Posted: 31 May 2019 06:06 PM PDT Especially if you want to be some kind of entertainer or just someone who wants to stand out from the crowd? How do you stand out and sell yourself if you can't sing, dance, tell jokes, play instruments and have no social skills? |

Question: Is it too soon for me to talk sweet to her? Posted: 31 May 2019 01:07 PM PDT With my ex it took 2-3 weeks for me to tell her things like your eyes are beautiful or you're special and she'd even cry and say I was sweet. It didn't work out I want to express this to my new girl. She's the one. I've told her how beautiful her eyes are over text. We've been on two dates. Is it cringe? |
Question: Bf got in a fight with my brother, I’m torn and don’t know what to do? Posted: 31 May 2019 09:07 AM PDT My brother (23) and bf got in a fight yesterday and I am torn.I have been with this guy for 10 months now. I love him, we were planning to move to a different city in August because he's going to grad school, and I am transferring to a university. My brother and his gf live in my house. My plan was to rent the house to them while I was gone. Bf has his own apartment but we spend most of our time together in my house. He's offered for us to hang out at his place but I'm simply more comfortable in my home. My brother is upset because he spends a lot of time in my house and says he's living here rent free. He's upset because I raised his rent when his gf moved in. Aside from that, they never got along because of different lifestyles. My bf gets upset when my brother and his gf disrespect my rules and because they don't help me out around the house. I am a bit of a pushover, and I was just trying to maintain peace by ignoring everything.I regret not speaking out and demanding respect when I needed to. The tension has built up and things escalated yesterday. My bf called him out for being lazy and not doing anything (we've been revamping my kitchen and my bf has been helping me out). My brother is a (transgender) and he began to insult him and call him a freeloader and a moocher and my bf lost control and pushed him and started kicking. I pulled it apart before it got really nasty. It hurts that the 2 people I love and care for are doing this to me. Idk what to do |

Posted: 31 May 2019 04:58 AM PDT I have good grades, all A and B and yet I asked each and every one of the cheerleaders to prom and they all rejected me. I tried to win the school talent show and I was going to sing my heart will go on but I ran out of steam on the end of phrases and as such the pitch went all wonky and on the belted power notes it hurt my throat to sing them when trying to get emphasis. I got last place I tried using an elaborate promposal method by buying a guitar and trying to impress them with rock music and the classic serenade promposal and they all rejected me Is it possible that my bad singing might make me eligible for the make a wish foundation? It is painful to belt out certain notes and it causes me discomfort and it is also very disfiguring and impacts my quality of life, could I then wish to go out to prom with one of the cheerleaders and have the make a wish foundation arrange that? Will they make all the arrangements for me for senior prom? How do I apply to make a wish? |
Question: Would you have any idea why my dad doesn't like me? Or not really? Posted: 31 May 2019 12:09 AM PDT I'm 23. He pretty much completely ignores me and acts like he has very little to no interest in me. When I graduated from college, he never said congratulations or anything. He just talked about how I can get a good job, make money, and move out. He said how he liked his dad more than he likes me. For Holidays he would usually leave me at home alone and he would go see his family. I don't really get it. Every person I've ever met seems to act nice and friendly to me. I would say it wouldn't surprise me if I pretty much never talk to him now that I'm an adult. A typical day as a kid would be I go to school and he goes to work. When we both get home, he says at max probably 100 words to me. Then he goes to bed. I would say also that pretty much everytime he talks he says something negative. |
Question: Do Opposites really attract? Posted: 30 May 2019 10:50 PM PDT My friend is marrying his girlfriend who started off as his dream girl. They're both really nice and have baby faces but my friend is like a big kid he's very soft spoken and his girlfriend is really sweet but she's like a mix between cute and sexy (I'm a woman, not jealous). She shows off her body, he's more conservative. |
Question: How do I stop struggling with this need? Posted: 30 May 2019 10:16 PM PDT I have been head over heels for my friend for 2 years. He's happily married, 3 kids. I'm happily engaged, no kids yet. Anyways, I've tried to see him as just a friend, especially now that I've been engaged for almost 4 months. It's a lot more difficult than you'd think. We've been alone numerous times, as I am without a car for now and he has given me rides home from work (I work within a couple minutes of his job) and during the times we're alone, we really open up to one another. It's never been anything inappropriate, but recently he kind of opened up about some financial issues he's having with his wife. Anyways, his wife and their oldest child are away at camp for a couple more days. This man is sleeping alone at night and it's driving me crazy. If I had a car, the temptation would be ever too real for me to go be with him, but I know I need to respect his marriage, family and my relationship with my fiance. How do I stop struggling with this need? Plus, there's no real sign that he would even be open to the idea of an affair, despite the fact that I've realized he has an obvious soft spot for me. He's 39, I'm 28. |
Question: What is it like having friends and relationships? Posted: 30 May 2019 06:50 PM PDT I've always been an outcast. From the outside looking in, the attractive, smart, cool people have a perfect life. I'm just left here on the outside alone. I've never had friends or relationships. Not that I want any, but it's better than feeling alone. |

Question: Why does most of mainstream modern western society not place value on virginity? Posted: 30 May 2019 06:24 PM PDT |
Posted: 30 May 2019 06:12 PM PDT so i was dating my gf for 3 years unfortunately we broke up last November because i cheated. in the 2 and half year mark my **** ex came back into my life and gave me a poor story of her losing a baby and never told me. i was dumb enough to let her into my life cause i felt so bad about it. shortly after my dumb *** had sex with her and after we had sex like 2 more times after that occasion. i felt so bad and never told my gf cause i didnt want to lose her. so i told my ex i wanted to stay with my gf and slowly push her away. November 2018 she drop the bomb and told my gf everything and fed her lies about me telling her all this bs that wasn't true. so she broke up with me. after that i did everything i could to apologize to her. ive changed almost everything for her i told her my side of the story and told her i would do anything to get her back even go and apologize to her family i hopes she would see i was truly sorry. after i spoke with her family they told me it was her decision at the end. she was not present for to witness the event, this was december 2018. after that i would still see her with her parents knowing cause they still hated me. let me make a pause her. i dont know why they judge me soo bad when i know some deep secrets about her parents and her grandparents. anyways i would still see her and we would talk and do things like normal. i would only see her at work for a few mins. we still hug kiss and had sex, we would also talk on the phone sometimes. |
