I'm a 16 year old guy, I met this girl from my work about a month ago and we talked at work a lot. Over the time we just started hanging out after work and it's been pretty damn fun with her in work and out. I think I may be in love with her because we relate to so many things and see the perception about the world, life, society and different forms of philosophy, the same way, we share the same unique interests like conspiracy theories and have the same type of taste in music. We really understand each other. She is a very out going social person with pretty much hanging out with her friends as a hobby. We talk about everything and this is all in person, not texting or phone calls. The first time we hung out late at night she told me I'll be one of those guys she will cancel plans with other people just to hang out with. She says we're like twins. I enjoy being with her very much. It almost feels like we're already a couple. Our co workers even tease us cuz they feel like we have something going on and even her friends that crush on her say similar things like Im just like her and they seem jealous of that. I feel like this is an unnannounced platonic relationship. I have 2 other best friends but they will never be as understanding and relating like me and her do.

Okay, well for so many years my grandmother has lived with us. She has 5 children and none of them give a crap about her period. She's in her 90s and healthy as a horse. Only thing is she has alzimers and deminsia. I'm not to close with her at all. My other grand father/and mother passed away years ago. I don't know what she's hanging on to. My friend, recently has attempted suicide many times, he told me. I care and worry about him a lot. One time he told me goodbye and I called a crisis line that had the police come to his house and he got super mad at me and called me dramatic which really hurt my feelings. He gets drunk and high almost every weekend and when he does so, he messages me a lot of stupid things. Though I do care about him, I'm annoyed. I wait to reply to his messages and I sigh every time he messages. Recently, he's been more unstable. He would message such things as "You ******* *****. You liar. I'm blocking you." when I haven't done anything to him at all-we don't message as often or meet as often and it always leaves me clueless. I asked him why and he said it was because he was anxious and depressed and he was sorry. But I just can't deal with him anymore-and I don't have time to. I know I'm selfish, but what do I do? I don't want to stay up every night waiting for him to text me that he's going to kill himself under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I can't tell him because he'll take it hard and I'll create more harm than good but I'm not a good person and I'm not patient, I'm afraid I'll snap on him and bad things will happen and I'll become more guilty myself. Hey, I m 24 years old and recently moved to Boston to start a new job. I don t know a single person here and wanted some advice on how I can make new relationships... I slept over a friends house the other night and one of my friends took of his pants before going to bed. I just got invited to my friends sleepover bday party and I'm not even acquainted with anyone there besides the bday girl. Once, when I was in 6th grade I was at a sleepover, there were like 7 or 8 girls and I was kinda new in school so i needed to make a good impression. Anyway so we ordered food and afterwards we decided to watch a movie. Halfway through the movie I just really had to poop, like really ******* bad. I usually don't poop anywhere besides my own home but I was literally in pain! Like I can not stress enough that I had to poop really really ******* bad!!!!! So I go to the toilet, and I feel like "I'm gonna poop, it's fine, it's normal, I can do this, this sleepover is going great!" So I sit on the toilet and poop like, really fast. I didn't want to stay there for too long because I didn't want those girls to think I was a huge disgusting pig. Anyway, so I poop, everything is fine, I get up and flush the toilet, and it doesn't go, my ******* poop doesn't go!! I certainly didn't see that coming I thought the worst case scenario was that I stay there for too long and I make the bathroom smell and they think I'm gross, I didn't think they ******* old *** ***** toilet wouldn't flush!!!!! Anyway, so I take the toilet pump and I try to make my poop go away, it doesn't work. And at that point I had already spent like 20 minutes there, so one of the girls knock on the door to check if I'm okay, so I panic, and I literally take 10 thousand layers of toilet paper and I wrap it around my hand, and I take the ******* poop out of the toilet and throw it in THE ******* TRASH. Like what the ****?

I recently cut off all ties with this "friend" I used to have, who I've known for 4 years. We do not go to the same university, so we haven't kept in touch as often. She only spoke to me to tell me things concerning herself. She never asked me how I am, or how my life is going. I been telling people I know my future plans and they somehow get so offended when I say I'm planning on leaving the USA after college. Why do you think they get so offended by that? I'm 15 and in secondary school. One night me and a couple of mates were at a friends house. My family doesn't seem to care about my pain, I've been crying for two days on and off and they always say I'm on my period or I'm being a ***** but when I had a fight with my mom and I was trying to tell her how I felt she kept saying I don't care, and it really traumatized me because she kept saying it over and over again and everybody says it's my fault for everything and that I'm mean and all this mean stuff and it's really making me feel worthless. I had a get together yesterday and invit d several friends. One of my friends is really pretty, very outgoing and friendly. One of my other guy friends found it necessary to comment on the size of her ears. I was so mad at him for for that because she was having such a good time and he basically ruined her night. Yes, she's very into her looks and her having a good time is heavily dependent on how good she looks, but so what. Why should she punished for it. My friend sees she's beautiful, why does he have to draw attention to a physical attributes that she isn't very proud of? She purposely hides her ears and her hair moved for a minute and right away he took that opportunity to take away from her good time. I asked him why he did this and he said that she needs to get over herself. He doesn't even know her. He said she's a hypersensitive twit and knocking down someone like her is actually healthy for her in the long run. Can someone please explain this to me? I finished my freshmen year of college last month and so far I haven't done anything fun. I was unable to make friends. No one bothered to accept new people so they hang out with friends they already know. Besides working, all i do is read a book, go to the gym and watch Netflix during my free time. My best friend from 6th grade goes to the same school as me but I noticed we're drifting apart. First I always ask him if he's interested to hang out but he keeps saying "next time" or he's busy or some excuses. Second, he always hangs out with his other friends based on his Instagram post which makes me feel left out. Third, he has a girlfriend and finally we never hang out together outside of school. We only see each other in school, chat and that's it. I'm getting really bored with our friendship. I live in a really small town and there is nothing to do. I have a car and license but I need to a reason to go somewhere. When i have no plans, I basically stay home all day and night. My friends from high school doesn't make contact with me anymore ever since we graduate because they are out of state. I literally have no friends and I'm so lonely for the next two months until school starts. I'm going on a 10 day cruise in the Caribbean in August but I have nothing to do between now and August. Summer is the best season and I'm so bored which is one reason why I don't like summer vacation. I feel like I'm wasting my life doing nothing.

Everywhere i go i get left out I have no friends (2 whi lives far away) And im embaraassed at church because they all dont include me and make plans in front of me without me and talk and just walk away I always follow them like a little kid.. I dont think i have any disabilities though But it really hurts no matter how hard i try to be happy.. My one friend & her boyfriend recently broke up. i got very close with him while they were dating, he was really cool. After they broke up my friend started dating the guy I was talking to, cool right. So me & her ex boyfriend have been messaging and comforting each other and half of the time just talk about other things. Last night he graduated and we took a picture and he put his hand on my waist. Not a big deal, but I went on Facebook later that night and every girl he got a picture with he put his hand on their shoulder. And I m not kidding when I say every girl. He would also laugh almost everything I said, he kept saying things like 'you can stay with me forever' or 'I love you more than Jalila', and he kept sitting extremely close to me, wrapping his arms around me many times and just touching me. Okay so yesterday my boyfriend gave me a stuffed animal and it smelled like cigarettes and I just kept smelling of it. I don't know why I did that because I don't even like the smell of cigarette smoke so last night I noticed that my stomach was hurting and that I was having cramps so could the cramps be from smelling of the stuffed animal he got me? And today I was getting on my floor to try to see if my cat would come out from under my bed and then after I got up my throat started to hurt and it felt rough too so could my throat hurting also be from me smelling of the stuffed animal he got me?

Is she making things up bc she knows I can't find out the truth? What should i do? Make stuff up?

Ok so I'm going to go to Mexico this Thursday and my best friend is going on Saturday but the thing is she is moving there so I'm not gonna be seeing her anymore me yesterday I decided to invite her to the movies with me but she said she made plans the whole week with her other friends and said if Tuesday is okay ? And I was confused. At first but not mad or upset I just couldn't hear her right through the phone since at my house there is a lot of people and they were talking to loud so I shout what three times and right when everyone left the house I said what more time and I called her name out but she just stayed silent and I told her if she can or not because I was still confuse about what is going to happen but no answer so I hanged up and try calling her again but send me straight to voice mail and I texted her but she still wouldn't answer what should I do ?? Is she ignoring me for nothing

How can you be popular if you don't drink / smoke at parties every weekend?

A few weekends ago, i noticed my best friend went out with people Friday, Saturday and Sunday but never once asked me to join her. I asked her on Monday if she was mad at me but she ended saying I make her feel bad when we don't hang out, when all i did was ask her when we could hang out bc she was always busy, anyway she said she didn't want to talk for a while. I was okay with it, but to forget her I blocked her on snapchat and ended our 39 day streak. I haven't seen or spoken to her in a few weeks and I just unblocked her and tried to add her back to see if she blocked me...she hadn't. I then unadded and blocked her again. Shes always her phone. Does this have any importance?

My mom is a schizophrenic and has been since I was young, but bipolar my whole life. My dad moved around often, cheated on her and usually got her angry, but left before getting into a fight. Most of the time when he left, she would take her anger out on my siblings and I. She use to lock us in the garage for the whole day and then let us back in only to scream and wack us about how we ruined her life. Neither were ever really there for me as I got older and usually figured out things myself. There are things that still trigger me and I get bad anxiety from. I've struggled with socializing, people, men, the difference between reality and fantasy, and seen as time as very clingy and needy. My friend is older than me, 23, and I'm 18, but most of her life...well I hate to assume, but most of it has been easy or at least average. Her parents are both together and show their love for her constantly. She was raised quite well. They've always been financially secure and if they ever did fight it was resolved in an hour. A couple days ago, we were out at a restaurant and in her eyes I seemed awkward and weird around our waitress. She said she knew no one ever took me to a fancy place or taught me how to properly behavior, but I didn't have to be scared. She went on to say her parents had taught her respect and I asked her why she had to bring that up. She replied she knew I struggle to appear normal because I never had a real parent in my life to teach me that stuff. I told her I didn't want to talk about that, but she continued on. She went on saying even though she has never been in my situation, she understood how I felt. She said she even understood my situation better than I did because she was viewing it from the outside. And her average life made it harder on her than it did me because she had what I didn't. She continued on saying she felt more pained about my own situation than I did. I again asked her where this was coming from and she just replied, "Even my parents can tell there's something wrong. We just want you to get help." I was offended but how she put that. Am I wrong? Thank you. I usually have a hard time making eye contact, so whenever I was making my order I didn't look up towards the waitress. When she came over and asked how we were doing I just nodded, while my friend did all the talking. That's it.
