Question: Why is there no justice? Posted: 31 May 2020 05:48 PM PDT A guy who was mean and a bully to a disabled guy in school is now happy perfect has everything he wants and the disabled guy has all the problems and suffers and is miserable |
Posted: 31 May 2020 04:31 PM PDT My mother was talking about what some family was saying back home about those riots. And then after she paused I said "Yeah, there were lots of people rioting in a city near us". And then everyone paused for a seconds and my Mom continued telling about what our family back in another city told her about. Why do I do this? I feel so stupid. I was just trying to contribute but instead I look like an fing moron. |

Question: Why don't I have friends at school? Posted: 31 May 2020 11:48 AM PDT I'm not hard to get along with, I have a couple friends that don't go to my school and I hang out with their group of friends from school and it's easy. At school, I take all honors/AP classes and find that most of these kids just don't want to be nice to you or want to be friends. Even in extracurriculars, people already have their circle of people and they'll include you, to be nice, but they don't want to be really friends with you. I'm nice enough, I don't take things too seriously, and it's not like I stray too much from what's "normal", as in I dress the same as other people, etc. I've only made one singular friend in high school, I've usually ate lunch alone, and I'm alone in all my extracurriculars and classes. I don't understand why I'm so unlikeable. It gets hard to go to school, that's why I've been happy that school's been cancelled due to COVID-19. It's so frustrating to not have friends at all. And the only time a guy wants to be friends with me is if he wants to hookup. |

Question: What did he mean when he said I hope you are not disappointed in me? Posted: 31 May 2020 08:10 AM PDT A friend lied to me about something and was hiding info from me, and when he told me today about it ... he was like I hope you are not disappointed in me?.. What did he mean? |
Posted: 31 May 2020 05:27 AM PDT I'm currently in this situation, where I have a really good friend, but because of some issues in my life and other commitments I can't give everything in this friendship. I really do respect him but in this situation what would you do? If you couldn't give time or had some issues and the other person didn't understand it, what could you do? |
Question: Bully broke my laptop? Posted: 31 May 2020 04:21 AM PDT I was at school where the bully and his squad just suddenly pushed me around and threw by backpack on the ground. My laptop was inside, and he just jumped on it. I tried to ask him to pay, but he threatened to mug me on my way home, and there's nothing I can do against 5 people stronger than me. I tried to tell the teacher and the principal, they said Im old enough to deal with my own problems. I cannot tell my parents. They'll get mad and hurt me even more, and Im already hurt enough. What should I do? How can I get money from the bully to pay for the broken laptop? I live in a rural and isolated town in Canada, and the town has 0 cases, so school continues. |

Question: Should I continue this friendship? Posted: 31 May 2020 02:43 AM PDT I've been friends with my best friend for 10 years and even though she is a genuinely good friend, there's a lot about her that I can't stand. She has a life that most people only dream of and yet she complains about it all the time. Her job gave her an all expensive paid trip to Spain from and all she did was complain about it instead of being thankful for it. She is very moody and one second she's happy and the next she's super mean and takes it out on everyone around her. Also, she promises to do things and never follows through. I feel like she is making me a weaker person because all she does is find things to complain about and sees the negative in every situation. I can't stand to be around her unless I know she's in a good mood, because I don't want to be around her negative energy. I am always nice to her and try to accommodate her as much as I can, but I'm tired of this. What would you do? This is my best friend, so I don't want to be mean, but being her friend is like walking on eggshells sometimes. |
Question: Friend forgot bday and now wants favor? Posted: 30 May 2020 09:59 PM PDT Before this pandemic, we have always celebrated our bdays together each year. Hers is only a month before mine. Even this year, I made an effort to surprise her with an e-gift but she didn't reciprocate anything...not even just a bday message. A week later after my bday, she asked how I was but still didn't bring it up. Now she is back asking if I can review her essay for her....how can someone be so rude? |

Question: What do I do since one of my friends graduated without me knowing? Posted: 30 May 2020 07:27 PM PDT She's in 11th grade, like me, but she graduated early and is now out of high school. I literally just found out an hour ago, by watching my school's Facebook livestream of graduation, which is today. Known her since 1st grade. How do I get in contact with her? I don't have her number. I wanna stay in touch with her. |
Posted: 30 May 2020 07:12 PM PDT I have a friend who always talks about herself and complains like how she's hungry bc she has no food at all so I offer her money for food she says no she's good. She stops complaining for a bit then goes back to complaining, every-time I try to tell her ways she can fix problems she says she's tried it already and I mean everything I say she will say she tried it. I'm not trying to be rude but its a bit irritating sometimes when I genuinely want to help her but she declines and keeps on going on complaining about things. She can be negative asf sometimes constanly puts herself down and it just drains me because idk it seems like she's always hoping for the worst. She says she don't have any money rn and she doesn't find happiness in anything I wanna help but idk what to do we don't live around each other so we text. |
Posted: 30 May 2020 06:42 PM PDT They avoid eye contact, mumble, talk nonstop about nothing that makes coherent sense, stare at their phones, giggle nonstop, or rely on their friends to avoid the awkwardness and avoid the guy to talk to their friends instead like a safety blanket |
