I still hang out with them every so often but I can't help but I feel I have no one who's really close to me. No one who knows deeper details about me. It's partially due to me shielding myself from people but also cuz people aren't genuine. I had elementary best friends but I was never super close to them and they moved away. I was shy 6-7th grade. At the end of 7th grade is when my mom started pressuring me to make friends because it never occurred to me before that I needed them. She sort of ruined my mind cuz instead of wanting a true friend I just fear being seen alone. I only like the image of me having friends rather than actually liking my friends (even tho I enjoy some of them). I had a best friend in 8th grade but she treated me like crap, and I already spoke of my newest group. But what I'm concerned about now is how to make good friends. Ones that are fun yet still mature enough to be considerate of my emotions. It seems as if everyone my age (15) is immature and their priorities differ from mine. Therefore I find it hard to make deeper friends. I see them all get along but they also gossip about eachother. Are they really friends? And how can I try to make new ones? I don't want to force anything. Is it good to just naturally make friends like I did the last time? And will it be easier in college? I feel like people become more individualized when they get to college. |

It's kept me up most of the night a couple of nights for me to look over on his side to find him asleep. I've asked if he can buy a headset so he can listen to it a night so I can sleep but he just keeps ignoring me. I was trying to explain but she just walked away slightly laughing saying "never talk to me again" . I slightly held her and told her my side of the story because I didn't want her thinking I'm a liar. she eventually left but soon that night she sent me a message saying to never speak to her again because I made the biggest mistake by putting my hands on her, and because I prevented her from leaving. and also told me she was abused in the past. I wasn't trying to do anything bad ( obviously) so she blocked me, I decided to send her 2 long letters trying to explain and to apologize and I also sent her some roses. She told me if I don't leave her alone she will contact police " but honestly I thought she was bluffing since we were such good friends". she did contact police and the police told me to leave her alone because it can be considered harassment. She hasn't spoken to me since around the end of February and I just don't know what to think. any advice please. Could she talk to me down the road when she calms down?????? |

I work two jobs and am bored with both, I am bored at home, I am bored when I go out with friends, tried going away every weekend but I feel bored there too. Tried a bunch of new hobbies and sports, all are boring. I used to love video games but now I can't play any of them for more than 20 minutes. I've been to Kenya, been to Bulgaria, Italy. Every time I just wanted to come home, but then I get home and I'm bored. I'm trying to find something exciting but I just can't seem to keep anything up for very long as I get so bored it drives me nuts. Any suggestions on new things to do? |

He had 3 kids with one of his kidnappers sisters. He forced them to have sex while he watched. He's 22 now. The people he was with were older than him. He was 11 - 12 when he was taken he was walking to school. His kidnapper was kind of nice to him. When he listened he was nice. When he did something wrong he get punished big time. I can't imagine all the hell he went through I feel sorry for him. I hope his kidnappers rot in hell for what they did to him. At first he was scared to death but he got use to it. At first he got only 1 meal a day and only 1 bottle of water a day even on the hottest day of the year. He knows what it's like to go through that he was tourted for 10 years. He even hardly ever watched tv. He couldn't go to school or see a doctor neither did his kids I don't know how they survived. All he did was work for them. He was mostly outside. I feel sad for him now he's even more scared but his kidnappers are in jail he's worried about how he's gonna protect his kids. He doesn't understand why anyone would wanna do that to him. He had 3 daughters with one of the girls. His daughters are now 12 , 11 and 7. They didn't know they're father was kidnapped they always thought of him as their brother and his kidnapper as they're father that's what they were taught to think. How can I help him feel better ? |

I'm fat (no I'm not one of those idiots with perfect bodies who tell themselves they are fat, I'm twelve stone and 5'4''), I have brown hair (which I hate) and ****-coloured eyes. I've never been bullied at school as in properly (I've been called a few names at most) and right now my friendship group is split up and I'm drifting away from everyone who made me happy. The people I hang out with now I've been told are calling me names behind my back and I don't know what to do because if I stop talking to them I'll be alone. I've never had a boyfriend or girlfriend, I've never had a friend I can truly call my best and my brother has aspergas (on the autism spectrum) which, if you know the condition, isn't a ton-load of fun. He used to take his anger out on me and he still does but it's mostly names and to be fair that hurts more than the hitting. My dad's racist, homophobic and a lot of other things, and I want to tell him I like both genders but he'll probably call me disgusting and people like that just don't change (I've tried everything). I just want to kill myself because nothing is going right and I'm just alone. I have internet friends but I've never seen their faces and even though it's nice to talk to them I know we'll probably never meet. My mum ignores the fact I'm suicidal. I just want someone to talk to, anyone. I've talked to therapists in the past but they didn't help a whole lot. I was new to my school two years ago and I met A (A and P were really good friends before). Then A introduced me to P and we became this awesome group of three. We are really close and good friends, but lately I ve been noticing how much better friends A and P are. First of all their families know each other so they always hang out with each other. They have all these jokes together and sometimes when I m with them they will talk about something that happened when they were hanging out and it s just really hard to take sometimes. The sad thing is when ever they Snapchat I always look at the background to see if they are hanging out with each other. I really like my two friends, but I m also considering leaving them. People would say I m very outgoing and have a lot of friends, but not close ones so I don t know who I would go to if I abandon A and P. I also have trust issues so it s hard to trust people and tell them things that have happened to me. I know I have to accept the fact that they knew eachother before me and are closer friends because of that but I just really want to have a best friend where I m also their number 1 best friend, not their number two. I have them as my friends on facebook and he thinks its a HUGE deal I would even want to associate with them. he says thats not classy and I am unequally yoked with these guys because I'm going to get my degree and will have a great job one day. The problem is, I really like being friends with these people. He told me he doesn't want to see me bringing a "loser" into the family. He says our lineage is made up of great people and he hates to see a loser brought into that. Is he right? I view people as people and I love all |

I barely have the chance to talk because I m always interrupted. When we walked down the hall ways I m always pushed the back and can never hear what they are saying. Switching though will be really hard though, because everyone in the school is in their own little group. If I try to switch groups, my friends will hate me and the new group will think I m weird. I just need a way to get to a new group without conflict :) |

However in the past few he's been accusing me of liking my friends over him. We don't have any classes together as I'm in all honors. His classes are in an entirely different hallway and while it's sweet that he crosses the whole school to see me for a few minutes he's often late to class and gets in trouble for it. Both my friends and I tell him to stop doing that so he doesn't continue getting in trouble. He usually gets offended and whenever he sees me he gets quiet and doesn't talk to me. I have other friends who I never see who I stop to talk to in the hallways and he says it offends him because he should be my main priority. My friends are main support for my self esteem and I can't push them away however that's what he keeps telling me what to do. My friends say no such thing about him except the fact that we could be in a serious conversation and he just cuts in and starts talking about something completely different. Two weeks ago my friend told me and my other friends that she was depressed and wanted to commit suicide and/or cut herself. My friends and I couldn't do anything about it until school started up again after Spring Break. We all went to the school counselor and told her what was going on. My depressed friend is doing much better now and I am thankful that she did not end up harming herself in any other way. That is terrific, but now I have a problem. My depressed friend (I will call her A) said that she was a little mad and that it was wrong about what we did. Not about my friends and me telling the counselor and whatnot, but my friends and I made a group chat to help her. A told me about her problem, then S, and finally M. S and I told M and created the group chat to help A before A told M. A says it is wrong that S and I made M not tell A she knew about it before A told her. I wanted to be honest. Really, I did. But I did not want A to be upset and perhaps even kill herself if she knew that S and I told M! Should I have told M to tell A that she knew or not? I wanted to prevent anything bad from happening to A, and this was a part of it. Plus, M, S, and I were convinced that A would freak out if we told the counselor. In short, should S and I told M to tell A that she knew about it? *have told* Please keep in mind that my friends and I are all fourteen and thirteen year old girls. Thank you so, so much in advance for reading this long question and answering it. I really appreciate it. This is really bothering me because I thought that if my friend M told A that M knew about her being depressed/wanting to cut/wanting to kill herself before A told her, that A could have done something drastic.
