Question: Don't know if I should attend holiday cookout tomorrow, please advise? Posted: 26 May 2019 12:36 PM PDT My neighbor invited me to a Memorial Day cookout tomorrow. The problem is his son is coming, and he has a big dog who bit me last year, I went to Urgent Care, got a tetanus shot, and they forced me to report it. The local authorities called me and I answers all their questions about the incident and they told me if the dog bites again the owner can be charged with a misdemeanor and go to jail. I told my Mom it's best with both don't go to the cookout because we shouldn't be involved if the dog bites one of us and his son is charged and arrested. In other words, we don't want to be the ones who would cause his son legal problems. My state has a one bite law. The state is NY, anyone interested can Google "one bite law" NY, it's complicated to the explain here. Dog was sitting on grass, I stood next to him and he bit me on leg, he was a German Shepherd puppy. It cost me $50 for Urgent Care, I never asked to be reimbursed for medical costs. I was forced to report it to get the tetanus shot. |

Question: Why is my daughter obsessed with cooking for her boyfriend? Posted: 26 May 2019 10:32 AM PDT He comes over to our house twice a week. he's in his 30's and she's 26. She buys groceries and cooks for all of us but I notice she is obsessed with cooking for him. I told her once she stops working she won't be able to cook for him anymore which will be pretty soon since she's a teacher and school is almost over for the kids so she won't have anymore income for groceries. She said she's cooking a lot of food today and i told her " oh your boyfriend must be coming over to eat. she said" what's your hang up over him. are you jealous or something because I cook for everybody. You know i love to cook and cater. He doesn't bother you, he's only being kind and respectful." I said " I just don't want her to kill herself if he ever breaks up for you since you put a lot of stock in this relationship. they've been together for years but things happen and i told her that relationships don't last forever. I don't want her shacking up with him like my son is shacking up with his girlfriend now. I told my son he's sinning and that he's wrong for shacking up with a girlfriend. Also, my daughter never goes to her boyfriend's house, but he's over here. She said it's too cramped over there with their small house. I was like " Y'all can go to the park can't you." She said " It's like 100 degrees outside." |

Posted: 26 May 2019 07:44 AM PDT like they start sitting like me or using the same body language as me. or sometimes they behave the same way i behave around other guys and stuff like that. i dont know why, but i know im fun to be around and stuff, but its kind of weird lol |
Posted: 26 May 2019 05:43 AM PDT I sent him a few messages but he never replied to me nor tell me anything. I notice he has seen my messages but went silence. Few months waiting patient I ve been told by a family in my father side. He do not want any contact with me. I never heard his voice nor spoken to me. Never told me what really happen long ago. I just feel he do not want to acknowledge me as his son nor take the responsibility. I do not blame him. We not perfect. We only human. |
Question: Boyfriend and the changes? Posted: 25 May 2019 10:41 PM PDT Last year my boyfriend didn't spend the holidays with me not even for a couple of hrs but instead stayed at his house with his daughter and did things with her, and for her birthday he took his only vacation from work to be with her instead of me this month, and this year I'm not even gonna bother asking him to do anything special with me during the holidays even Christmas and my birthday since it's always about her! I have noticed he quit bringing me chocolate and gifts as a suprise when he sees me like he used since he knows I love chocolate! And now a days when he takes me on dates it's where he wants to eat at and if I ask he gets mad and don't want to go there , all he ever eats is meat I would like to have italian, Chinese or Mexican for a change! He always loved me choosing the spots now it's different. Sometimes I think he's cheating on me because he always hides his phone when I accidentally glance over at him and texting now days is not the same it's always 3hrs apart it used to be after each text we been dating almost a year! |

Question: Help please!!! 10 POINTS? Posted: 25 May 2019 07:35 PM PDT i've been wearing makeup to school for the past two years and i'm currently dating the boy of my dreams but sometimes i wanna not wear makeup but i'm scared he's going to think i'm ugly and break up with me (i look drastically different without makeup). what should i do?? (breaking up with him is out of the question) |
Question: If guys dont care about looks then why would they cheat? Posted: 25 May 2019 04:28 PM PDT I seen answers that say that men cheat because theyre unhappy in the relationship. You cant assume that it is awlways that reason. |
Posted: 24 May 2019 09:55 PM PDT came over and surprised her with some expensive juice from publix and haagan diaz ice cream. I told him that's nice but he can afford that because he lives at home because he lives at home with his parents. he won't be able to buy expensive ice cream when he moves out. my daughter is 26 and her boyfriend is in his 30's. both of them live at home because they don't have good paying jobs. i noticed she never goes over his parents house except for holidays and he's always over here. i asked her why they can't hang over there sometimes and she said it's because they prefer it over here and my daughter is always cooking. she buys groceries and cooks for everybody but she also cooks a lot for her boyfriend. i told her don't kill herself if they ever break up because some couples don't last forever. She's put a lot of stock in the relationship, i don't want her to get hurt. I always ask if she is cooking for him when he comes over, i told her if she loses her job she won't be able to buy groceries and cook for him anymore. he's not allowed in her room, they can only go in the game room or living room to hang out. i also don't want them shacking up together or living together in the future because that's against our religion. |
