Question: Why's he look at me all the time? Posted: 03 May 2016 12:46 PM PDT I started this school this year & I'm a junior. My teacher's in his 20s, is married and has a kid on the way. He talks to me about some of the problems/drama going on in school and he tends to act more like a student than a teacher. We normally talk about how stupid everything is and what we've heard from others lol. Ever since the beginning of the year, I've noticed he's always made eye contact when talking and keeps it a long time. In class, he mainly looks at me. When I first started, I hated eye contact with anyone cus I felt awkward but now feel it's helped me with him and others. Like I can talk without looking away as much. Anyways, when he makes a joke, if I'm there he normally looks to me first and will look for a while. I don't really get it, and it doesn't make me feel weird, I just wanna know why. Thanks!

She has shared nudes of her to me, and wants to be closely sexual and meet up and go pretty fast. I kinda want to but idk for sure. Any advice? Also she is 17 i am 15 |

Question: Concerts to "Crude and Loud" According to Mormons?? :/? Posted: 03 May 2016 09:27 AM PDT My Mormon parents won't let me go to any concerts! I have asked them to go to lots of them, such as, Britney Spears, All Time Low, Ellie Goulding, Issues and They will probably say no to Blink182 and Blink182 is preforming with All Time Low and All Time Low is like my lifee! :/ Every time I ask my mom or my dad they alwayss tell me that "I don't want you to hear all those bad words and have that loud music blasting in your ears! EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's so unfair! I told my parents that I am way old enough to go to band or celeb concerts! But most of all I just want ATL! and they are life savers and good role models on how you should just be yourself and my parents still think they are loud and crude and I just want to go to one! I am tired of living with mormon's! They suck and they take all the fun out of my life! Will someone please tell me how me as a 15 year old can deal with all of this bullshit better and maybe just give me some tips with some trust issues and just need some advice with what to do just so I can have some fun! ~Thank you lots and only nice answers plz (:

Posted: 03 May 2016 05:47 AM PDT I have a serious crush on this guy at work. He started about 2 months back and the 1st day I saw him I felt like we had a connection. I thought in the begining he also kinda liked me , he did the usual stuff like always smilling , making small talk etc... I just feel like if he did honestly like me then he would have atleast asked for my number even if we just chatted as friends. The thing is I ve never liked a guy at work and I m not the type of person that just falls for any guy. There s something about this guy that just kinda draws me to him. He kind of ticks all the boxes. The reality of the situation is that he doesn t like me so I need to find a way to get over him.

Question: Someone called me lady? Posted: 02 May 2016 08:55 PM PDT Someone I work with who I don't know that well calls me lady a lot. She's like 60, I'm 18. She says things like "You're a funny lady" "good one lady" "all the customers probably think you're the nicest lady and you are" "you should have told that man you were married with 6 kids so he'd think damn I can't ask out that lady" and "do you have any fiance or boyfriend lady?" I'm not old! :( I think of lady as 55+. Why is she calling me lady? I don't have any wrinkles :(
Posted: 02 May 2016 08:52 PM PDT I'm 18, broke, unemployed, 3k in debt, not in college, alone (have no caring relatives and my only true friend died), obese, suicidal, impulsive, depressed, have ptsd towards driving/moving vehicles, and I have a severe social anxiety. (I know it sounds like I'm playing the victim, but I'm ready to get over th I've been trying to get a job for a year now but no one will hire me (I'm thinking I've been blacklisted or its cause I have 0 good references and a lot of easy-to-find jobs you need a driver's license). My parents HATE me and don't give a **** about me being traumatized after watching my best friend get killed in a car accident. I have tried to have jobs since I left my community college, but I always get fired for being absent (my social anxiety is the devil). I owe my college $3000 and they are soon to send it to the state collections unit. My mom threatens to kick me out every week. I just want to know, is it possible to start a new life on my own with $100 dollars in my bank account in a new city in the US? If so, how? I was thinking of moving to a city with plenty of jobs and finding someone through Craigslist who will let me work in exchange for a room, then finding a job and enrolling in the local community college after 2 years ('ll be 20) when I have a stable income. Then, I'll get good grades, make some friends in that city and transfer to a university and get the bachelor's degree and a career I've always wanted. Any advice? Any good cities to recommend?
Question: Family members being rude? Posted: 02 May 2016 08:49 PM PDT my sister is jealous of anything i do. even though she's a doctor, is married to a good guy, has a child--im single and if i even meet a guy, she gets really jealous adn nasty and tries to mess it up or put me down. I dont know why she's this way when she has so much going for her. she and my family have done things to mess with my life. But it seems like they dont want me having anything and they want themselves to have it all. Also we're in our 30's..it's messed up. How can someone handle something like this? sometimes just her hatred and intent seem to cause problems..i recently told her of a crazy guy i met- i mean he's a loser. and she's even jealous of that. once she flew to my city to harass me b/c i was dating a lawyer. is she just really not happy with her life..i dont get it. also she has tons of friends and has had a good life. she only talks to me on the phone in between driving from one place to the next..
Question: How to accept critiscm and stop doubting myself? Posted: 02 May 2016 08:47 PM PDT Okay, so my dream job right now is to be an Art Director, but the thing that's holding me back is my lack of self-confidence. A lot of the artwork I do, I only show to my mom and maybe some other people I am close to. I'm afraid to show others my artwork, because I'm afraid they won't like it or will criticize me. I have a very hard time accepting criticism. And I think to be an art director you're going to be faced with some. Another thing is, is I doubt myself a lot. I do this so if I fail, it won't hurt me as badly since I expected it. But it's a problem for me. Like, for example, I'm in Orchestra, and in Orchestra we had to play a little song for our teacher to be ranked what chair position we will be in. First chair is the highest. When I was done playing the song, I told everyone that I probably got last chair. But to my surprise I ended up getting first. But I doubted myself, so in case I did get a low chair I wouldn't feel so bad. How to I be more self-confident? And as for criticism, I understand that they are trying to help me improve, but I can't help but to take it as an insult. Any advice?
Question: Does my teacher see me like another son of hers? :/? Posted: 02 May 2016 08:19 PM PDT She is 37 and has a son that's 10. I'm 16 and we have a close relationship. I am attached to her and I stay every time she stays afterschool. She brings an iPad to school for lesson planning and she always lets me use it whenever I ask her. She doesn't let other students use it either. I bring her coffee and I offer to share snacks to her often. She knows my family issues with my parents divorce and how im not close to any of them. She knows how important she is to me as a role model because I told her so one time over email. I email her frequently, sometimes daily. I call her mom over email but I never did during school besides the one time i did on accident. I don't want anyone to tease me about me calling her mom in class. I sometimes ask her to bring me drinks occasionally and she does. I bring my lunch box sometimes and I always ask her if I could leave it on her desk so i don't need to carry it everywhere i go. Also I drew her some pictures for her that she lets me hang on her whiteboard. I feel like she mothers me sometimes. I also find myself around her a lot and am usually around her belongings while I watch movies on her iPad. But she is really friendly and sometimes I get just a little bit jealous when she talks to other students. She is the type to really care about her students.

Question: Is there anything wrong with me doing this on second dates? Posted: 02 May 2016 07:27 PM PDT I am a member of a popular dating site, and I occasionally find someone who's actually willing to go out with a complete loser like me. We arrange to meet for a first date, and if it goes well, we arrange for a second as we're saying goodbye on the first. But then on the second, I tell her about what a complete loser I am, that I am ugly, stupid, and can't see why any woman would ever want to get into a relationship with me. And that I have nothing to offer, and dating me would be a complete waste of time. This is toward the end of the time together. It's been a very long time since I've had a third date with a woman.

Posted: 02 May 2016 06:39 PM PDT So, I work at my university and one of my job is answering phone calls, and I've been leaving messages to people and telling them call me ASAP. After my shift, I called the HR for this other job that I applied to, but got a voicemail. Someone from that department told me that I was referred by the HR and just give her a call. I left the message with my name and reason why I called, but at the end, I said, "IF YOU CALL ME ASAP, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT". I didn't know why I said that, but maybe I was still in my mental mind from my other job. How can I fix it?!!
Question: Should I pursue my cousins wife? Posted: 02 May 2016 06:06 PM PDT I(28) moved from one state to another state 1000 miles away. I live with my uncle, my cousin (32yrs) his wife (38), and their two boys (3 & 5). I met her 8 years ago when she was living with my cousin after dating for about a year or so. Didn t get to bond with her since it was more of a hi and bye thing meeting. In the past 3 years after she had her 2nd child she got addicted to heroine and was dating the guy who got her addicted. Long story short. She s clean... They are technically according to him and her not together but still legally married and sleeping on same bed with kids. I joke flirt with her a lot. We get along extremely well... We both said one that we wished we could clone each other to have each other because we both know how bad it would look if we were together. Then one night we drank a bit.. Not enough to even get a buzz but she hugged me before bed as usual and I said "I should have snuck in a kiss" and she came back and gave me a simple peck on the lips. I didn t think nothing of it until she did it once again the next day, then the day after when I got home from work... 3 days, 3 different times... But that was all... Now it s been a week and idk what to think about it cause it haven t happened since. Idk what kind of answer I m looking for... I just wanted to share.
Question: Should I tell her husband that she wanted an affair with me? Posted: 02 May 2016 05:32 PM PDT To make a long story short, this lady introduced herself to me last year at the gym. I avoided her as much as I can but gave her a chance to explain herself. She talks to me everytime I see her. I didn't see any problem then and I thought we were just good friends. We exchanged phone numbers but I didn't expect to receive selfies and I miss you text. When I ignored her (I work a lot), she came up to me and was very distraught. She said she just needed someone to talk to. I told her she has friends, husband and family to do that with. If that wasn't enough, I started receiving calls from her saying how much she misses me and she needed me as a friend. She called me at work, late at night, during my soccer games, during weekends. There was a night that I received 10 consecutive voicemail from her. I ended up blocking her number but she started calling me in her landline. Don't get me wrong. If she was single, I would have dated her. But she's married. I'm trying to take the high road here as she needs help. Should I get her husband involved? I'm trying to get in touch with her friend at the gym but is this the right step? I don't like to see women cry. If I try to fix her I might just enf up having sex with her.

Posted: 02 May 2016 04:45 PM PDT I used to live with my father (I've ran away twice) but am now living with my boyfriend and his parents (who are poor, my boyfriend works as do I). I am almost 20 years old and am stuck in a difficult position. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. I did not graduate HS due to running away the 2nd time. I am currently trying to get my GED. Right now, I work two jobs and try to study to be able to afford a used car to go to college in the future. Yet, I've been trying to do that for a year and have seen no improvements in doing so. My bf and I are now currently saving but I feel like time is running out to get everything I wanted done last year, done now. The alternative to all of this is moving in with my father. My father used to make me cry a lot (he would never know because I would cry in my room). I remember being 16 years old and being told how I couldn't go up the street to play with my friend or go to the mall with her. He tried taking away my cell phone when he found out I was dating this guy. I remember him saying how he never wanted to meet him. I also feel as though it'd be weird to move back in after 2 years and running away twice before. He's offered to give me a car, and help me through college and named places near by for me to work at. But I LOVE my bf, moving away breaks my heart. I just want to know what would you do in my situation? Move back in with an emotional abusive dad, or stay with your boyfriends family despite the stressful situation? I really need help. I really love my boyfriend, moving away from someone I sleep next to everyday to moving away to another city sleeping alone will be very hard for me. I don't know what I'd do without my boyfriend. I feel loved and connected with my boyfriend. While on the other hand I don't feel connected with my father. I'm worried that if I moved home he will change what he said about allowing him to spend the night just because I am back home. What do I do?
Question: Why do people stare at me? Posted: 02 May 2016 04:20 PM PDT I'm NOT drop dead gorgeous, yet I'm not too ugly, I dont have any piercings, no tattoos. But for some weird reason people stare at me! I have no idea why this is. Does anybody know the reason to this?
Question: Help getting over jealous feelings..? Posted: 02 May 2016 04:04 PM PDT I hate my long term boyfriends sons mom. We have kids together also, however I still dislike her a lot. I try to be corgile but end up mad in the end. She just seems so fake. Everything is about their son, for years it's been all about this son. We have 3 children together and she has 2 separate children. He slept around with her around 2008/2009 I'm not sure the exact year. This still makes me uncomfortable only because she is a very permiscuous person. They don't talk often and he has custody however she acts like she has the hugest chip on her shoulder like she feels like he owes her something. Then on the other hand I'm always thinking like I hope he would never put me in that situation again cheating with her. She acts very weird and nervous around him. Almost to the point I'm uncomfortable with him going there alone for any reason really. She doesn't even look at him in the face. It's so hard to explain my feeling about this. Please help!
Question: I spent time with this man and now he is everywhere. What should I do? Posted: 02 May 2016 03:58 PM PDT I'm a married mom of two who is being stalked by this man. We met months ago in my son's pre-school and started talking. We hung out and I really didn"t think much of it because he is younger than me. About two weeks ago, he made a pass at me and told me that he really likes me. I told him that I didn't feel the same and left it at that. That was a week ago and I minimized my contact withhim. Today, he knocked on our door after my husband left. He apologized and offered to take my son to pre-school. I've been receiving multiple text from him daily. He also signed up at the gym that I go too and is always around when I work out. This guy is creeping me out. I don't want to call the cops on him but how do I tell him to back off. He told me he has a girlfriend but I never met her. What gives?
Question: Excluded from the conversation I started? Posted: 02 May 2016 03:11 PM PDT I noticed that sometimes I ll start a conversation with someone, and that person will answer my question while looking at someone esle and will completely ignore me, the one that instigated the conversation. I feel bad about it and it ruins my confidence. What can I do?
Posted: 02 May 2016 02:45 PM PDT My grandparents have been divorced for over 30 years. My grandma is still deeply in love with my grandpa. "He was my soulmate, but I wasn't his..." :'(
