Question: Why do cityboys sound and act like such homos? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 03:56 PM PDT My granddaughter was showing me one of those buzzy feed videos and I noticed that all the men sounded like a bunch of limp-wristed fairies with no bass in their voice. I have nothing against f*gs because The bible teaches us not to hate anyone but I didn't think there were whole cities infested with them. I am from rural Alabama but even people in Birmingham don't act like that. What causes them to act like that? Is there something im the water in LA. Is this what liberals aspire for society to be? |
Question: Is working hard a bad thing? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 12:59 PM PDT I have 2 jobs, and I freelance for a few clients, and I have student loans to pay and I live on my own and have medical bills and at my full-time job with benefits I feel like I'm given a hard time about having a job there. Like I'm 29...I work at a bank and I'm trying to gain experience. I don't have 10 or 15 years of experience yet to earn a huge salary and that's not even important to me. I enjoy working hard and taking care of myself. How do I ignore this commentary at work? |

Question: How would you ask your best friend to be your girlfriend? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 12:23 PM PDT My best friend and I have been close since we were freshman in college and recently have been spending a great amount of time together. She's everything I could ask for in a woman: smart, down-to-earth, witty, loving, caring, compassionate, and pure. We met in our freshman biology class and were lab partners, which began our friendship. Now, I can't get enough of the woman that she has become and I can't picture being with anyone else but with her. I want to ask her in the best and most romantic way possible since she loves romance and anything to do with it. I respect her a lot. We've never had sex or would I take advantage of her until she was ready to go to that next level with me. Very seldom do we kiss and when we do, I feel the sparks go off between us and I have never felt this way about anyone but with her. As for our ages, I'm 28 and she's 27. We met when we were 18 (her) and 19 (me). |
Question: Why is it that all of the women my age who are married or pregnant hate me? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 11:22 AM PDT I see them at Walmart and I get dirty looks. It isn't my fault that this girl is 8 months pregnant and married to a man who checks out other girls too. I am 22. How iw it my fault if some pregnant woman's husband or boyfriend tries to add me on Facebook? |

Question: What can I do, is there still hope for us? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 09:00 AM PDT My ex and I were together for around 3 years when decided to part ways after realising we lost the spark. After 3years of barely speaking, we finally spoke properly on Valentine's Day. During that message she sent me a pic of a valentines present that I gave her almost 4 years ago and she said that she never knew how weird it could be to go from talking and seeing someone all the time to not talking at all. then she went on to say that she wonders how things would be for us now if we had never broke up. After that she said that she hoped that I can find someone that makes me happy because I deserve it. I was quite shocked that she said that but I just said the same back to her. At the end of this conversation, she said goodnight and told me to 'stay in touch'.2 days after I sent her a pic of a place that we used to go to together asking her if she remembers it, she said yeah and she jokingly replied 'the question is, who are you with?Lol' we talked for a bit then she didn't reply after that. A few days ago, she saw on social media that I left my job and she asked how come I left my job etc. We talked for a full day, the conversation only ended when she didn't reply. Our conversation seemed as though we were close again. In this conversation, she remembered that it's my birthday in a few weeks and jokingly said that I should start thinking about 'settling down' bcos I'm getting old.I always try to get her attention on social media but it doesn't always work. Is there hope? |
Question: Massage therapist student refuses to continue my session.......? Posted: 05 Apr 2017 02:26 AM PDT okay look, I have to totally admit, this young man was totally good-looking. before the session begins, I ask him "Is underwear mandatory?" and he says yes, so I kept my undies on, as the rules require. In his mind he's thinking that because I asked this question, I'm somehow looking to be aroused? (gee I didn't think that question was so out-of-line, given the fact that many professionals give nude massages. it's industry-common, but I understand a student clinic is different so okay.) he massages me for like 10 minutes, and then refuses to continue because I got an erection....and he was uncomfortable so they refunded my appointment. maybe part of it had to do with me smiling, I thought it was more of a "I'm at peace" kind of smile, but he perhaps he took it as "I'm aroused"........ I never made any inappropriate comments beyond that. okay....they teach about erections in their training; it's common and natural. If someone is training to become a professional massage therapist; shouldn't they just continue and go with it? I'm sure they have other male clients, and I'm sure this happens to others...... he thinks he can enter this profession and expect this not to happen? okay yes he was the guy of my dreams, i enjoyed every second of it. so what. it's part of the job. he should quit being such a homophobe and get with the times. your thoughts? |
Question: Do you think he meant what he said? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 11:18 PM PDT long story short, before I even knew my manager was married we would flirt and use banters while talking to each other and everyday that I came into work he would always talk to me and would put his hands on my shoulder while saying my name and stuff and he even made a comment about me being his wife..it was just a cute flirty thing we had going on until just recently when my coworker told him I thought he was cute and that I liked was when I found he was married and even then he still kinda glanced at me from across and quickly checked me out and when he found out he asked what I wanted to eat on my break and that it was on him and yesterday I had to work with him for a few hours and couldn't stop thinking about why he would even do that and he randomly came up to me while I was making milkshakes and wanted to help me and said you know I'm always for you Lisa and I was like huh?? like where did that even come from.. and it was just the most random thing I've ever heard anyone say.. and also when I told him I was gonna take his place because he was leaving early he was like that's my girl and I'm just thinking like what is going on. do you even think he meant it? |
Question: Emotions while hugging? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 10:12 PM PDT I am quite puzzled with my feelings. I am a 17 yo female, and often when I hug a man (adult) I get this deep emotion up from my heart like I could weep. The hugging feels so cushiony and vulnerable. Does anyone else experience this? |
Question: Is this an abusive relationship? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 09:50 PM PDT He is very nice in the beginning, always there for her and constantly wanting to spend time with her. Over time, he starts to isolate her by saying "i would really you rather not go to that party" and "stop talking to your brother completely, hes trying to ruin us" and "dont let your cousin drive you, you aren't safe with the way she drives". Also dislikes her family & friends and always has something bad to say about them. Sulks if she does hang out with her family/friends As time goes by he also starts to put her down through jokes and belittle her, make fun of her appearance by asking "why are your teeth crooked?" "why do you have acne?" "why dont you exercise?" etc. Always checks in with her throughout the day asking "what are you doing" etc. Eventually he starts telling her he might leave her & doesnt love her anymore because shes not like him, but never actually does leave her. Sorry this is so long, but is this an abusive relationship and does it always get worse? Is there any way to fix this? Btw this all was going on for a period of 5 months. |
Question: What do you think about this? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 09:01 PM PDT OK so recently ever since I told my step mom "happy birthday and don't be a prude" my sisters have been acting weird and posting videos of herself listening to music and feeling on herself. And after all her photos and videos she has never posted videos like that. |
Question: Why do people think that because I am a jock and very cocky that I am jerk and a bully? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 07:48 PM PDT I am a bodybuilder and I admit I am cocky and I can say that I brag about myself and my abilities and my body and accomplishments and good looks but I have never put someone down and bullied them. I don't do personal insults and I do believe I am the best at what I do and the reason why I don't bully is that I was bullied in middle and high school but for some reason some people think I am an ahole when I praise myself even though I have never put anyone down in my life. In fact if anything I try to inspire and lift others up because I don't see the whole point in being a jerk to others. When I see someone being bullied I will defend them because I don't like jerks and bullies and yet people confuse me for one. Why? |
Question: How do I convince my mom to stop giving me a bedtime again? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 06:20 PM PDT I am a 14 (almost 15) year old freshman guy in high school. I recently fainted, and among other things, the doctor said I should get 8-9 hours of sleep,. My mom took this to heart because she is now insetting that I go to bed by 10:00! Before the incident, I did not have any bed time, so I typically stayed up till 11:30-12:00, later if you count time to go to sleep. My alarm started at 5:15, but I snooze till 6:30. My mom is going crazy with the doctors suggestions, and is sending me TONS of food for lunch, and won't stop pestering me about weather or not I have had any more incidents. I know she cares, but how do i get her to stop treating me like I have no idea how to manage my sleep schedule or how to eat. I am old enough to know how much sleep is good for me. I was not feeling tired or lethargi when I was on my own sleep schedule. Now with her sleep schedule I wake up wide awake every night at 3:30. The funny thing is that my mom doesn't even go to bed around 10. She stays up past 12:30 constantly. She is being very hipocritical about this, so how do I tell her I do not need this much sleep? |

Question: I need help convincing my mom to let me wear a two piece please help!!? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 04:29 PM PDT So, I am a 14 year old Muslim girl. My mom isn't too strict but moderate bc she prays (dad isn't involved much), she lets me wear shorts, dresses and sleeveless, but no two pieces. I can wear a one piece but I feel like a grandma and so weird and out of place wearing one. I've asked her many times if I can wear a two piece but she either changes the subject or says "No, you're a Muslim girl, and I already let you do so much." I don't even like the two pieces that are super exposing, because I wouldn't feel comfortable in those specific ones. I also don't want to wear a two piece to flaunt my body off to guys, it's because all girls my age do and it's hard to explain. I want to be able to wear them and be stylish like all the other girls my age. I don't plan to wear a super showy one, but something that suits my body type and that my mom would also like but I need to get her to listen to me w/o getting upset or annoyed. She always gets mad that I am not very religious or devoted to Islam, and me wanting to wear a two piece isn't because I am turning away from Islam, it's just because I want to be fashionable and feel comfortable. How can I ask my mom w/o ruining our relationship? I'm also a very nervous person and whenever summer talk or beach talk is brought up I think about this and get upset. Since summer is coming up, I need to talk to my mom about this, but how should I approach the conversation w/o her getting super mad? Am I being too dramatic? Please help, thanks. |
Question: I'm planning on leaving home for a couple of days? Posted: 04 Apr 2017 03:55 PM PDT I just found out that I failed one of my college classes. I know I won't be able to stand my mom's disappointment, so I'm planning on leaving her a note saying that I'm staying at a friend's house for a couple of days and explaining why, which should give us both time to cool down. So... thoughts? Advice? |
