| Posted: 05 Jun 2019 07:45 AM PDT So my wife was asked to be the matron of honor for my deceased daughter best friend. she accepted and felt honored and blessed for the request. She has struggled but is making it through it and doing it for the bride and our daughter. My questions is she has been asked to give a toast at the reception and she is not sure what to say. Should she mention our daughter (don't want to bring crowd down). wife says this is about the bride not are daughter and doesn't want to make a happy moment a sad one. The bride and our daughter were friends from the time they were born. Any advice greatly appreciated. |
