I have a large house with 2 acre land. I plan to hold my wedding reception at my house. And would like to invite around 50 people, close family and friends. Is this allowed in Baltimore County? I will also be bringing caterers and renting tents for the event space. Dj will be there but won t be too loud. Is this ok or do we need a special noise permission/ permit?

My fiancé and I are getting married in October but we might be getting our apartment in June. Problem is I dont want to buy expensive items as we might be getting stuff as gifts for the Wedding. Where can we buy cheap plates, silverwear and stuff like that for now? I have a bunch of cereal bowls that can be used for soup too as I collected Rae Dunn from TJMaxx and stuff so that part i dont need to worry about.. i just dont want to get expensive stuff if we might get for gifts for our wedding..
