It's hard not having him in my life and I know he feels at least somewhat the same. The problem is that while trying to get over him, I started a relationship with another boy who I also do love a lot, we just aren't as open as me and my ex were and I just generally feel awful without my ex. But all the same, he is one of my closest friends and technically my boyfriend and I don't want to hurt him. Another complication to this, my has been very clear that if I were to ever date someone else we couldn't be together again, it wouldn't feel right to him. A friend of mine who's known for telling other's secrets told a friend of my ex about me and this knew guy. Should I somehow try to fix it with my ex? Or give up? |

He fell really hard for me and asked me to be in a committed relationship with him; he was the one who got the ball rolling for us to be serious and monogamous and I'm glad he did. He still has old numbers in his phone of girls he used to talk to/hang out with/mess around with. He hasn't talked to any of them since we've been together, not at all. He was invited by another male friend to go to one of their parties and he refused and told him he couldn't go because he has a girlfriend now. He's very loyal. My question is, when is the appropriate time in a relationship to have the conversation about clearing out your phone and getting rid of all the old numbers and stuff? I still have some guys numbers too that I of course don't talk to but I just don't think about them being there. Is the right time when you move in together? When you get engaged? After a year? I don't know. I feel like it should happen at some point if you're starting over fresh with someone but I just don't know when. |

A few days into the tramp we crossed paths with a woman whom had stopped for a lunch break at the same area we had, and I started talking to her- just friendly chat but we seemed to get on quite well. She left and continued a different route. Anyway towards the end of the tramp we met again, and just started talking- She introduced herself and seemed keen to plan a tramp for us two to do later on in the year, or possibly meet up the following year in a different country (she's moving back there after living in my country for a year and I am over there for a year next year) and gave me her contact details. Since then we have exchanged messages and the tramp is coming up soon! My question is, would you say that she is interested in me? Or is it just me being naive? Because couldn't she have not replied me in the first place? (She's 31, and she is quite pretty) Her and I are both from the same country, but I was brought up in another. She's over in this country for a year and then is travelling back. Next year I'm going over there for a gap year and she suggested that we could possibly meet up then too. But I was committed to someone else and I didn't do anything about it, and he respectfully didn't do anything about it either. Me and my boyfriend got engaged soon after, and then a month later we broke up completely. I broke it off, but still it's been hard. Well the guy that liked me texted me a few weeks later, asking me how I was and we ended up hanging out that night, then we went on a date a few days later, and so on. We went on 5 dates in 2 weeks and everything was very innocent and cute. We barely held hands on the last date. But it was apparent we liked eachother a lot. On the last date we accidentally ran into my ex fiancé and he noticed that I wasn't acting completely myself after. He asked me about it and we talked for a good bit about it all. I told him that I didn't want to mess up in relationships anymore and I want to take things slow. He said he completely understood where I was coming from. Besides that, the entire date went suuuper well but then, that was the last time I saw him. It's been a couple weeks now, and I've texted him and we've had really good conversations but nothing really came out of them. At first (since I'm a new member), she would glance at me, and now it's more often than usual. Today, I was on a machine, and I could see her double-glancing at me when she first entered the gym and continued to stare at me until she actually started working out. |

I started talking to this guy on my team and we really hit it off. We talked all night about some deep stuff. We ended up walking home together and made out. Today was the first time I have seen him since and we were both really awkward and barely talked. I really like him and am scared he was just using me.
