her birthday's coming up and I want to do something special (mail her a present), but my parents won't let me. They aren't sure if I can just trust her, and they don't want me spending money on "someone I don't even know". Any way I can convince them or mail it without them knowing? |
Question: Why do people think I owe them anything??????? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 07:11 PM PDT I don't owe anyone friendship or anything!! No one owes me anything!! When a friend I don't trust started coming in between me and a guy and talking to him, I just blocked her and said say goodbye to our friendship. I want to spend time with the guy, without her interfering or getting angry at me, she doesn't own me or him, and I don't owe her anything?? Now the guy wants to call a lawyer when I moved on a long time ago and was lauging my a** off with my other friends about how this girl contacted my mom after I called her a wh*re |
Question: Is this considered some kind of social anxiety..?? Advice please ):? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 06:54 PM PDT I can talk fine to people and I'm not nervous at all until I start thinking about how weird people would think I am if they knew everything about me. I used to be bullied a lot for being weird/silly and I've been paranoid ever since. My close friends that know everything about me r at different colleges, and I'm scared to make new close friends because I'm afraid people will judge me for my interests and my weird OCD problems. (I actually have OCD.) I told one new friend that I've never dated and she was SHOCKED and they all talk about boys all the time and I feel very behind and like a loser. Most of them don't know I've never dated, that I was the weird kid in middle school,And that I like marvel and read fanfiction and write and draw/paint. I just feel...fake since I'm hanging out with people lately that don't know my tons of quirks. They seem so...normal? No weirdness! I really DONT look like a quirky person, so when I drop a tiny hint about my quirkiness they're so SHOCKED.I told them my favorite movie was James Cameron's Avatar and they were like WHAT?! U don't seem like the type at all! That's like the least weird quirky thing about me! I'm really paranoid! I mean I read fanfiction all the time. That's weird. I judge myself. I've been reading it since I was 12 and I'm 18. Should I try to stop?? I barely hang out with them and I'm isolated af and paranoid. I'm transferring to a different college next semester but I'd like to figure out what to do. Advice anyone??? |

Question: Lost my bestfriend, advise? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 06:27 PM PDT So me and Trish (not real name) been best friends since middle school. Like sisters. My birthday was on a Wednesday about 7ish months ago, and her dad had a scheduled visit to hospital for them to check up on his new meds they gave him. Well it was planned the weekend before that us and a group of people hangout on my birthday. That morning Trish and her mom went to see her dad before coming over to my house. Few hours later she said she was on her way, she gets in my house, and I literally can vibe from her her bad attitude. All I can think is omg no bad moods plz its my birthday i want a good day, whats goin on. So she told me she was upset about her dad cause he might have afib. I was saying omg Im so sorry. Then I said "well lets try to have a good day" long story shorter, she starts yelling at me, and calling me a *****, and left. Literally have not heard from her since my birthday. I spoke to her mom and she moved to another state with her half sister, her mom said she has been having anxiety and too stressed about college. She blocked me and our group of friends on all social media. I just miss my best friend so much, anyone else have advise? |

Question: How do I uninvite someone to my birthday? Posted: 28 Mar 2018 06:06 PM PDT I'm about to celebrate my 21st birthday at university, I'm going to plan a party in my apartment and I'm celebrating with my friends who have birthdays around the same time. The thing is one of my flatmates has really changed recently and I don't consider her a friend anymore. I cant just not invite her because she lives in the apartment, however I'd really rather she didn't attend. She's been really awful to me this past year to the point where I've almost dropped out. I don't know how to not have her at my birthday without making it awkward for everyone else we live with... any advice would be really appreciated :) |
