My daughter went to conseling for sex therapy a while back but isn't with that Doctor anymore. She went through sexual abuse (with a boy she was interested in at the time and was taken advantage of) and bullying at that school following the abuse. I submitted a request for her to transfer schools but since she wasn't with her counselor at the time, I couldn't give a medical reason but inside an academic reason. Her transfer form was denied by the office stating the school was not accepting forms at the time. However this is the only school that my daughter will be able to transfer to since the other schools are further distance and she has dealt with bullying via social media from students at the other schools. I plan to register for her to transfer schools again via the transfer form but this time with the medical reasoning note and her doctor to speak to the school office about her situation. I just need opinions on whether or not the school would accept her when she's on a medical note and her conselour is there to approve and justify the reasoning. What do the other mothers/parents think?

So I taught my little sister to play sims 3. And she was getting bored of marrying her characters and having babies and jobs and buying new things for the house. So I just showed her how to make it more fun. Like by creating a male character and asking a married couple to move in with him. their 2 kids moved in too. Then aging the kids to adults, and locking them in the basement cells I created to starve to death. Then making the woman have 3 babies with my character so that her ex husband cried at the betrayal all day. Then making the woman insult her husband and beat him up. Then finally starving the husband and wife in the cells together. Then aging up 2 of the kids to adult and starving them too. Then we had a neat graveyard around the house. Then I got the remaining son married. Then had my original character have a baby with his sons wife. And now they're all living a terrible angry existence with lots of fights and crying and mourning . I was about to throw the son a birthday party and kill all the guests in fire but my dad came in and asked about he game and my sister toad him everything we did. He took my game away and said its not appropriate for a little girl I was keeping her entertained like he asked me too while my baby sisters slept. Don't u think he's extremely ungrateful? It's not psychopathic . Most Sims players do this funny stuff. Look on sjms forums . Theres much worse than that. Like fritzl Sims famiky and everything He took it way to serious. My immediate family knows about him but my sister and parents don t like him because he doesn t have a college education (I do). I've posted so many times about this situation. I'm sure many have seen it, but if not... My boyfriend's dad owned a house and passed it down to my boyfriend in the will. (His father passed 6 years ago) My boyfriend was too young at the time so his grandma put her name on everything. We went to the courthouse and got a copy of the will and showed her that it is suppose to be his but she lies and says "No, your dad said I own the house until I pass away then I get to choose who it goes to" and she said she was letting the house go to her daughter. The ONLY thing my boyfriend has of his dad's was his truck, so this house means something to him. It's the house he grew up in. We recently moved in to help her and she controls everything. She put our dogs outside, she snoops through our stuff, and makes us pay every single bill that comes in. All she pays is the 40$ water bill each month. Me and my boyfriend FINALLY talked and now we want to take steps to get the house back to him and in his name but he's worried about losing his family over this. I know it's common for older brothers to be overprotective of little sisters but I think it's weird that my big brothers are overprotective of me because I am a guy and i am the youngest. Hey guys, I am almost 25 years old man, i have a steady job as an engineer, my dad passed and i live with my mother and have an autistic brother but i want to move out of my parents house as i have always wanted - not somewhere far, just have my own place and still be able to get to them in time if they needed me urgently. Normally I get along with others, but whenever I have to be near my stepmom she brings out my absolute worst qualities and I suddenly become a jerk. I feel the need to be combative whenever I am around her because she is always in a stressed out mood and is very irritable. She constantly wants to argue with me. My simple solution to avoid this is to be silent when with her, but this irritates her even more. As you can see, this friction causes me to become very mean and unlikable. Okay so, I honestly think my dad is very abusive. I was at my GMA's house yesterday and my mom said it was okay to spend the night over there since I haven't seen them in a long time. Then my dad calls my mom and yells at her and tells her she can't use her own credit card with her money because my dad is unemployed. Just because she brought me over my grandmothers house who only has a little bit more time to live she's 89 years old. my sister and her daughter moved back home due to her divorce. I started looking after my niece so that my sister could work full time. From 7am-4:30pm 5 days a week. It s been like that for two years. Now I fell pregnant and the father of the baby doesn t want to be involved.. My parents were so kind to allow me to continue to stay at home. After this summer vacation my niece is going to attend pre k and my son would have been born. Now what I don t like is that, my sister automatically assumed that I will be okay with waking up my niece, dressing her, feeding her, making sure she s set to go for AFTERnoon pre k class. I wouldn t have to take her to school becUse my nieces father would pick her up from our house to take her. I'm 17 and this summer I'm planning to get a job so I can afford a nice PC and make gaming videos. The problem is my parents hate video games (i told them I won't use the conputer for video games otherwise they wouldn't allow me to buy it). At 17, I met a 24 year old guy on Facebook who was friends with one of my friends' boyfriend's. He sent me a message & we started talking. He worked as a female youth detention counselor & was VERY nice & professional. I've always been mature for my age, never had a boyfriend before this, & he obviously seemed a lot more mature than guys my age. About 2 weeks in, he became a little more flirty & as innocent as I was, I didn't think much of it. I started flirting back & I never saw how disrespectful he was being. 2 months in, he was texting me non-stop. My friends thought it was odd, but again I didn't think much of it. He was moving out of his dad's house on Christmas & wanted me to help him, but considering I was with family, I couldn't & we got in a big fight. He invited me to a NYE party with his friends - which made me uncomfortable - & I told him my sister & I had already made plans & he freaked out & said to "just ******* come." My dad was in the hospital one night & bc I didn't want to leave my dad he didn't talk to me for days & blamed me for not being good enough. I actually started lying to my parents about what was going on as he already didn't want me hanging out with family & made himself look like the victim. My dad called him seeing as he'd blocked half of my family on Facebook & how stressed I was, & Chris got very defensive, saying "She's 17 - do you know the law? There's nothing you can do about it." My parents finally got through to me & made me realize how bad of a situation this was. I felt like I ruined his life after he lost his job, & my parents filed a retraining order & put me in counseling. Two years later, I don't really know what to think. I've been noticing how much of that time I'd blocked out, & still feel incredibly stupid at times for getting involved with him, but as I'm studying to be a counselor myself, I don't know what to think. The reason for me asking is because I've had people tell me that he was abusive toward others, and he got into a lot of fights when I knew him, and his home life wasn't great by any means as a kid; my counselor told me that he was a narcissist, but I never really came to terms with what that actually meant.

for the past ten years my dads been a bit psycho...he's been relally difficult and manipulative and hastn taken responsibility for anything he's said or done. he tends to put the blame on other people and even if u confront him directly about someting he said he always denies it, or else brushes it off by saying ' oh but that was ages ago, ive forgotten it already you should too ' or just saying that its part of his personality etc last night i was talking to my friend about it and how he's also startiing to be isolated again because he quit his job and he has no friends/ hobbies etc and no onetalks to him much at home so he's really lonely and tis affecting him. and maybe she didnt mean it like this but it seemed like my friend thought i should give him another chance and start talking to him like normal again. she asked me if id dgive him another chance and said things like ' you wont give him another chance.' it just sounded a bit accusing and it got me worried . maybe i have this all wrong and im being stubborn and i should just let it go already and try talking to him again. and im being bitter by not giving him another chance. but im so fed up with things, i went away for 7 months this year because i couldnt deal with living with him. things are kinda bettr now because his temper isnt as bad. but im just so fed up with things. im sick of trying, and most of all im sick of getting hurt. but im afraid of making the wrong decision. dont want ppl to judge me

Question: Is my dad sick?

my dad is 54 yrs old he always seemed to be a little different than anyone else but not in a bad way.The last year he acts crazy and do stuff than do not seem normal.He will say things like "im the best and im stronger than anyone" when we start questioning him things and be like "why do you act like that?" He calls us crazy and if my mother starts arguing he will be like "im gonna grab that knife if you dont stop " he then would grab it and just face it towards us but wont come close.He goes outside at the garden and destroys the flowers and plants and be like "im fixing them" he even ripped his own trousers and said to my mom "why didn't you fix those yesterday are you blind?" Etc .he just loves arguing about nonsense stuff he will always find smth to argue about while other days he is so quiet and be like "im so sick and i dont feel well ,im not fine" what should we do

Okay so, I ve always wanted a bird and for my birthday I finally got my mom to let me get one. So we bought a cockatiel; it has a medium size cage and is extremely easy to take care of. She is extremely quiet and isn t a bother at all. I already made a contract with my mom about her care so it will not fall on my parents. The thing is, my dad doesn t know. I m currently keeping the bird at my friend s house and then I m gonna bring it home when my dad is not home in about a week. I know this sounds bad, but trust me when I say my dad is extremely controlling and mean and we have to do stuff behind his back all the time. We ve actually brought home 2 animals in the past without telling him. We need a story to tell him to explain why we have the bird, and preferably one that doesn t place blame on my mom, because my mom doesn t want my dad to be mad at her. The story has to tie into my birthday somehow. I was thinking something along the lines of someone being too sick to care for her and giving her to me? I know the bird isn't going to be a bother to my dad at all, I just need a good story that hopefully won't piss him off. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks :)

My 1st husband beat and cheated on me throughout our married. He is married to the girl he cheated w/now. We have a middle school aged son together, whom he could care less about and hasn't seen since age 2. His (son's) bio dad's uncle and aunt came over to his BD party. We all were talking privately (my hubby, she, myself) and sometimes just she and I and not ONCE did she mention "hey David is going to be a big brother, his step mom is pregnant" Apparently, his step mom had the baby this past week. I brought it up to my ex's sister (we are all very close and my hubby likes them alot too) and she said "I am sorry, but I thought you knew!" My son said he really could care less- but they are making all over this child online and they are even calling it the nickname he called our son @ birth! It is super weird and I am angry and hurt for my son- whom he rejected to go be with her. His sister in law (ex's) likes to talk about her husband's brother and his lack of being in our son's life, why couldnt she have @ least mentioned this to us?

I got a girl pregnant and she's only 18 and I'm 24. I didn't tell her parents and she delivered the child. The child and the girl were fine. But I went to the doctor this day for gut pain and it turns out I have cancer. I visited a friend who is a doctor and never returned home for 6 months. My cancer is cured. Now I want to return to my girl and apologize to her parents for suddenly leaving without permission

Ok so lest month my mom passed away, I never got to meet my dad, he died in a car excited before I was born, I'm a 13 year old girl, and currently my brother is my legal guardian(he's 26). I feel like such a pain in the *** to him, I mean he's 26 he should be living his life but instead he's stuck with me, he won't leave me alone no matter want because he promised my mom he would never. I still live in his house because I just can't get into our house, even when my brother starts getting into the garage I start crying, so he gets into the house and we leave. The first 2 weeks I couldn't even sleep in my bed( I have my own room in his house) I slept with him in the same bed, because of how scared I was! Now I feel so thankful that I have my brother in my life but every time I think about it I think about the fact that I'm destroying HIS life! I don't know what to do I feel so guilty towards him!

So, I was upstairs watching porn but I thought that my dad had left. I turned the volume up and began to moan really loudly and once I'd finished I looked out of the window to see if he had come back. But here's the problem, he had never left house. S***, that means that he must have heard me. I went downstairs just to check and sure enough, there was my dad looking at me with disapproval. I am friends with a girl from my workplace and she was having a difficult time with some events in her life so I did my best to comfort her. I drove her home while she was crying a lot trying to reassure her everything would be fine. She then kept thanking me before proceeding to perform a sex act. I felt bad about it. I'd never cheat on my girlfriend and feel telling her might cause more harm than good.

Admittedly, this would take far too long to include all necessary backstory, but to summarize: my father (and, to a lesser extent, his side of the family) and I have had a volatile relationship for the past thirteen years or so. After thirteen years of marriage to my mother, he was found to be cheating on her with a thirteen year old girl; that was far from the only time he'd cheated. Out of fear of litigation, he married the girl eventually. He is a loud and proud racist, a narcissist, overall rather divisive, and possesses a robust "in the shadows" second personality... funny and likable in public, hateful and corrupt behind the scenes. He's never struck me growing up, but there was certainly verbal and emotional abuse of a sort. I intend to marry soon and am faced with the dilemma of allowing him to know my family or not at all. I don't think I'd be comfortable with his presence in their lives, but I don't want to "over react"; though I don't like him and feel he is a terrible influence, over 28 years there've obviously also been good times. Advice...?

When I was hanging out with two of them and I was telling jokes with one of them I caught the other pulling a angry face and rolling her eyes because she wanted me to get out the room. But she's always like that it's because she wants that cousin all to herself, even to her sister when her sister talks to our cousin she bullies her and calls her names, Anyway when my family and cousins come over I go and hide in my room so that ***** can have them all to herself just like she wanted. Anyway I hate being alone and I can't stop thinking about my future, like what will happen when I'm an adult and my parents pass, will I have no family to come and visit me? My mom is an alcoholic. When she drinks, she is very abusive with her words. I feel so lonely and I don't feel wanted or loved. I just got into a huge argument with her. I skipped my senior prom which is today to save her some money. Her response was "good, you wouldn't have fit into a dress anyways." I'm used to her calling me fat, but today it just got to me. I've never heard her call me or my sister pretty, smart, skinny, or tell her that she loves us. All I hear is you're too fat, why do you have so much acne, why didn't you get into a better college, I just can't stand it anymore. I graduate high school in five days and I don't even want my mom to be there. I don't even want to attend my own graduation either. (While everyone is taking pictures with friends and family I'll be standing on my own wishing I never showed up). My dad is very supportive and loving, but unfortunately he lives in another country at the moment. I've held on for so long hoping that things would get better, but things have just progressively gotten worse. I've lost most of my friends due to not hanging out with them as much. I don't even see a reason to live anymore.......

Question: My sister is settled and happy. Should I allow her and her daughter to stay permanently?

I was living on my own up until last October but my sister had financial and emotional problems and needed somewhere to stay. I allowed my sister and her 4 year old daughter to stay because we've always been close and we're family. She insisted that she would soon start looking for her own place, but that soon cooled. She is paying rent and taking care of the house, which is great. However, I don't feel she is in a position to move and I don't think she wants to for a while yet. Should I just enjoy having my family with me? Edit

I'm in a situation right now where my ten (almost eleven) year old daughter is always hitting, slapping, belittling, shoving (and more) her almost three year old sister, and I've caught her raising her hand to her one year old sister as well. I've pointed it out to my husband whom did nothing but make excuses for the ten year old. He's come up with every excuse in the book, including but not limited to she's just "frustrated" with the two year old and absolutely refuses to do anything about it. He will literally walk out of the room and not say a single word at all about it to anyone except me, and at that point he comes short of outright calling me a liar and telling me that our eldest child is not abusing her sisters. He honestly thinks that I'm just out to get the ten year old and that I just don't like her, which is absolutely absurd (and he has actually told me that to my face). Any time I try to give the ten year old consequences (for anything at all, lot less this) he overrides me within a matter of forty eight hours maximum. I've had to go as far as to inform the ten year old she is absolutely not allowed around the babies without an adult present. At ten years old, she knows better. She knows very well that what she is doing is wrong. And what's more, she knows what abuse is. I'm about to take the two babies and disappear just to make sure they're safe and to make sure this can't ever happen to them again. If someone has some advice, it would be so very welcomed. I'm so lost.

My brother and his girlfriend cuss and are very harsh / stern with my elementary school niece whom i have raised for the last 10 years cause brother was in jail. we now live together and all is usually good except what I said above. They feel since they have for almost 2 years been slowly raising my niece ( I work a lot and am away often) , that I no longer have a say and im just judgemental, dont know what to do. it is impossible to say anything to them.
