I have a very restrictive eating disorder, and I limit the types of food I eat to very nutrient-ish things. So today, I brought in a cake for my class bc it's close to my bday and some people wanted cake, so I thought it would be nice. I was the only one who said no thanks when my teacher brought the slices around to the class. And I feel kinda bad about it bc I was the one who brought the cake in, so I hope she doesn't suspect anything :0 my math teacher is ssooooooo sweet she always offers us candy and is sooooooo nice to us. Whenever she offers me candy, I always refuse tho bc I don't allow myself to eat it. I don't want to hurt her feelings by refusing her candy tho because she always looks a little sad when I don't get any. And she acted kinda surprised today when I gave her my piece of cake for her daughter because I knew I wouldn't eat it. Do you think she knows? I just don't want things to be weird. Should I tell her next time she offers me something? And if so what should I say?

I am at collage for first year, the thing hard for make friends and friendship in collage. I did make friend, I think this person don't like me. I make friends, I away seat alone, I was going make friends today I was too shy to that. Do you have trip make friends?

Okay, so she was my BFF forever. I loved that girl, though, she would get mad at me for no reason and grit her teeth and punch me. So I decided to not be her friend.. She calls me stupid and I am a idiot and ugly. She calls me fat so I don't eat my lunch because she will laugh at me eating. If she has more people around her she will tell me she has more friends so she is better. It makes me so mad I just want to slap her, but I can't. I am a advanced learner, and it makes me feel like I shouldn't be in that catagory if I am so stupid. I don't like to hang out a lot with people, but it makes me want to cry when she has so many friends and they all laugh at me for having none. I know it doesn't matter.. But it hurts. My only friend isn't aloud to talk to me now because my bully told me I couldn't talk to her.. I am so tired of being hit and laughed at for being stupid and ugly.. Can someone please help? By the way, I am 12.

So Im friends with a guy at work.. He just moved in his place and he was telling me he was getting a bad vibe... so I told him about sage and he wanted me to sage his house... he told everyone at work I was going to sage his house, he seemed excited. So yesterday I told him that I got his sage and I bring it in the next day... So today I handed him the gift bag and he said"What"... I found it rude and I was embarrassed... so I handed him the gift and he started talking about his new cell phone... He was just rambling on and he didn't make sense. so later on he said thanks...

So basically my life used to be pretty great. I had great friends, I loved my school and my mom didn t used to be as horrible to me. This all changed when the economy got bad and I had to leave my school and go to another one in America. I spend almost all my summers in ATL so I was cool with the area didn t have friends there tho, but moving there was a whole different matter. I got so depressed when I realized it was actually happening(, I knew a year ago but I didn t believe it would actually happen). So my summer was horrible and when I found out it was a catholic school I felt even worse. When I got there i was one of the only colored people there and I felt so lonely, I ve been there almost a year now and I still feel so lonely. Up until this point I ve had so many problems at school (the catholic one) I failed my math and la classes the first 2 quarters mostly because it was much more advanced then my old school and because I didn t try. I was so depressed and lazy, btw I m on financial aid( which makes my situation a whole lot worse). So basically I looked up squidward memes on my tablet then someone else did and the whole class started laughing then the teacher only reports me and the person who s tablet it was to the IT director. Now I m worried because since I realized I want to go to Phillips Exceter I have a goal I want to achieve, by all means I need this. (Oh and btw they don t want be back for next year)

This girl always used to say hi to me but I ignored her in regards to my crush. We are both girls. Time passes, I stop disliking her. She's in my lunch period and one day I was sitting on the outer corner of the cafeteria and she walked in front of me. When I looked at her she stood in place and I looked away and she started walking.

I'm just a girl who finishes her shift, goes to college and come right back home to repeat the same process the next day. I have no friends, I don't have any events to go to. Anytime I have a day off, I just stay home. I'm not scared to have friends its just nothing ever happens in my life events. I guess I'm friendless. My life is boring winter, spring, fall, summer and all year round. When I ask co-workers, students or neighbors to hangout with me, they say that they're always busy with other things or entirely deny my request. I guess there is nothing else for me to do. Any advice anyone? FOOLISH COMMENTS WILL BE DELETED, I WANT TO HAVE FRIENDS AND EXPERIENCE THE WORLD. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER. My friend and I are going to be roommates next year, and we're already having tons of problems. Timing is an issue with her; for example, (we live in separate dorms, so when we meet up, I have to wait outside her building) I'll text her to let her know that I'm outside, but she doesn't come let me in until 10+ minutes later. One time, there was a really bad wind storm (winds of 40-50mph) and we were meeting at her dorm to get lunch together, so I texted her to let her know I was outside. Anyway, she came 15 minutes later. She does this all the time. Then she'll mention to me that she wants to go to the gym from time to time. However, whenever I ask her if she wants to come w/me to the gym, she'll either say, "it's too cold outside" "I'm really tired" "I don't feel like walking". She wears ankle brace because she had cancer about 8-9 years ago, but she uses her ankles as an excuse every time. However, I've seen her run and walk distances just to meet a guy she likes, so I don't give into her excuses. Then she told me that she missed her exam because her roommates didn't wake her up, however, she didn't tell her roommates that she had an exam, so how is that their fault? I've talked to her about her time issue and she said that she has a lot going on mentally.

He doesn't have his own place but he wants to come over. I don't want him coming over because I have a roommate. So I want to meet up with him at a hotel. Should I just tell him that I'd rather meet up with him somewhere instead? And tell him to meet me at a hotel?

Resulta que llevamos ya un tiempo largo conociéndonos un chico y yo, y desde el primer día hace esto, aunque no siempre, pero la mayoría de las veces sí: Cuando le hablo por WhatsApp, él lo lee al momento o a los pocos minutos (por lo que me deja en visto) y después me contesta en un buen rato largo o a los 2,3 o 4 días. Parece que al principio es porque está ocupado o algo así, y a veces sí que lo está, pero otras veces lo veo conectado y no me contesta, e incluso muchas veces parece que está en mi chat porque cuando me desconecto, él hace lo mismo. No obstante, cuando me habla es muy cariñoso y simpático, me gusta mucho y creo que yo a él también, pero esto es lo único que me molesta y preocupa de él, y no entiendo. Me da vergüenza preguntárselo. ¿Por qué lo hace? ¿Lo hará con todos igual (eso espero)?

I have a habitual habit of lying. I certainly wasn't confident about my past and I'm still not confident about who and what I am now. I told my friends that I played baseball in high school when in fact I didn't. I know I should probably tell them and although the lie is stupid and meaningless, it made me at the time feel more worthy than I truly felt. It hasn't been mentioned lately and I had forgotten about it. But it arose again and I'm struggling sleeping now. Help

My friend got drunk and started crying saying i will never understand her because she is fat. She use to be skinny until she had her son. Her face is pretty but since she had a kid her stomach is nasty looking. I will never tell her that to her face. Her belly is saggy and stretched out bad! I seen girls have kids but she needs a tummy tuck! why do man care so much now a days about perfection? I hate to see her so depressed over this and its sad that this is what this world has came to being so judgemental.

I found out about friends of mine whose mother died last Sunday, and found this out online as i was surfing the web and the name and the picture came up. I didn't approach my friends and ask them about it or even express my condolences yet but not sure if this is a good time to approach them in person or not? I don't want him to be upset if i bring it up. On occasion i see them at church, but i don't go to church that often but wondering if I should just send a sympathy card to them? Even though i haven't said anything. Or should i approach them in person ? Which would be the appropriate way to handle it?

I'm friends with one of my co workers. He's has a disability which I have no issue with at all. He's a good friend and he will stick up for others. But sometimes he tends to over react to stuff. Hers a few examples 1. If i don't text him back in a few hours or so he gets worried that somethings ones and will call me amen ask if I'm ok. I could be busy but to him he thinks something 2. Today I worked an extra hour for my boss usually I do 10-3 but I did 10-4(I work in the bakery). But my boss left at 3. And he said says. Oh so she makes you stay an hour but she can leave at 3 and she management she's probably using you. So I said she's not pal it's not a big deal. And he's like just be careful please I don't want them to use. It just seems the littlest things makes him over react. How can I tell him not to over react to the little things.

I met this guy at a store where he works I see him often and we always talked when I'm in line paying for my groceries. This has been going on for a couple of years now. In September he asked me for my number when I told him I was in school for Massage therapy. He called me two months ago asking if he could come over for a massage and asked if he and I could hangout. Not knowing he had a girlfriend I messaged him on Facebook asking if he wanted to be friends with benefits. And he told me he had a girl and that he wish he would have got my number awhile ago and that he would have loved to had it been two years ago. He then asked me how I would feel about being with him and another girl. I told him I was a virgin and I told him that we could still be friends. And he said that he would still be my massage study buddy for school and that he and I could still hangout. And I said ok so today he messaged saying he wants to come over soon. I don't understand why he's asking to come over when he has a girlfriend. The first time he asked to come over was before he ever mentioned anything about a threesome or about him having a girlfriend. And now he's asking to come over again. Is this really a good idea?

So I'm thinking about asking my friend if he wants to hang out tomorrow. I'm thinking about asking him if he wants to see a movie, go out to eat, movie then go eat, or just driving around town until we find something to do. Any other ideas would be appreciated, and if you can't think of any which one of the ones that I mentioned do you think sounds the best. Also, we're both 17. Ok well I was playing this game called town of salem with many friends. It's like where you get a role and you're evil or innocent trying to kill the evil. We were talking outside of the game and sharing roles and I lied about mine and said I was innocent when I was actually an evil role. I killed majority of them and won the game and they actually got mad at me over the stupid game and called me a snake. They always lie about their roles too but now they're getting mad because I lied and wanted to win. They're also much older than me and they're acting the opposite..

My best friend is turning 18 soon and I have no clue what to get her, we've been friends for a long time and we're sharing a dorm in college. I'm think about doing a basket with a whole bunch of gifts, maybe some stuff for our dorm, I really don't know. Help please!!!
