Anytime I met this guy in the gym or around my area we always waved at each other or hed chat to my family and try to make me laugh etc. A while back he got going out with someone and next time I seen him which was a good while after this I ignored him and havnt spoken to him since. I look the other way in the gym and have seen him a few times in the area but if I look at him I have a serious face. I basically don't want him to think I like him in any shape or form again.

I'm really worried about my friend.  She's accepted her ex's friend request and I'm scared she'll get hurt again.  I don't understand why she did, and he obviously wants her back because he told he still loves her (she showed me the message).  What can I do? I'm worried that she may still have feelings for him and will end up being hurt by him again like before. 

What do you call someone that when you see them they are all nice and want to spend time with you then but when you talk to them on the phone they say that they don't look at their phone much and they never reach out to you first and you're always the one reaching out to them? and when you suggest to hang out with them they say that they don't hang out with anyone but when you see them they suggest to do something but it never happens.  I actually know someone like this and I am not really sure what to do in this situation. I am nice to this person when I see them though

At school,my friends are mostly Muslim,as they help me with lots of things and are really nice.but I overheard my friend saying his parents were spanking him hitting him and bruising him on his d.. I don't want to call nspcc cuz then he will lose his parents??

I met my soon to be college/university roommates and there's one that does weird stuff. When watching shows, she imitates expressions (but doesnt do it with actual people), paces in circles, flaps her arms, and sometimes when shes having trouble remembering something, she'll quickly and repetitively tap her temples and shut her eyes. I'm not trying to be rude, but is there a reason she does these things? Is she okay?  Jo mentioned in their comment that she could be autistic. I did a bit of reading about it and she does seem to share a lot of similar things with high functioning autism like hypersensitivity, issues with socializing, and a few others. I feel like that might be the case. 

I have been suicidal for the last 6 years but not enough to do something about it all I do is pray to die in my sleep. All this is true so its up to you what you think. I'm 20 living at home with mum and dad. My friends just break my stuff and ask for money. You may think for the next bit it is really negative but can't be positive at all I've tried for years. I don't like a lot of people and the people I do like don't like me. I don't really like anything I like going to the gym that's 1 thing. I did a PT and nearly failed but my dad did all the tests for me and I failed the in class ones I had to do. The thing is I'm dumb I pretty much have no education and am just dumb in general. I was bullied in school because I was not as smart as everyone else and I guess I just gave up and this was way back In first year primary school all the way up to the last year. I did not try I never did homework. I hated everyone. Now I'm a Little Different I still don't like a lot of people but I want to have some good friends not people I don't like. But I struggle to make friends. So with the whole gym thing I applied at a gym and they didn't like me. Just as I thought. So what now? I don't like work, I don't like any other job out there unless I haven't found something yet and I'm to dumb for most things. It's just hate hate hate with me. I really dread life I have since a little boy.

I think this has something to do with that I was bullied in high school by popular girls, but I don't even think of those bad memories anymore. Yet I still very VERY uncomfortable when another girl wants to chat with me and be my friend. Mainly the extra nicey nice girly types. The ones who look like they live on instagram. They make me nervous for some reason. They try to talk to me and try to be my friend and I just clam up and feel like I can't talk to them or have anything in common with them. I can't even talk to girls who are not very girly like myself and might have some things in common. I still feel awkward. My mind goes blank and I can't think of any conversation starter. Yet I seem to be able to talk to guys just fine. Why am I like this? I feel like I've hurt a lot of girls feelings by appearing like I don't want anything to go with them.

Over 3 yrs, my friend from grad school has gone through phases where she randomly gets mad & ghosts me, returning mths later. She is competitive. We both interviewed at a top position. The interviewer never sent her the zoom link b4 the interview. She asked me for it an hr b4 the interview. I didn't see her email & the interviewer got nasty w/ her. Since then, she would see my messages online, only to answer them 2 wks later with 1 sentence, & then not message me back again. She has a bf, but responds to my friends. We found out a wk ago I was accepted into the program & she wasn't. She said she was disappointed. My 30th birthday was the other day & she messaged me, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIN!! ❤ ❤ hope you get to have an amazing day. we will make up your birthday celebration in person once quarantine is over". My other friend then sent her a Zoom link that morning for my surprise 30th birthday. She said she was going to come, but later told my friend something came up w/ her mom. After, she never mentioned my party to me, nor messaged or acknowledged it, or apologized. Do u think she is mad & thinks I sabotaged her interview, or that she is really busy w/ school things like dissertation. This has been going on for mnths since the interview. But why would she send such a nice bday message but then disregard my messages for mnths & not show up to my Zoom party? So conflicting. Also she always ignores my messages when she gets mad at me. This is common behavior, just don't know whether that is what it is this time around based evidence

She wasn't seeing anyone before the coronavirus (isolated herself)& now deleted all her social media accounts. She started to not even text or answer calls. 

Some other girl started a rumor on Facebook that some of the guys in our school are wearing makeup. She said that " it seemed like some of the cute guys in our senior class wore makeup for their senior year portraits" the guys all posted stuff like that on Facebook and such and why is she saying this? Have "pigs really flown" and has hell frozen over and some guys are actually wearing makeup. They don't look bad in the pictures or anything but WTH, why the heck would a guy wear makeup? Is that girl just spreading rumors or is she really found something that is true and intentionally trying to embarrass a lot of guys in school, and possibly turn off some of the girls that are attracted to those guys? WTH?

I'm 17 now, going on 18 and back in pre k or little above it there was this girl that liked me named Karen and I didn't like her because I heard rumors about her and I believed them like any kid would. It's been so many years, and I'm about to be a senior in high school and I've never thought about her for my first 2 years, but as soon as junior year up until now she's been on my mind and I really don't know why. It's so weird to me because I DIDNT think about her for a long time, why is she popping into my head now ? Any ideas to why she's popping into my head.. and the sad part about it is, I can't find her social media. It sucks. I want to apologize to her because I've was so mean to her back then. It's so strange to me. If you have a clue why please tell me. She randomly pops into my head, RANDOMLY like I'll be chilling doing homework or listening to music and I'll just think about her without any reason at all.
