She seemed happy for me. Once I moved back I was working 80-90 hrs/week. I eventually quit the internship but feel like maybe it put a strain on our relationship. I started making effort to hang out with her & tried setting up double dates with her/her husbanb. We went to dinner a few times and her husband would not interact with us at all. We asked her what his problem was and she said he's just like that when he's around all girls, he has to have a guy around to feel comfortable. Time goes on and we start hanging out less. BUT she constantly hangs out with our mutual friend. I asked why she never asks to hang out with me and she says "I'm bad at planning things". Now I've moved a few hours away & invited her to see the new house. She told me she's not free until JULY. Lastly, she was at a wedding recently just 40 mins from me. She never told me she was coming to my town. I messaged her & she said "I would try to meet up but I have to get ready for the wedding". Shortly after I see a photo of her tanning at the pool. I guess I just don't know where to go from here. I can't tell if I screwed the friendship up a while ago or if she's distant because I'm gay? She has said a lot of homophobic type things to me. I feel like the friendship is over, but I'm constantly dwelling on it and feel like I need closure. I was thinking about writing a letter. |

But all my friends have their own car, and I feel like I can't really hang out with them or really know them cause I am the only who doesn't have a car like i am not shy at all, I have a lot goof friends in my class but I feel that i just say bye because i don't want them to know that i don't have a car or I just make an excuse. |

After years of playing together and growing closer, she left suddenly. It makes sense because we were both older and didn't really play the game for what it was, we only did to talk to each other. It took me a long time to get over this loss. Years later, I'm missing her again. And this time I really want to find her, but I don't even know her real name. I think I can find her email (it might be her parent's email, though) but it would be really creepy to just email her like that. What do I do? My roommate is 6'8-6'9 and plays basketball religiously. He knows I've been bad mouthing him to my girlfriend and I always made sure they never talked. Well my girlfriend was looking for me and they started to talk, next thing no I know they are texting eachother and her phone is locked and my roommate locked his since he saw me reading a message on his crappy phone that didn't have a lock. Well some friends of mine saw them hanging out and she kissed him apparently, this friend caught it on camera. I confronted this roommate and he owned up to it and said he took her virginity and laughed about it since I believe in waiting and I thought she did too... he then started talking about what he did to her, well we got into a fight and the cops were called and I went home to my parents, I found out my roommate was out of town so I took his air Jordan shorts and other athletic gear and donated that to good will and sold his tv and Xbox one, I was feeling pretty good about myself after a long nights sleep and go to work thinking my roommate and I are even well he had me arrested for larceny and the judge drained my account of 2,000 and something dollars to cover the loss of his tv, Xbox and clothes. he also filed a restraining order on me since I tried to attack him. How do I tell my ex he is bad news? |

With all the Instagram craze going on for almost two years now, I decided to finally make an account today to see what's going on. Followed around 30 of my friends, and I got most of them to follow me back, but now.. I feel stuck? What am I actually supposed to do? I see all these other people sharing pictures, stories or whatever it's called, and I'm over here sitting confused as to what am I supposed to do to get 'noticed' as someone who just made an account? I don't really use Facebook, so connecting it with Instagram wouldn't really serve any purpose. I posted a few nice looking pictures of myself, but it doesn't seem like my profile is getting noticed. And then I see my best friend KILLIN' it with hundreds of likes, many comments (even by strangers) and when I asked her about it, her answer was "idk, it just happened". Maybe I'm just too ugly for this, lol. So, if this was too long to read, in conclusion - does anyone have any nice tips to 'kick off' your new Instagram profile, getting 'attention' and how to meet other interesting people on it? She initially started flirting with me and also opened up about her anxiety issues and how her previous long term relationships ended with her getting cheated on. She told me she had been single for over three years and preferred being on her own. Back in dec we confessed our feelings for each other but she said she was scared and I could tell that was something holding her back. We continued to stay friends and I did everything I could to show her I truly cared about her but I guess it was not enough and I ended up putting way too much effort into it. She instead kept suggesting we hookup but I turned it down mainly bc I knew it wouldnt end well for us as her previous fwb ended horribly as well. Back in feb she told me she wanted more from our friendship but needed time and then a couple of days later she told me she always only saw me as a friend and nothing more which didnt make any sense at all. We started drifting apart, since I started ignoring her texts and I felt like she led me on and was never honest with me. I knew she was scared and I dont blame her but she went about it the wrong way. She has apologized for leading me on but our friendship has just not been the same and I dont know if there is any point in us staying friends now. |

My family on the other hand is lower middle class and my dad works a very labor intensive job. I have three siblings and I've always said to myself that I'm gonna accomplish my dreams and make a lot of money and not stop trying to make more money but my friend sees this as wrong. He thinks it's materialistic of me but it's simply to create a better life for my family. At recess, I have no one to talk to, or do anything with. I go to a very rural, small private school with twelve kids in one classroom, so it s not like I can find anyone else to hang out with. I find it quite embarrassing to talk and no one hears me, or to be left alone on a bench. The reason I left my old school- two years ago-was because of this same problem. It s not like I m loud and rude, I try to be polite; and I m naturally quiet and introverted. I've told him that he needs to ask his mom or dad about it before he becomes a teenager because I'm scared his going to see some bad **** on the web and not understand it. I had a bad experience at a very young age when I found out(saw some things online that caused me to have to get help), this was all because of another kid who told me to search up "porn" on the web. Because of this and that he his in my eyes way too old to not understand I have no idea what to do, he's moved out of state but still talk to him on Xbox on a regular basis so I'm freaked that some kids going to not be as understanding as me and totally F#ck his head up. I returned, and John hasn't bothered to ask me about it aside from "are you back?", after I comented on his Facebook post about something else. This morning, he texted me about his personal life, and that's it. No, he's not "jealous" that I didn't invite him. It's not about that. I had to move from private to public and it was hard because I had a lot of friends in private but mainly my best friend. I love my best friend but I never realized how much I would miss her until now. In the school that I am in now I don't really have great friends like I did then because in private school the whole grade had 30 people in it and everyone was much closer. That's not the point tho. It has been 3 months and I feel like me and her have become less of best friends. We still consider eachother best friends but we don't hang out as often as we used to or snapchat as much. I just miss her so much and we are going to different high schools but that starts in about 4 months and we have talked about how amazing our summer will be together but I'm just scared that we will drift apart. | Question: How can I make people leave me alone? Posted: 18 Apr 2017 05:43 AM PDT I'm 13 and I'm in year 8 in Highschool. At school I'm EXTREMELY shy, everyday I go from class to class without saying a word, even my teachers are concerned about me. It hasn't always been like this, everything was so much better in Primary school, when I have friends. I have no friends, but I don't want friends. I know it may seem weird, but this is who I am, I like being alone. I'm too afraid to try and make friends since I'm so shy. I can't help being shy :( Sometimes when I'm just NORMALLY waiting outside the classroom like I'm supposed to, waiting for the teacher, some kids will come up to me and start talking to me. I understand they're just trying to be nice, but I'm just so shy I can hardly speak! I bet they only come to me because I look "sad". The thing is my normal face looks "sad" even when I'm happy, my face appears "sad". I don't understand how someone can smile 24/7, wouldn't that be creepy? I'm just annoyed that if I'm just standing alone, someone will just try and talk to me because they think I look lonely. Honestly, I'm happy. I really am. But they just annoy me when they constantly think I'm sad and lonely. Once at Atheletics Day I was NORMALLY sitting down some girl came to me and said "What's wrong?" I said, "Nothing" then she said, "Oh you can talk to me, I'll help you!" I KNOW she is being nice and all but I was sitting happily until she came. I told her my face is just like this, but people CONSTANTLY ask me what's wrong, what's wrong, WHATS WRONG? It irritates me :( I really, really just want to be left alone, so how, just how can they leave me alone? I don't mind having no friends, I usually talk to myself. When people keep coming up and asking "What's wrong?" I've even starting hiding! Yes, I hide in the bathroom at recess and lunch. It's almost like annoying paparazzi that don't leave you alone :( I used to sit alone at tables at recess and lunch, but too many people approached me, so I don't go out anymore. I also would like to add, don't think I'm weird for liking being alone, because I'm not you. Everyone's different, and I just happen to be happy when I'm alone. But how can I make people stop asking and worrying about me? Really, nothing's wrong :( |

Went to a different doctor and said it was asthma Why do they get diagnosis wrong and which one should I believe ? |

I always feel left out because we never had the same type of interest as we used to. And I'm wondering if I should just break it off with because the happy where we really really feel together are so rare that I could count it on my fingers I also feel that they only tolerate because we known each other long and it doesnt make it easier because they're the only people who I talked to outside of my relatives who I also don't know we'll. She initially started flirting with me and also opened up about her anxiety issues and how her previous long term relationships ended with her getting cheated on. She told me she had been single for over three years and preferred being on her own. Back in dec we confessed our feelings for each other but she said she was scared and I could tell that was something holding her back. We continued to stay friends and I did everything I could to show her I truly cared about her but I guess it was not enough and I ended up putting way too much effort into it. She instead kept suggesting we hookup but I turned it down mainly bc I knew it wouldnt end well for us as her previous fwb ended horribly as well. Back in feb she told me she wanted more from our friendship but needed time and then a couple of days later she told me she always only saw me as a friend and nothing more which didnt make any sense at all. We started drifting apart, since I started ignoring her texts and I felt like she led me on and was never honest with me. I knew she was scared and I dont blame her but she went about it the wrong way. She has apologized for leading me on but our friendship has just not been the same and I dont know if there is any point in us staying friends now. |

He drank a little beforehand and while we were playing pool he was being extremely loud which was super obnoxious. I placed a bet of $1 with one of his friends to see whose team would win. I bet my friend and he bet the other team. When my friends team won, I jokingly said shut up because he was being so loud/talking at the top of his lungs. He s like who cares, at least you won $1! And i replied with, I don t care, you re so annoying. I jokingly meant that but after that, he was quiet the whole time and was basically on his phone the whole time after that. I felt so bad for saying what I said. (We joke about saying these things all the time) When it was time to leave, he didn t talk to me. He literally just left in his friends car (I drove him) knowing I didn t know that area. Since that incident, he hasn t talked to me. What should I do?! Is he overreacting?! |

Posted: 17 Apr 2017 10:17 PM PDT I have been in band since i was 12 maybe even 11 i have made friends throughout the years (im 15 gonna be 16) i joined marching band when i was 14. Literally. On my birthday. Well i really loved it and i always looked foward to practice unlike many people. I got to spend time with my friends too. This last year i wasnt as happy since my best friend had left to another school. I still had fun with other friends and joked around even though another close friend got a boy friend and left me since hes in the band as well. I spwnt time qith my single friends more and more and of course my section. Well i am already an upperclassmen and i just found out i might be a prop miver next year. Of course it isnt that bad if its your first freaking yearrrr. Its gonna be my 3rd year and i might be a prop. Thats really embarassing to me. And i feel i will be more disconnected from my friends since they might march and i might not. So now im debating whether i should stay or not. I know the crew life is seen as easy but i see how they treat the crew like dogs and i qould much rather be a marcher than a crew person getting burned for nothing. To not evem be a part of the show. So should i get out or stay. If i get out i only have 2 friends that arent in band and they are always left out. If i stay i might keep all my friends and gwt to go on fun trips. I m unsure of what to do... |

She would point out flaws in me, and make me feel bad about myself. She even wrote a note that I was ugly or something like that. But she had a rough childhood so I stuck with her. In middle school, things got worse. We would FaceTime and do silly things like dance and wear embarrassing clothes from when we were little because we trusted each other. One day, she videos me dancing wearing this weird sweater,posts it on her Instagram and shows all my friends. She kept posting embarrassing things of me until I told her to stop. Once I posted a throwback pic of her from elementary school for 1 minute (then took it down if course) and she started saying I was being mean. We always argued but I gave her another chance. Yesterday we got into another fight and she texted me saying she's not taking **** from me anymore and is cutting me from her life. She was saying - "you are wrong" and "you've brought me down when I least needed it" I really don't understand what Ive done. Sorry for the long paragraph I just really need to get this out. |
