Everything was perfect for the first half of the school year, until now. I realized that I was a little jealous of my best friend... She was prettier than me, inside and outside. She had long dark brown hair, brown eyes, perfect bronzed skin, super thin, small feet and a short girl. Me? I was tall, slightly fat, had light brown hair, and gigantic feet. I didn't really like my appearance at all. She was smart, A+ in every class, and she was talented, she was an amazing singer and dancer, and her parents could afford classes after school for that. She had all the boys eyes follow her wherever she went, and she had such a nice personality. I just wanted to be like her. But I couldn't. Not even a little. I tried to study and get good grades, but it's still difficult, and I only get B's and C's, not A+'s. I sit with her at lunch everyday, and all of the popular girls and boys push me away to surround her and talk to her, mostly the boys. One of the boys likes her the most, and he bullies me everyday. And my best friend just watches. I cry everyday at lunch. And she asks why, I say I'm sad, and then she looks at me and talks to the boys again. Posted: 03 May 2016 04:42 PM PDT am gonna scream today went to my cooking class and we made a dish that i did not like part of hte stuff in it and i told my worker that and that i was not gonna eat those parts nad she said now come on u have to try it all and i sadi i do not want those parts and when we discussed making this i said i do not like the one part and the one lady said said we do not ahve to put it in there and i know thet made special for me before and she is not there now so i did not eat that one part at all. and my worker said u will help to clean up and i said no i will not and she said u will and i said the one guy that lives here usually cleans up and she said u will do it. so they loaded the dishwasher and stuff was left and she said go clean it nad i said no the smell in the kitchen i can't be around and she said go clean them and i siad when smell is over and then she made me hand wash all dishes that were left and i was like in my house they wait till the next dishwasher trip and she said no u will hand wash them now. so i stood there washing dishes that i did not even use. and everyone that lives in the house left and i was still there doing dishes by myself which is not far. and to top it off my worker wanted to actually stand there and watch me do it. i said go and someone else said why and i said because i will scream if u do not get out i am getting angry so they left and let me do it. and now my heels hurts like mad from standing there doing dishes. it makes me mad that everyone left and left me there to do dishes. i am not doing that again at all. either someone else does dishes or i do not go back. i hate doing dishes and does them at home all the time so i feel that i should not have to do them in someone elses home yes I was at the cooking group but the people that lived there should have done the dishes since it was one of there jobs anyway that they would normally do |

Friend B did nothing. I asked a few more times, but Friend A would act like they didn't hear me and continued talking to Friend B. I got annoyed, and decided to ask another person. After returning the note back to a classmate, Friend A threw their binder onto my desk, looking rather angry. He said, "Be more prepared next time". Throughout the day, they avoided me. The next day, I was ready to apologize for being short-tempered, but then realized that both of them had left their bags on my seat. When I approached them, they told me to find another spot. Later, I saw them passing notes during class, and found out that they were insulting me. Hurt, I insulted them back. I then apologized later that day, and I even criticized myself to show that I was serious, but Friend A wouldn't accept it, and then revealed that he was also angry that I didn't consider them my best friends. Weeks ago, and I told them they were good friends, but not best friends. I never thought he would take it so seriously. It's been two days since we've last talked. I feel more free than I was before, but at the same time, it hurts to see them avoiding me. They look behind themselves in the hall and run when they see me near, and they 'block' my seat. He always asks for my opinion on stuff and likes to hang out with me. I do try to be flirty with him but it seems like he doesn't understand what I am doing or doesn't notice me in that way. I am noticed by other guys, they smile and look at me but then when he realises other guys stare at me in that way, he gets jealous by starting back at them or act protective. My guy friend doesn't seem show interest in me, but some days he acts all for me, then the next he's bored and acts cold with me. I always notice about him that he doesn't look at other girls,he is always with his other guy friends. I was raised to be kind to everyone and I generally was until I hit high school. And another thing is I make sexual jokes about people quite a bit. Usually no one care, but today I went a bit over board and I think I hurt a friends feelings. I have tried to look stuff up to help, but nothing works. I don't want to see a therapist though, because I don't think this is serious enough. |

| Question: What to do with a really terrible, rude roomate? Posted: 03 May 2016 11:38 AM PDT So I am a freshman in college and live in an apartment off campus w/ two roommates. One of my roommates is super nice and we're really good friends. The other is a real b*tch. Throughout the year, she has had friends over to get high, drink a lot, and blast music. Even worse, her high/drunk friends eat my food. Last night I found out one of her friends is moving in. My nice roommate is graduating in a couple of weeks so her friend will take that room. In the meantime her friend will be in her room, which she's not supposed to do. Last night she also had some friends over who as usual drank and smoked pot. They used my dishes, didn't clean them up, ate some more of my food, and left a huge mess. Thing is, I am super shy and have social anxiety (which completely sucks). So I haven't ever confronted her. But this morning I saw there were still alcohol bottles everywhere and I just lost it. I wrote down a list of all the shitty things she's done (why the f*ck would I write a list?!) and told her, cussing and yelling. I was just so fed up with everything and I didn't think she would actually listen if I politely asked her to be courteous. During the fight she said she would **** me up if I came at her again like that which is fine I am not scared of her she is just a skinny b*tch but now I don't know what to do. She also has a dog which she shouldn't, is underage, and pot is illegal where I am. Would it be bad if I reminded her about those things (probably, huh?)? |

Posted: 03 May 2016 11:17 AM PDT My husband recently confessed to me that he and a close friend of ours tried to hook up..He stated that she initiated it and asked him if he ever thought about hooking up.He said for a few weeks they would talk and text over the phone discussing what they wanted to do to each other and try to set up a time to do it.He said before long they both decided it wasn't a good idea due to my suspicion and thier guilt and they didn't go through with anything. I of course am upset, i literally hung out with her3 days a week.Our husbands have known each other all their life.Our children are close friends, hell she was in my wedding.I feel betrayed by both. I have cut off contact with her and I am trying to work through it with my husband., however I was told im overreacting to cut off all contact with her and I need to put our children first and try to mend the relationship. We study for tests and we get along well since we have similar interests. Signs he likes me: 1. He teases me a lot (in a joking way) 2. He looks at me a lot if I'm talking and when I look at him he looks away and looks back if I stop making eye contact (Or sometimes he makes excellent eye contact) 3. My senior superlative in high school was "most desirable" and when he found that out, he always asks how "the most desirable senior" is or just teases me about it. 4. One time we were hanging out at night and we were walking around campus and he asked if he could walk me back to my dorm 5. He laughs and smiles around me...a lot! He smiles at a lot of people, but he seems to do so more with me. 6. Sometimes if we're snapchatting and I don't respond, he'll snap me a few hours later asking a question to keep the convo going. 7. He remembers almost everything I say (for example, he mentioned that he knows I like pancakes more than waffles) 8. He notices when I get a haircut or he'll compliment me on something I'm wearing 9. After we take an exam, he always sits outside and waits for me to finish so we can walk out together 10. Today when I was talking about a guy I used to have a thing with he asked me "Oh are you still into him?" Signs he doesn't like me 1. He is an awful texter and ends the conversation a lot 2. We meet up with 2 girls from out there that we already know. One of my buddies has a thing for one of the two girls, but that night she kept talking to me, and we would make eye contact throughout the night ect.. Back at the place, everyone was l passed out drunk, except myself that girl & another buddy of ours. We're hanging in the living room area, listening to music, talking.. eventually the girl wants me to dance w/ her since the other buddy put on some like Spanish dance music. Unsure when or how it happened, things got more physical & my hand ended up on her butt, around her waist & just in my arms the rest of the night. She was all over me, super flirty. That third friend tells me something like she wants me, then went outside to the balcony & knocked out on the patio, leaving just her & I. I remember standing, leaning against the counter, next thing I know she's face to face / me, &starts kissing me on the lips. Few mins later someone walks out of one of the bedrooms to use the restroom & we both immediately stop &act like nothing was going on. Well now let's flash back to the last vacation about 8 months ago. Similar thing happened, minus the kissing or physical touching. First night, kept talking to me, grabbing my hand, touching my face, cheeks ect. Telling me I look so different, but in a good way. Later today when I was with my friends I ran into her and as soon as she saw me she started forcefully hugging one of her friend's friends. Why does she behave like this? does she like me or something? why is she trying to make me jealous? We fell out because of a misunderstanding. I always help her with her problems and let her talk to me so she feels better, I'm having problems of my own and she wasn't any help at all in fact she doesn't even care. I told her and she said she has a "problem with showing her emotions" and it honestly hurts me a lot. I have no other friends. I didn't go to school yesterday because she didn't go and I would have to be by myself during lunch. She has people when I'm gone, I don't. I am a loner and no one seems to like me or want to be my friend. I have depression and anxiety and it's hard for me to just ignore what I feel and act like it doesn't exist. Can anyone out there give me advice on making many friends or at least a handful of meaningful ones cause having one friend just turns out with the lonely person only depending on the other to come or they will be lonely. I really have no one but her. I want to have friends and be the person everyone wants to be around. I want to come to school and not worry if my one friend came otherwise I'll be lonely the rest of the day. I want to come in and realize I have other people I can hang with if one didn't show up. As expected they invited us to their son s 3rd birthday but now I don t think we should go. Why are we "good enough" to go to their events but not good enough for them to attend ours???? | Question: How to stop hating someone/or these twins so much? Posted: 03 May 2016 08:41 AM PDT This year, twin girls transferred to my school and I absolutely dislike them. I try not to but it's so hard. Points: They are twins, Lie about having exboyfriends, thought that all the boys liked them (seriously they were like: i think most if the boys like you. To each other), They always push people, They are sooo sensitive and easily get pissed off, they tell me to chill when i did nothing like u chill. They are always together. They never participate in school events. In sports,they are so aggressive never says sorry. They always gossip and are SO childish. Like i nvr met someone like one of them before, but there are two of them. Today, one of them accidenly kicked me on my sprained ankle and didnt even care. When one dude wearing glasses accidenly kicked a dougeball at one of them on the back slightly. She got pissed off so she threw the ball and aimed at his face when he wore.glasses purposely. They always try to boss around and UGH. They're so rude, childish, mean and annoying. They are also not smart at all, so its quite hard being in the same group as them cause they know NOTHING. They pronounced "Bully" as "Bowling" . I never hate anyone but they hate me and even if i try to talk to them (many did cause they have the same reason as me) they get worse or never change. UGH. This has been going on for around two months. Now I am thinking maybe I should forgive him after all. But I am confused because I can't decide if I really should forgive him. One part of me is saying "Forgive him, we can be friends again" and the other "The guy ditched me, why should I?" So I don't really know what to do.
