Question: Is money the root of evil or just from us? Posted: 14 May 2019 01:55 PM PDT I broke up with my ex-bf because of money. The situation was I bought him a QT gift card in order to help him finding a job. He ended up selling me the gift card back to get cash because his family tried to low-ball him. He borrowed my money and never intend to pay back. I grew tired of him and eventually broke up to cut the loss. I was wondering if he had money, would he be the same person or ? |

Question: How do you react to being told you look like a kid when your an adult? Posted: 13 May 2019 09:41 PM PDT So I obviously when people get older theyll take it as a compliment, but how do you younger adults feel when your told you look young?Last night I went to the casino with some friends and one of the workers was walking around giving out free drinks and I asked if we can order alcoholic drinks from her or if I have to go to the bar, she said "sure, but I need to see ID because you definitely look like your 12". Me being 22 I understand they need ID but adding that comment really bothered me and seemed rude to me, it brought down my good mood for the night and I ended up just leaving to another slot after that because I was so upset. Maybe im just overreacting but how would you younger adults react to that? |
Question: Why did this girl sit so close to me? Posted: 13 May 2019 07:01 PM PDT On break from class, I was sitting out in a lobby. As I sat down on a chair, this girl from my class sat next to me really close on a chair, and nearly brushed up against my legs with her legs! She sat next to me, then she nearly touched me with her legs, and kept her legs there, like really close to me and not moving? Almost as if she was invading my space, because I didn't move and her legs got really close to my personal area! Why do you think she would sit so close to me and not move? I've never talked to her before! |
Question: Do you think my boyfriend is just looking for an excuse to exit out this relationship? Posted: 13 May 2019 06:02 PM PDT I'm a teacher and I get quite a few of the male students who try to flirt with me. I look young even though I'm 26. While I was on the phone with my boyfriend on my lunch break one of the senior boys jokingly say " miss teacher I'm your boyfriend ain't it".. and I was like "no and stop being inappropriate with teachers" my boyfriend got extremely mad when he heard that and was like " why didn't you tell him you had a boyfriend". The thing is I've told him multiple times I have a boyfriend and I really don't think he should think a 17 year old is a threat. I know students fool around with teachers sometimes but I'm not like that. I'm not trying to lose my job and what can a 17 year old do for me?? Plus I'm not a pervert. Another problem we had recently was that I told my boyfriend I wouldn't have a planning period today because I have to cover a class for a teacher who had to leave because of an emergency. He doesn't believe me. He was like " you always have a planning period. You're not about to tell me you can't have a planning period today" and I was like " well today I have to cover a class. Do you want me to get paid or not. I have to do what they tell me" so I had to go out of my way to prove I wasn't lying so I went to the principles office and had him speak directly to my boyfriend. I probably made myself look crazy. My boyfriend is 35. He also thinks I'm having sex with someone else. He said God showed him a sign that something is wrong. Excuse my spelling ok |
