Posted: 08 May 2015 12:33 PM PDT I know I have a pretty good life and all growing up as the youngest of 3 and with the skeaky wheel being my older sister I never get noticed much. I'll be 17 soon. For a long time I became best friends with my older brother but only recently I learned he never felt like he could confide in me. He is rly struggling rn and I don't know what I can do to help. I'm losing my best friend. Suicide runs in the family. I've considered it in the past even attempted it. But I'm not really at tht breaking point so I feel like everyone I thought I could talk to has too many other things to deal with than my petty thoughts. It's not like I try and kill my self anymore but it's little things like when I cross the street I don't bother checking for cars because I don't really care if they hit me. I almost want them too. I'm a quiet and shy person and i just moved to a new school the curriculum is much harder here and in chemistry I feel so lost because half of it they learned the previous year. I'm usually an A student but rn in sitting at a 60% and there's nothing I can do to change tht. I have my diploma coming up shortly and I don't know what I'm gonna do. I feel to stupid to ask for help and the problem is even if I did I don't even know what it is I don't know. I'm having a hard time falling asleep and I physically can't wake up some mornings others it's just about going throu the motions. My dream is to be a stunt driver but Idek if it's even possible. I just feel so hopeless |

He said he was never very serious about her. They hadn't lived together and had only dated for a few months. He broke it off with her shortly after meeting me but they remained friendly. Three years ago when we became engaged she threw a fit telling him that she'd always thought they'd get back together he wasn't very sympathetic partly because she dated at least a dozen men since him. Now she frequently contacts him now to visit with her or see her kids in some kind of performance. These aren't his kids, they're entirely too old for that to even be possible. He always declines politely and tells me that he thinks she's just lonely and needs a friend. Recently he's stopped responding to her invitations because I pointed out that he might be leading her on to some degree. I think she's not done with him and still doesn't believe that they're not getting back together. Does anyone have an opinion on what this woman is doing? I'm kind of anticipating some drama soon. |

She graduated Summa *** Laude from college with a BA in Psych and is now getting a second BS in Chemistry. She is knowledgeable and read A LOT. She's really good at writing too. However, when it comes to common sense - she seems pretty dumb. One time a bunch of pop spilled on the floor and I was helping her clean it up. I asked her to go get the broom to mop it up, and came back with a brush broom and tray. TO CLEAN UP POP. She seemed pretty embarrassed by this and I thought it was funny. But still, really?! Then another time her name tag got stuck to her locker and she couldn't get it off with her hand. So she just left it there. I came along and used my name tag to leverage it off. She couldn't figure that out?! I don't understand. Her brother is really smart too. Has a 4.0 in math. She's pretty smart in school so why doesn't she have common sense??!?!?! Is this typical? |

The seperation was all in his favor and I agreed that I'd move back home. He actually wanted a seperation because he claimed to not be happy but he wouldn't go into detail as to why. We were best friends and still are. Right before I left our marriage home, he was still saying that he loves me and was attracted to me and to not give up away for some no good guy. He focused a lot of his time on being single, as he's been in a relationship with me and with past girls since he was about 18, he's never actually lived "the single life" really. I still love him and I'm not interested in other men and it hurts that we had to break apart like this. I lost some weight and we met up the other day and he kept touching me and telling me how beautiful I was. We made out like we were in love and went our seperate ways. I know that he still loves me, but he is fighting it so that he could experience being single. That's fine, he wants to be single, but he leads me on and I want him so bad. Between us, we have no children and are pretty successful. Our only reason for splitting was because he wanted to do what made him happy and do for himself. I blame myself for everything. I know time will tell if we will be back and I count on that everyday. It's not like he's with other women and his mother cried for weeks when we split up. Everything was in our favor until he broke that news to me. Do I still have a chance? |

Her dad is dad but he before he died he would abuse her and then abandend her , her mom is always drunk, her step dad abused her too , and her boyfriend is kind of a piece of ****. She's always sad , so I try to make her happy as much as I can , but it's hard to always have to mask my sadness for her . I know this sounds selfish but I was raped in June and molested in August, so we are both getting therapy for our share of things. I can't be sad because that will make her even sadder. So I pretend to be hail and upbeat for her sake. I always feel bottled up and I can't even talk about my feelings or problems with her because she can't help me when she's dealing with her own stuff. I admit I did somethings that tick them off and I fixed them, but all they really do to me is talk about me behind my back and let out rude remarks towards things I do in my free time, like sketching. I look at myself and I see that whenever my face is relaxed, it looks like I am glaring, bored, or just very sleepy. And they seem to assume that I am glaring at them in the middle of class, but I don't and I made that clear to them. I try my best to hold respect towards them yet that doesn't help either. I have been making good grades and I'm in my needed honors classes. I talked to my parents about it, they just seem to say, "Oh, you're probably just paranoid about what they are saying." or, "Why don't you look at yourself before them? They are hard-working people and you're just being ungrateful." I think I already know these things, but I know they are directed towards me. I have approached my principle about these things and they have done nothing about it except talk behind my back as well. If I confront the certain teacher who hates me about it, all they're going to do is call my parents and set up a meeting. I already told you before about how they reacted to me telling them about the teachers, so now if my teacher were to set up a meeting, I will be in trouble with my parents and only gain more hatred from my teacher's peers, which are other teachers. This has been going on for years now. |

My girlfriend has been talking to a guy who she met randomly off the Street. She pretty much chaised him down to say high and the next thing i know hes dri king a bear on my porch and he hung put for the rest of the day. He's homeless and my girlfriend seems to really enjoy his company to the point that he has been over all day yesterday spent the night and is spending the whole day with her today too. She's basically doing it because she want to helps the world and I also think he's a smart and nice guy. However, I'm also kind of struggling with this because even though he seems nice, I don't know what he's like- what if he has bad intentions could suddenly turn or maybe start liking my girlfriend and strain our relationship. I've talked to her about my worries but she 's says she's going to hang with him a lot and help him out. Posted: 07 May 2015 11:56 AM PDT I was married a few weeks ago and as a present to me my husband revealed that years ago after he lost his job he had a lot of free time on his hands and he wanted to write to his future spouse. Basically like what marriage meant to him and how much he knew he would love me some day. Some days he included movies he wanted to watch with me, articles on marriage, love poems etc. He said he made the crazy promise that he would always send something once a day until he found me and he always did. he sais he hoped it would represent his undying love for me and that he never gave up looking for me. He also had friends that had been married and divorced and he realized that in writing to me how important I was and that if he ever were to forget or if we ever hit a rough patch this would remind me what its really all about. I was very shocked and happy that he did this. I was just curious if any other husbands had done this for their wife and even if not how would you feel? |

Family members act like I'm jealous that I should walk away from my own family or not care or something. How do I get revenge on an interloper. |
