But after I replied to the conversation he never replied back (even though he asked me a question and I answered it). On the receipt I noticed the address associated with his account was a PO Box in New Mexico (nowhere near where we are). I asked him about it and he said he had no idea why it said that. I later googled the PO Box and it was in fact associated with his name, though I couldn t get any more info from the google search. There was one letter changed in the name on the account causing a misspelling (For example if his name was "Kevin" it said "Kevni") and the last name was accurate. Is it even possible he would have "no idea" about the PO Box? I ve dated a psychopath in the past so maybe I just have a hard time trusting people, other than this I have no reason not to trust him. But I m wondering if this is even a possibility/what the explanation could be? Is this a red flag or am I simply being haunted with fears based on my past? Based on what I know about him, having a PO Box in Mexico really wouldn t add up, but then how can this be explained? |

He let them do it, he knew about it, and let it happen so he could fit in... They raped me twice and 4 of them kept doing it 9 more times, I couldn't go to the police, I was scared for my life. It's been almost 3 years since it happened. I AM in therapy, 3 times a week for the past 2 years. I've had almost 400 hours of therapy. I still have nightmares every night, I stay up for hours because I can't sleep unless someone's there with me then I'm usually ok, I'm nervous with sex and touching, but I try... I get quiet and zone out when I'm thinking about it. I'm nervous around guys I don't know, and I don't like to walk in stores, theaters, etc alone. I dated my best friend after it happened, and he left me because he didn't want to deal with it. He said it would be really hard for me to ever find anyone, and doesn't think anyone will want me. I've had pretty much EVERYONE who's close to me tell me "You're pretty, nice, fun, honest, caring and a good friend, but your the kind of girl to be good friends with, not date. There's more reasons to go then stay." I don't think there will ever be anyone that wants to be with me, and that I can trust. No one else who's close to me thinks so either. |

We catch up one on one every probably 3 or 4 weeks and it's always around 3-5 hours, lots of flirting, sexual banter, really good vibes. And we message probably 4 or 5 days a week sometimes more. And these are often conversations through message. Yet when we see each other socially we almost don't talk to each other. It's not like we do it intentionally. Any thoughts? Is it just that we connect so much through message and one one one that we don't need to connect more when we're out with other people? |
