I stole money from my dad 100 dollars to gamble this isn t the first time.. I do help out around the house yard work and sometime buy grocery but im unemployed and broke. I kinda got desperate I feel terrible and he was mad rightfully so. But he isn t poor by any means and just got so mad called be awful degrading names and I do a lot for him who is in the wrong here besides me> I mean it s just money You shouldn t be awful to someone based on just a little money.

In front of me she seems fine. But then it seems she is insecure and afraid of her mother. Her mom is aggressive with her. I noticed that my cousin lied to me about some things in her family. I notice she seems depressed and she clings to me. She just stalks my every move and copies me. Her parents argue a lot and have health issues. They r dysfunctional.

I would like some advice on how to heal emotionally. I use to be very close to me extended family. I found out recently after 8 years of us not talking that they might have never liked me. It is confusing. My parents are the one's telling me all this and to stay away from them. The thing is there is plenty of evidence that they are right to do so. But it's still frustrating and sad. I find myself sad all the time. I had it hard in school. Real hard. Now I find out that my cousin who I thought was my only and best friend was the reason for my hard time!? I sleep all day, and am moody and angry. I've been watching self help stuff, but they don't work. Would like some advice on how to heal. Thanks in advance.

My brother doesn't do anything to help. I'm always helping her and when ever I try to explain this she has ago at me. I can't win. It's too much. This expectation of cleaning the house daily. I used to work at a retail store. One day this kid who I had only talked to twice came to my house. We were only on first name basis I didn't know him well then. He eventually started talking to my mom and was able to persuade her to take him in as he had no real clean place to live. He has been living at my house for 3-4 years now. We don't pay rent. He eats a lot of food. He doesn't clean a damn thing. I differ in both aspects there. Although my anxiety is stupid high now and I don't feel confident enough to find a career or job that I'm good enough for or like. I'm 24 and he is 23. I invited this dude to a party last night at a mutual friends of ours and as he doesn't have his license after a DUI a year or two ago. He got angry over something. I don't remember how it started or what we were even fighting about; we were both tipsy. We get half way back to my house and he gets out of the car and starts walking to my house. Once he gets back at my parents he starts cooking at 2:50am. He starts making so much food. And he hasn't had a job in a while and therefore can't pay rent. I feel as if he is taking advantage of my mother. I definitely am too although, not as intense. I want to move out but I have no income at all except as a DJ which I usually am paid well ($600 in a night) but there are not enough gigs for it to be a viable source of income unless I get more work. I flipped out on him after he dissed me in my own home and ate my family's food. Am I being a *****?

I am so frustrated right now. So my little sister is 18 years old. Just turned 18 a couple of months ago. Her low-life "fiancé" is right at 21. So, to get to the point, she is in complete denial of his actions, and I do not know what to do. It may not be any of my business, but it concerns me when they are bumming off of my disabled grandma who is tired of him herself, but won't do anything because my sister will say she's going to commit suicide. I have tried to tell my sister what kind of trash he is and that she deserves better, but she just cusses me out. So he has cheated on her 4 or 5 times that we are aware of. He told the other girls that as soon as she paid off his vehicle and probation that they didn't have to worry about her anymore. She saw the messages, and she still denies it. Heck she is the one who told us. He refuses to support her in any type of way, even something as small as buying her deodorant, and he's constantly in trouble with the cops because he is a thief and a druggie. She pays his fines and probation and he blows his money. They do not help my grandmother in any way. He promised her his truck when he gets it paid off, which is how he gets her to fix the problems with it. He has tried to leave her several times. On new years he got her drunk and left her at some guy's house, and he wasn't planning on coming back. She had to get that guy to run her around to find him, which is also what happens every time he leaves her. The rest is below:

My husband and I have been married for 8yrs and he has an 11yr old. I love this kid like crazy and we have 2 together. We live in IN and she lives in AZ. She only has her mom in AZ, no other family. Here she has a large family especially on her dad's side. We treat all the kids the same, no diffrent, siblings aren't "step" Things get rough at her moms but the last time it got REALLY bad. Mom had lost food stamps, free lunch, and clothes not being clean. His girl BEGGED to live with us. He found out it had been going on for months when she was here for SB, even though she never sais a word in the phone calls. My husband then called her mom, respectfully asked how is it going, everything ok, and if she needs any help to let him know (He didn't flat out say what he heard). She said everything was fine but we take what she says with a grain of salt from past experiences. When his girl got home, mom had food back in the house, clean clothes etc. She eventually got her food stamps back and free lunch, we cover everything else, clothes, shoes, school supplies, all holiday event items etc, and he pays support each week. Now once again she no longer wants to live with us and we took it very serious last time.Would NEVER stop her from seeing her mom unless it was a safety issue. He has explained to her before that what she says is serious and If we go through the process there's no changing your mind. How can he let her know when she makes these desicions it's serious?

A sibling decided to use my tv because I didn't need it. Then, like everything, she decides to own it and I let her use it bc I didn't need it. They've had it for a long time and I did want it back but they made me feel like I couldn't. This person is a complete tosser, I didn't gift it them. Am I wrong to take it back now? Im almost 18 and for as long as I can remember I have hated my mother... I remember when I was 8 I told my dad if my parents ever got devorced I'd wanna live with him... When I was 10 my dad told me that my mother has been seeing another guy the past 2 years where she would always tell me that she is going to a meeting... a few days after that she told me, my sister & my brother, who are both older. then when I was 11 my parents got devorced and us children did 2 weeks at each. before I even turned 12 my mother married my now step dad whom I I dislike aswell... I got into a lot of trouble as a kid and my mom has always treated me a lot more harsh than my siblings... nothing I ever do is good enough, when I'm proud that I got a good mark at school shed say why not get more... or if she walks in my room and I'm watching series she shouts that I'm not studying. .. she doesn't let me go out with friends because she thinks I'll just get into trouble, she is never satisfied with everything and is always right... she believes everyone over me she always blames me for anything that goes wrong at home. I have to stay there because my father moved further away. And lately I just can't stand her... everything she says and does jus puts me down and I can't stand living in this place... everyone else sees her as a normal person but to me she is horrible. .. she never listens to reason and never appreciates anything I do... she is also very controlling and thinks she always knows best.

Yesterday my mum read something in my diary I kept on my computer. I don't even know how she got on there because I never told her my password or anything. This is the thing she read that made her so angry that she is now refusing to acknowledge my existence. I wrote this back in August 2015 when me and her had a really massive fight. I'm an 18 year old girl who just graduated high school. My entire life, I've lived with just my dad. He's a single parent and I'm an only child. He was only 18 when I was born, so he's very young right now. He's 36. We've always had a very close relationship. Up until I was about 7 or 8, I used to sleep in his bed pretty often. I'd go in his room when I was scared, couldn't sleep, there was a thunderstorm, etc.. Eventually I got too old to do that and gradually stopped. Last night, I had AWFUL nightmares, which is a very rare occurrence for me. They were terrible and came back more vividly every time I closed my eyes, so I finally just caved and went into my dad's room. I told him what was going on, and he groggily mumbled, "okay, just go to sleep." He has a king sized bed and we were on complete opposite sides of it. The nightmares didn't stop, and I kept thrashing around, waking up, and accidentally kicking my dad. Every time I woke up, he did too. He was annoyed, and from the other side of the bed he'd say things like, "you're fine. It's just a dream. Try to go back to sleep." Every time I managed to fall asleep, I'd wake up again, and eventually I was sobbing because the nightmares were so creepy. In a scared, half asleep daze, I impulsively rolled over, clung onto my dad, and started crying into his chest. He rubbed my head and said, "sweetheart, you're okay. I promise. You're safe." I then fell asleep and didn't have any more nightmares. When I woke up in the morning, I was still cuddled up to him and I'll admit it felt a little strange. Is this weird or wrong? Of course nothing sexual or anywhere near sexual happened, but I know that if anyone found out about what happened they'd think it was weird. What do you think?

My aunt & uncle came over to visit along with three children. Aunt & uncle have mental issues. My uncle make about 120,000 dollars a year, but he and his wife r STINGY! They have marriage problems health issues low self esteem. When my uncle has seizure, he called my mom and we took him to bed at our house. I ask mom why not medical help, & she said ur aunt didnt want to spend $. For their 8th daughter BD, aunt got hummus, no cake no present no party. I Swear to god. for my sis 8th birthday party, my mom had a laser tag party with chocolate cake, friends, presents, pizza, video game, new party dress. Pictures and bowling. Fancy party. I saw my cousin look of WTF, awe, & jealousy. My aunt children admit that she doesnt feed them properly, & my cousin seem afraid of their mom, becuz she is aggressive & bullies everyone. She bullies me, my two aunts, my mom, etc. She literally doesnt love anyone. Literally. She doesnt talk to parents, if she loved her children and husband she wouldnt have treated them like she did. She hates everyone... Why is she so unfriendly, stingy, & refuses to try to make things positive? So my uncle? R her children abused? Then why r they so nervous r ound her? It was more a thank you drawing. I got my sister to do it for my dad, to say she's thankful he takes care of her etc. It's just something I used to do when I was younger when I needed to kiss my dads @ss for whatever reason. Anyways on her drawing I got her to write "thank you for not being a pedophile." I thought it was funny and ovizly she don't know what a pedo is. But my dad hit the roof, swearing at me and everything. Straight away he assumed I'd made her write it. I mean I did, but it could have been completely of her own accord. Okay so I am actually 18 however, my mother really does not like body mods out of the norm. I know I'm legal to get it but I respect my parents too much to go behind their back like that. I'm fourteen and my sister is nine. I am homeschooled and she isn't. Anyway, the past few days my mom has been letting her stay home from school because "she stayed up too late" or just because she doesn't want to go. My mom hasn't made her shower in a week because she whines and cries until my mom caves in. It gets so old. Today, I walked downstairs to get breakfast and noticed the TV volume was very loud. I turned it down a bit, and proceeded to get my breakfast. My mom said, "Did you turn the TV down? She was watching that! Do you know how rude that is?" then my sister told my mom all the times I lowered the volume while she was watching something. My mom said, "She's ridiculous. A lot of things will be changing over the summer about this." I'm just so tired of her getting whatever she pleases, while I am sitting in my bedroom crying. Hello, I am a student right now in grade 8. I am in big trouble now. So I'll describe everything in detail and please give an advice that would help me. I am in a Private school, I live with my mom alone. My father has left us for all my life. My mom pays for my school up to 15,000$ and she always expects me to get all A's on my report card. Which I do, but I pretty much got very bad grades, on my first semester's report card. My mom was furious with me that she decided to take all my collection of comic books and manga's and soak them with water and Clorox. But with the help of my grandma I managed to convince my mom to leave this punishment until the final report card. But on one condition, which was that I needed to get all A's on my report card whatever that subject is. Currently I have finished my Exams and I don't feel happy about it. Minimum I will get 2-3 B's, and the rest are all A's. But the problem the exams are over and I haven't tried my best, which mean I could've gotten better. And what's even worse is that I've spent loads of saving and birthday money and gifts on my collection. It's huge. I've tried to talk to my mum and she said even if i've spent millions she would still carry on with punishment. The problem is mom is so tough to convince. Even if I do chores and become the best boy anyone would wish for, she would still not change her mind. This time grandma is supporting her, she says I deserve it this time. Please Help Me ! She didn't soak them in water YET! But when I get my report card. I cannot change it by now, I've done my exams already.

I leave my house tomorrow, I am moving out because of a lot of reasons. I am 18 going off to college, I have it all planned out and I'm ready to go. The only problem is my parents dont want me leaving the house, although, they have told me many times to leave bc they're super strict and me making even 1 mistake throws them off. I cant explain it all here right now, but just know its terrible. I love my family and this was a very difficult decision. I will be leaving them a letter saying that I am sorry and etc, but I wont be saying where I am, only because I know they wont leave me alone. I came from abroad to study and was living with my aunt. She is my dad s younger sister, almost 45+ with 2 kids married and one 2 years older than me. I am 17. Please carefully read my situation and then answer, may GOD bless y all. So what happened was she was really nice in the beginning, taking me to places for my admission into college, my bank account and things etc. But then in weeks she started changing i.e: Irritating behavior for no reason, talking rude for my parents sometimes, getting jealous of my parents. Then she sudenly demanded 250 dollars as in my husband is asking for it and you know him this and that... Then one day I called my parents to tell them what mess she was doing, I kept all her house secrets as secrets never told anyone... Just that I was giving 250 and still she didnt brought eggs since they werent on sale LOL! She took it too bad since she heard me talking on the phone... She literally fought me, using bad words for my parents and bla bla... After 4 months living with her I moved out to my dad s friend s apartment. But still keep going to her house every week, taking small gifts such as fruits etc... She was good until she came here to our home country to visit everyone, and she literally beat the **** out of me when she saw my dad s attitude when he became reserve with her, although he did so much for her financially as well and everything he could do... It started at 14. I knew immediately we had nothing in common and I didn't agree with her old fashion ways. I am now 26 still dealing with it. So the other day my boyfriend told me that his mum was angry with him because he has started skipping sixth form like an idiot. She believes that it's mainly my fault since he has started skipping more since being with me. This obviously angered me since my attendance at sixth form is 98 percent I've had 2 days off this year. My boyfriends percent is at 60. I myself get angry with him over it. It annoys me that he stays at home being lazy whilst I go and he just sits all day long. Also it reflects on me everyone just ask where he is and it's embarrassing to say that he skips. What annoys me the most is how my boyfriend keeps doing even after me being accused for all responsibility. I don't understand how his mum can't just not blame her own little perfect son and it's partially her fault too. What kind of supposedly caring mother would allow her son to stay off. If it was my mum she would drag me to sixth form by my ear even if I was dying. So now every time I'm near his mum I feel awkward. I feel like it's a family thing it's as if none of them have a sense of responsibility. Now I have to pretend to be all nice with his mum and she can't see that she is the one who should be stepping up and forcing him to go. I had an argument with my boyfriend about it sense he didn't accept responsibility and let me take the fall. Whenever I do something wrong she says that I m worthless. Like if I forget to make my bed because I woke up late she ll start screaming saying how worthless I am and now I should make my bed because I m 13, a teenager, and a girl. And I don t like cleaning up and that s just me, but if I know my room is too messy and I m not busy, I will clean it up on my own and she doesn t even notice it but if one day I forget to do one thing it s the end of the world. And she demands perfection and I don t know how to cope with it. I get A s on every subject apart from Maths and she doesn t even look at how I work my butt of to get the grades I m getting now. And the thing is she doesn t understand that I m in Maths 1 (The top Math s class) and to get a grade of B is basically an A in the Australia s National Grade. And she also doesn t understand that the teachers are aiming for everyone to get 60% because of everyone Aces it, we are not being challenged. And I get 70 s in my Maths test. I ve tried explaining all this thing to her and I get nothing but another yell in my face saying I m worthless. Sometimes I just want to kill myself and the only thing keeping me alive is the thought of my younger sister (4 years old) growing up without anyone looking after her when mum gets like this. Idk what to do pls help. And I m scared one day I might not even think of my sister and just kill myself And my mum also tells me to say 'I Love You' to my stepdad and I don't know how I can say it because I don't even like him. My mom might be cheating on my dad again. Why do I assume this? Well because sometimes she says she'll be at work but it turns into her being gone the whole day. I use the FindMyiPhone app to track her & I've caught her cities away from where she works. I've caught her before and it was ugly. I've read the messages between her and this guy that I cannot get out of my mind. Hello, my name is Elliott and I am an 18 year old male from England, who is currently living on my own, working part time, and starting classes in the fall (in the US). I was raised by two father's, after my biological parents weren't deemed capable of raising me (due to verbal, physical, and sexual abuse). I turned 18 roughly 2 months ago and while I am still coming to terms with what my biological parents did to me, I still have a lot of issues with things such as trust, fears of abandonment, and harm. I decided to vow to Celibacy, because I do not find interest in having an intimate, close relationship with anyone and I certainly never wish to have sex ever again with what my father did to me. It is out of my own personal preference and since telling my father's this, they have told me that I am being silly and having a relationship with someone is important in life. I don't have friends, I hate being around other people and my parents are always trying to push me into relationships I do not want. They are wonderful people with open hearts and they mostly accept me for who I am (as well as my decisions not to get therapy for what happened in my childhood), but for some reason they think Celibacy is the most ridiculous thing in the world.
