She has very good credit but no job and lives with her Grandma. She told me she's liquidating her credit and taking out as many loans and credit cards as she can. She has used all of this money to buy gift cards and coins so she can later resell and keep the money. The next step is to declare bankruptcy and she says that she won't be able to have good credit again for ...for a few years. I need to know if this is something that could prevent us from having a good future. It seems to me like bankruptcy fraud. Am I correct? Oh and she has pretty steady income including child support and income she gets from having bad OCD and needing to see a therapist monthly. She is not meant to be in a relationship and if they find out her income will be cut. Which is okay if we ever get married. Then it was the weekend and I went for a mutual friend's grad party (who she isnt cordial with at the moment) & the minute she saw my post congratulating this friend, she bombarded my messages saying "I thought you weren't going for the party (mind you she never wanted to go & I wasn't because the location was over an hour away but I changed my mind last minute since I was in the area thanks to a seminar I was attending). My friend goes on and on saying it's hard being friends with me, it's tiring, etc, and all this while I was just confused. He has outbursts like this at least once a month and I constantly feel like I have to walk on eggshells with him.
