On June 2 he received an objection from his exes lawyer but it wasn't filed as there was no "true copy" stamped on it. We kept an eye on his case online and on June 6 it updated to: Friend of the court order pursuant to the custody and/or parenting time but still no objection filed. On June 7 his exes lawyer filed the objection (5 days after the objection period ended) but no court date was set. Today the case said a date was set on June 9. First what does the update from June 6 mean and second how can an objection still be filed when it is after the allowed time frame?

This guy who I work with is always staring at me when he stands across the room from me and whenever he stares at me, there is this HUGE smile on his face. When I laugh he will blush and laugh too and say what s so funny in a playful way. Most of the time when we are both talking we are smiling at each other I ve also heard from other coworkers that he said to them that he likes working with me and that I m cool Why does he laugh at everything I do and say?

Really think about that. A lot of times I see the words "role model" used instead of the words "show off" but I realize they mean the same. To begin I don't take drugs or have any mental illnesses, what has happened 1. The dog didn't show aggression once and on the evening after dinner my partner went to bed and I watched tv with the dog there, it sat there very still like it was stuffed, so I looked at it to see if it was okay when it stood on its hind legs and just walked through the glass door then vanished. I'm going to start off by saying I know I should have reported it as soon as I found out about it and it is on my mind every single day, so please spare the negative words. My best friend called me about two months ago and told me that her little sister (about 12 years old) confessed to her that their brother in law (sisters boyfriend and nephews father) used to touch her when she was just a small child (around 3 or 4). I was absolutely devastated about this and told my friend she needed to let her parents know right away. She expressed to me that she wanted to but that her little sister asked her not to until she is ready. The little girl is so selfless and wants to spare the family of the pain this would cause. I have attempted numerous times to tel my friend that it is not okay to know about this and not say anything, especially because he is still very much around. The abuse is not happening anymore but that does not erase what he did. I have set up a lunch date with the oldest sister, the girlfriend of the abuser to tel her what he has done. But I am so nervous. I know I need to take action since my friend isn't and say something, but I am worried of the domino effect this will cause. And I am worried that the victim will forever remember that I am the one that she's light on this tragedy that she was trying so hard to cover up. Again, I am doing it, I know it's the right thing to do, but please, I need some encouragement because I am freaking out.

I have known this guy who used to be my friend that is disresecting me, and laughing at me everytime i see him. So my problem is that my neighbor has 3 kids, ages 2, 4, and 8 they are always in my yard, driveway, or on my porch playing. They will play basketball in my driveway and hit mine and my husbands vehicles. I can't even count the number of times that one are both of our car alarms have gone off, it doesn't seem to faze them at all. My husband and I have no kids of our own yet so it's not like they are playing with our kids. We get woke up pretty much every weekend around on later than 8am to them running on our wrap around porch. This drives me crazy, but I really don't know how to go about getting them to stop without being mean. I don't want to be mean at all, their Mom is a young single parent and I feel bad for her. Okay so I have this coworker and lately she's just been getting on my nerves because she's so nosy and complains about being broke all the time. Well every time I talk to her she is buying something new or going somewhere. Well here's the really annoying part. Her paychecks are less than mine because she has child support for her daughter she doesn't have custody of taken out. But she also receives child support for her son, and also gets disability for him every month. So she has more income than I do and lives in an income based apartment and pays $150 a month in rent. Her boyfriend is a lineman and makes like double what we do and he lives there. So not only does she have someone living there who is not supposed to be, but she also has a cat that isn't supposed to be there. She's supposed to pay a small rent each month for pets. She has a dog that's going to be trained as a service dog for her son and a cat. The dog isn't registered as a service dog yet and they don't know about the cat. Is that not some type of fraud? It's a long story but the shortened down version is that my best friend had sex with my ex boyfriend during or right after I dated him and didn't tell me.
