I'll just go sit somewhere else. Susan, come sit by me so she can be an outcast." At first I thought Susan definitely wouldn't abandon me, what with us being best friends and all, but what happened surprised me. It all started when he started talking to this girl. She was in my English class, and she had choir with my friend and I. One day, he asked me for her snapchat, but I hesitantly gave it to him because I was honestly starting to like her. I didn't think anything was going to happen between them, so I gave it to him. Little did I know, I was wrong! Less than three days later they were talking and had already been on a date. I was devastated. The following Sunday, we all went to youth group at church and they could tell something was wrong with me, but when they asked, I obviously wouldn't tell them. When I got home that night, I texted him and told him everything. He was completely understanding, and hair asked if I would just try to support the two of them. Of course I said yes. Then, a few days later, I tried to talk to him and he refused to have any part of me. I've texted and tried to talk to him a ton about why he's ignoring , but he won't say anything. I also told her in hopes that maybe she could help, so she's also tried to talks to him many times, but he won't talk to even her about it. I just don't know how to approach this topic with him. I have never ignores them, I share my food with them, and I let them copy m homework when they need it. Yet, I seem to be the tag a long. They never invite me anywhere, and I am always ignored and left out. Today, one of my outside friends said hi, and one of the girls of my group said go with them and leave our group. There were only 4 of us when this happened, but they didn t realize what she said. I went to go sit down with my other friends from the other group, and I have to admit, it was the first time I actually felt like I was acknowledged. The other day, one of my friends from the outside group came to sit with us. She used to hang with us, but that was until one of our friends moved schools. I was eating, and the rest of the group left me, but she didn t. And that s when she told me that she knew that I wasn t happy and that I felt lonely. I don t know if she saw it in my eyes, or what. Just guys that would cheat on there girlfriends all the time and wifes. Or even sleep with there best friends girlfriend. Right now I work with this guy who is married. I hung out with him once and now I'm cool with just working with him and not hanging out with him. He's married and has a daughter. He doesn't even stay with his wife. He lives with another female and sleep with her. She even knows he's married. I'm cool with him at work and we get along. I just don't want to be friends with him. He's invited me over a few times but I just said I had plans that night. He tells me he doesn't stay with his wife because of all the kids that are there. Its his wife, 17 year old daughter and his oldest daughter who is 34 and her 4 kids. He tells me he gets annoyed and needs his privacy. So he stays with another women who's kids are grown. Yesterday they got into an argument with these people because they were being mean to them, so i went and sided with the people who were being victimized which angered my friends which is understandable. but here's the problem-they want nothing to do with me anymore, and i'm in all my classes with them and i'm constantly sitting with them (i can't change seats either) so i don't know what to do. ideally i'd like to make up with them but they're being horrible to me now, telling me to f*** off when i try to reason with them. it's really upsetting me. so what do you guys think am i being unreasonable or not? if not, what could i do to gain their trust again, i really want my best friends back :( thanks |

He has other girl friends and i dont mind them but I promised to try and get along for his sake but now she wont try to get along with me. He doesn't want to give her up but he is pretty set on not breaking up. We have talked about it but he can't come up with a solution (even pretending she doesn't exist didn't work). Neither of us want to be the bad guy and give him the catch 22 of me or her so I need help finding a way to discretely separate them. Morally wrong but right enough to save our happy relationship. |

I've been looking for a job for 3 months and can't find one. It's really frustrating to never have money and my parents never give me money so I barley have clothes or can do things with my friends. I'm also unattractive so whenever I hang out with my friends I'm always the ugliest one and the boys never pay attention to me. My friends constantly make fun of me for never kissing anyone and not losing my virginity. My grades suck. I'm just not smart at all in school and the school work has kept me up for multiple nights driving me to tears. I'm so fed up with my life, I'm just s nobody and I have nothing. I'm probably not even going to be accepted to college. I'm so sad. |
| Question: Was I Attacked/Assaulted? Posted: 08 May 2015 02:27 PM PDT I am 15, female, and in the 10th grade. One of my very good friends is in one of my classes and he's in the 9th grade. One day out of nowhere he started saying things like "I hate you" "I'm going to kill you" "you think I'm kidding because I'm not". Of course I thought he was joking, because we are very good friends and I had done nothing wrong. Later on the "threats" became more serious, and he'd become quite morbid with them. at one point the threats became so bad that he ended up pinning me up against a wall and seemed as if he was trying to stab me in the face with a pair of scissors, but I grabbed his arm and was barely keeping the scissors from hitting me. If I'd've let go of his arm, I would have been seriously hurt. I was not able to keep him off of me so one of the guys in my class had to get him off. Further into the class, he threw me on the table with the scissors again and the expression in his face was very scary. They had to search his bag once they got him off of me to make sure he had nothing else. The threats are continuing and I'm honestly starting to be scared, everyone is telling me to watch out because they saw what happened and said he looked dangerous. Keep in mind I did nothing to this boy. The threats are mostly death threats and talking about how he's going to kill me, etc. I understand I may be overreacting, but I have to get a couple opinions first. Should I be worried? |

| Question: How to get guy to stop trying to be around me all the time? Posted: 08 May 2015 02:14 PM PDT I recently became friends with this guy, and have noticed that he seems to be into me. Normally I wouldn't care too much and would still treat him the same but just make sure I didn't do anything that seemed to express interest or encourage him to like me and then try to get him to think of me as just a friend again. He's really starting to get on my nerves though! I'll be hanging out with some other friends, and he'll invite himself along. I get that it's nice to meet new people, but what I'm annoyed about is he'll try to stick around me when I'm with these friends and keep me from speaking to anyone else. We're in a same club together, and when that's done, he'll always try to hang out one-on-one. I usually go study after the meetings, and I like to study alone, but the last two times he said he wanted to study too and followed me to my study spot. Now he studies there and I'm trying to find another place where I can get my focus on. He's a good friend and I enjoyed his company before all of this, but now I don't know what to do! Whenever he asks me what I'm up to and then invites me to get food or 'hang out', I've made excuses if it seems like our mutual friends won't be there. He hasn't gotten the hint, apparently. Posted: 08 May 2015 02:08 PM PDT I wannw help her, once her husband called me asking for help he noticed that she trying and thinking of commiting a suicide. He was scare, i was thinking about my life without her and i cried i called her and shes no more happy, i know its because of her child i asked her husband to take the child and take care of him sometimes but he said that his son would cry and want breast feeding all the time I once asked her to go with her husband and have fun while i will take care of her son, and it was impossible he cry like all the time and cant suckle the milk bottle he only can drink from his mother. And eventhough it was one day i was tired i'll be 18 in june, i really understand her pain from one day experience. She cried in front of me once she said she couldn't sleep anymore and all her life is breastfeeding. Her mother wouldn't help her because she had the child and she wasn't married"our middle eastern socitey is to tough twoards that kind of things" and sadly her mother is really bad person just for people she left her daughter, now she just have me and her husband. I wanna help here but idk how, its hurting me how sad she is. |

We became best friends. Sometimes she asked me if she could borrow money and pay me back the next day. I trust her, so I lend her lunch money. Then she would ask me again to borrow money. Sometimes, she would lend me a dollar to buy a drink so I thought she would pay me back. Now it's getting to the point where she asks me for money everyday. I'll tell you some examples 1. Today, there was a plant sale at my school. She told me she forgot her money and she would've brang it if she remembered. I lended her money to buy her mother's day gift. 2. Today was also the bake sale, and she said if she could get something. I said to ask the office for some money because after school, I have to buy my mother's day gift with my OWN money. I told her I had $14 and I had $28 before but I bought OURS. She said, well you can just have thirteen and I told her I can't. 3. Also today, She asked me if we could go to the deli after school to buy lemons and coloring so she can make her mom stuff. I said I couldn't because my bus was about to come and she said that she wouldn't have enough money to buy her stuff unless I gave her some. I said I can't. 4. Before she would ask me for lunch money constantly. Then ask me for dessert money even though she doesn't need ice cream, but wants it. She's not the type that I can sit down with and have a serious conversation with. If we weren't friends, I would be alone in school. Help |

There are about 200-300 peoppe there with chaperones. This is my first dance, and my friends and I were going. I don't know what to wear. I wsnt to wear short shortd, but if I wear short shorts, I can't wear a cute top (idky I just get scareds it's innapropriate). But at these dances people wear group outfites like they all wear black leggings white shirt, or they all wear red bandanas stuff like that. Posted: 08 May 2015 01:10 PM PDT So my friend was throwing her birthday part yesterday and she made it far away from the place i live and my parents dont have a car so my mum refused just and hour or two before the birthday. The problem is my mother had accepted two days before and i told my friend that i will be coming but my mother then refused. My friend cried and i tried to convince my mum and almost faught her but she refused. My friend is now treating me badly even after i apologized she still is bothering me . What should i do and what should i tell her? Ps. She never listens and is always tied with her own opinion. |
