Question: Is it weird to have another ceremony after marriage ? Posted: 13 May 2020 02:04 PM PDT We have a wedding planned with a venue in a month. Obviously it can't happen due to the ongoing pandemic so we moved the big reception till next year. We still want to legally tie the knot now, but at the same time we want to have a big ceremony in front of all our families and friends next year when it's safe. But would it make sense to have another wedding ceremony next year despite that we're already legally married. What would be the point of the ceremony if were already married, I feel like the point of a wedding ceremony is the beginning of a marriage. But maybe I'm wrong, so I came on here for advice? I'm sure people have done second wedding ceremonies before but how do they work? |
Question: Why is love much more emotional when the girl cries ? Posted: 13 May 2020 09:59 AM PDT Let's suppose two people have been through a lot in their lives and find love in each other. The girl starts crying out of the commotion she feels for him and the fear she has that he will go away. When they make love, it's her first time, she cries. He comforts her and feels vulnerable too, because he loves her too but can't do the same, as he is a guy. |
Question: What are some good ideas for having a wedding this year? Posted: 13 May 2020 09:35 AM PDT So my fiance and I were supposed to be getting married in a couple weeks, thats when our wedding was scheduled for and the date we booked a venue for. But with current restrictions, the venue won't be open. The courthouses are currently closed so not issuing marriage licenses, do we just have to wait till they re open? I read through my states law book and the law book says marriage licenses can only be obtained at a local city hall. When we do get the license, what are some possible ways to hold the ceremony without a venue. We live in an apt building so no backyard and parks are closed. With most things being closed down, how can we celebrate or do a honeymoon? Is it better to just wait till next year to do everything? |
Question: Is that a very cheap wedding? Posted: 13 May 2020 06:33 AM PDT I know this is going to come off as bad, but i know my friend does not want to come off cheap, but they are trying to keep things cheap because they don't have 30,000 for a wedding. She is going to be 33, and she is just going to get a simple lace cotton dress with cowgirl boots, flowers are going to be sun flowers, baby breath, and daisies. They are going to make benches out of bails of hay, and wood. Have a fishing canoe metal boat (s) filled with beer, and alcohol. They are renting out a vacation house with a barn on it. Favors are little throw plaid blankets, and key chain bottle openers. They are doing a mix of catering, and homemade food that his grandma is making. She said her boots cost more than the dress! |
