Question: Since when is it ok for a guy to hit a girl?? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 08:03 PM PDT I got into a fight with my bf on his 19th birthday. We often fight alot because he is stupid and says mean things like he hates the way I am and calls me BS names. He has no regard for my feelings sometimes but other times we cant live without each other. Since he's obviously a guy his voice is deep and when he gets angry he yells a lot. But that doesnt work for me because I'm not loud enough, even when I try to be he doesnt take me seriously so I sometimes push him around and hit him bc that's really all I can do in a heated argument. If my voice were loud enough for him to respond I would never have to hit him. Anyway, on his birthday, all his friends were around and he wanted to look tough in front of them while we had an argument so he shoved me away from me and pretended I wasnt there the whole time. Then when i brought it up later and told him it was abusive, he started acting like it wasnt a big deal and I was overreacting. His justification was that that we argue all the time and since I hit him it makes it ok. His parents obviously never taught him common sense about hitting girls. |
Question: 24 yrs old want a baby but single? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 08:02 PM PDT So I'm 24 and all my friends have babies I've always wanted to be a young mom because I don't want to wait so please don't tell me to wait but the other thing is I've been single 6 years so how can I make my dream of becoming a mother come true without a man???? |

Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:57 PM PDT Apart of me loves kids but idk if I'll ever have any of my own... can I live without one? I don't really date, just sleep around but how important is it to have a love life? I always stayed to myself it's nothing new, only leave unless I'm going to work or I'm going to have sex... I also want to move to the other side of the country by myself, would I eventually turn depressed? I really love myself, every time I try to date I just know it's not going to work or that they'll cause problems in my life and stress that I don't want.. is this just me running away from love? |
Question: How should I cancel a tinder date for the 2nd time? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:57 PM PDT I feel bad that I'm cancelling it for the second time. The first time I cancelled the date something actually came up. Now I just don't want to go. The problem is that I don't think we are on the same page. I think he wants to "hookup" with me while I'm looking for a relationship. He wanted the first date to be at his house which seems weird to me. Also this guy doesn't text me back a lot. It's a 1.5 hour drive so I feel like it's not worth it. I don't want to be mean though. What should I do? The date was supposed to be on Sunday. What should I text him? |
Question: Would you be friends with your neighbor? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:50 PM PDT I recently moved to a nice neighborhood. My next-door neighbor is a very nice lady. We clicked right from the beginning as I am also a woman, we are the same age, etc. We have been talking frequently, and invited each other home. The other day I wanted to see her. I noticed her backyard door was closed but not locked, so I went in and knocked on the kitchen window thinking she was there. It was then that she came into view, she was in another section of the backyard gardening. She had a hat, gloves and sandals, but otherwise she was naked. It was quite awkward for me, and I was flustered. She laughed it off and said "well, now you know I am a nudist" and explained she likes gardening, sunbathing and swimming in her backyard pool in the nude. I really appreciate her friendship, and would like to keep it. I also feel I would be imposing on her if I asked her to cover up while she is in her own home. Has anyone been in a situation like this? Any advice? |
Question: Please answer this....? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:50 PM PDT So I've cried like 15 times today because tomorrow is my last day of school and I won't see my crush again till September. I have him as my Instagram friend but I won't DM him because I will look like a weirdo. How can I make myself stop crying about my crush? Don't say try to think about something else because that doesn't help thank you:) |

Question: Is she continuing to respond just to be nice? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:39 PM PDT On our 4th date, I told her I was moving for a full year. She said the whole, "it was great getting to know you. I m glad I got to spend time with you, you re a great guy" type of talk. After that date, we kept texting and snapchatting everyday for 2 weeks straight. She invited me to go to one of her dance classes in a few days, too. I m confused, since our last date was her basically saying it was fun while it lasted. What do you think her intentions are? |
Question: Why is my life a mess? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:36 PM PDT |
Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:30 PM PDT So I have a crush on a guy. I can't tell if he's friendly or not. Here's some stuff he's done.: -offers me a ride ( but I haven't accepted yet) - will tease me and say "sorry I'm being sassy" or "sorry I'm such a sass" - once he noticed I wasn't eating and said "I'm worried about you, your not eating enough" and then said "I'm not leaving until you eat something" -- sat across the room and noticed i was sad. Said my name and are you okay. I shook my head no and he came at say by me to ask what was wrong. - said once "I like your ponytail, it looks nice:" he'll touch my upper back sometimes when he'd getting up to leave or saying bye. he fist bumps me sometimes Called me "sista once" but sounds like a joke because he called my guys near me brother. at work we're being assigned jobs and after it was just me and him he said "hey we get to work together"Does |
Posted: 20 Jun 2019 07:23 PM PDT My boyfriend and I (he's 26 and I'm 25) dated for a year and were in a long distance relationship. His parents were never accepting of our relationship and didn't think their son was ready for s commitment yet being 26 and just having graduated from college with no job yet or job experience. We fought for months but unfortunately they never accepted so we broke up just a few days ago because we knew it was best for the both of us. He told me he still loves me and will always love me & he still plans on calling and texting me every so often so he wants to maintain contact with me. He actually called me last night and we were on the phone for about an hour. He apologized of course and explained his side of this entire situation and I also told him exactly what I had to say to him and let it off my chest. He told me that he will not give up on me/ us and still wants this relationship to work out (we want to get married), but he would much rather keep me out of it while he works on making it work. He admitted to me that he hasn't even told his parents that we broke up because he told me that he has a plan in mind and a strategy that he thinks will work since he still wants to try to make this work. He told me that his parents love me and believe that I am a great match for his son but they just don't think theres a point of us dating right now since their son is not ready to propose and make that commitment. His parents are basically only saying no because of the timing. |

As he was leaving he fist bumped the guys near me and said "see ya brother" and when he got to me he fist bumped and said "see ya sista" and then put his hand on my upper back for a few seconds. A few days ago he told me "I like your ponytail, it looks nice" He offers me a ride home really really often but I haven't said yes because I haven't been leaving when he has. Question: Why don't White girls like Indian guys? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 06:23 PM PDT White girls never give us Indian guys a chance. I have perfect grades and gonna be a doctor. I will be rich too, so I can provide my White wife whatever she wants. So I should be attracted many White girls. Also I am not shirt. I am decent height at 5'8. Question: Was she pretending not to remember me? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:49 PM PDT There is this girl I go to school with. She would steal glances a lot. I never talked to her before. I looked up her Instagram and we followed each other. Her snapchat is in her Instagram bio. I added her and she added me back. So we sent pictures back and forth. She would always respond super quickly, no later than 5 minutes, sometimes would respond in less than 15 seconds. After a while, she was like "do I know from somewhere?" Then I said "yeah I think we go to school together." She was like "oh I'm sorry I'm not good at remembering people." Then she said "I'll take your word for it." After that she kept sending me pictures of herself and I did the same. She would respond within like 15 seconds. But I need to put emphasis on this-she was in my gym period and she would stare and steal glances at me a lot. It happened a lot of times over the course of 5 months. Her looking at me must've meant something. I definitely don't need to move on (I've never met her before, so even if she doesn't remember me, I still have a chance). But I'm curious, was she pretending not to remember me? She would look directly at me and when I would catch her, she would look away IMMEDIATELY. That wasn't a one time occurrence either, it happened a lot. |
Question: Was I too irrational breaking up with her? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:47 PM PDT My girlfriend and I were supposed to hang out but I told her that I had to go to a family birthday party which she seemed fine with. That day, we were texting while I was at the party and I asked what she was doing. She said she was hanging out with a friend, and after me prying for a bit I found out it was a male friend that "used to like her". I'd already told her I'm a jealous guy, so I don't know why she thought it'd be okay to have a guy who had romantic feelings for her at her house. We're both teenagers so, no, she's not at adult "doing whatever she wants". So I ignored her messages after that and then blocked her a day later. Some people are telling me it was rash but I feel like it was justified but I still feel guilty for some reason. I never officially said "we're done" but vocalizing it is pointless since she gets the hint anyway. |

Question: How to resolve terrible trust issues in my relationship? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:31 PM PDT So me and my boyfriend met in college this year, and we started dating back in March. He is a great guy and he is truly such a supportive person in my life, and has never given me any reason to untrust him or question him. However, in my last relationship which was about 2 years ago, I was cheated on and this crushed me. I took my ex back even after he cheated and this obviously drove me crazy. I started to constantly check his Snapchat score to see if he was ignoring me/ lying about when he wasn't on his phone; I'm starting to repeat this exact same behavior In my relationship. I'm scared that this anxiety will eventually take a big toll on the relationship and I wanna avoid that at all costs. He is constantly reassuring me that he would never cheat on me and that I don't have to worry about losing him. He slightly aware of my anxiety issues but I haven't really fully confronted him. Even then he was very supportive, and reassuring me that he is here for me. As we met in college, we are currently long distance bc we are both home for the summer. We're only a few hours apart but it's still hard, I'm wondering if this could be a factor aswell? I just really don't want what's in my own head to ruin a really great thing that I have going. TL;DR my boyfriend is great. My ex boyfriend cheated on me which has led me to have terrible trust issues in my current relationship and I'm scared of it ending. How do I get rid of these issues? |
Question: Is it normal to push my boyfriend off of me during orgasm ? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:30 PM PDT Sometimes during sex my boyfriend will start hitting a spot that makes me go insannnnnnnnne I end up pushing him off of me because I can't take the feeling it's soo strong and doesn't stop is that normal reaction ? |
Question: I got into a fight with my boyfriend and now I don’t know how to make it up to him? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:26 PM PDT Basically, we've been dating for 4 months but he's still closeted. I've been trying to get him to come out to his parents but he just won't, and last night the argument just escalated and escalated until I slapped him. He started to cry and then he left and he won't answer my texts or calls or anything. What would you do in my situation? |
Question: What does it mean when a guy says to his friend, "You're right she is funny."? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:22 PM PDT I was at a meeting and had to do a group exercise with my coworkers Jake and Ben. I shared a story about something this is common knowledge about those around me, I didn't think anything of it. To me it's funny and also adorable; I'm also an open person in general. Anyway, my coworker Jake who I see everyday and reads as ok to me starts laughing at the story and joked that he's going to say that to me one day. I joked back and said, You better not. My coworker than looks to his friend and also coworker and says, "You're right she is funny". I don't know the other guy Ben that well for him to make such a comment about me to Jake. Again, I see Jake 4-5 days a week. I've hung out with him at work social events and just talked with him about everyday things. Also, Jake is a married man and I see him more as wise older figure (like a big brother or uncle). I found that weird. Also, Ben made a comment to Jake that I felt insinuated Jake and I have something going on because we're somewhat close. I'm not attracted to Jake in anyway shape or form. Again, I only see him uncle or a wise older friend. That made me feel disrespected and made me question Ben. Jake did say something back, but I forgot what that was. Most likely, it was a snark comment stating no and it's not like that. To clarify, Jake said to his friend, Ben, "You're right she is funny." Do these two talk about me? Jake knows I am humorous because he sees me everyday at work. So to say it like it's Ben idea is what bothered me too. The entire time I felt like Ben and Jake were talking about me in a sneaky way. |
Question: Is it bad that I want my future children to be mixed? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 05:12 PM PDT I've been dating outside of my race for awhile, solely because I want to have a mixed child. I just think mixed kids are the most beautiful and I'm afraid if I procreate with my own race my kid will turn out ugly. Let's face it, no one wants an ugly kid. My sister told me I'm being shallow. |

Question: Are these red flags before a first date? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 04:57 PM PDT I met this guy online because I wasn't meeting any decent guys on campus. Anyway, I matched with this guy and we started messaging from there. We've been texting everyday for a week now, and he told me that he was interested in me and wanted to get to know me better. So we're going on a movie/dinner date this weekend. So far, the negatives are that he doesn't initiate conversations much, however, he did say that he was on the shy side, asked me if I could pay for my own ticket, forgot which theater we were going to, and he forgot what time we agreed to see the movie. (I don't know if I'm over analyzing). The positives are that he hasn't mentioned sex or anything sexual yet, he calls me "sunshine" when we text, most times he'll text me good morning/night, always responds when I text him, he (obviously) asked me out. He seems promising, but I've never had a relationship before, so I'm inexperienced. |

Question: I told my gf to shut the F up out of anger? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 04:41 PM PDT My gf and I have been together for almost two years. I love her dearly, but sometimes she's just too much. We have a cod class together Monday -Thursday. On Tuesday and Thursday I have track practice at 5.30 am for two hours then after work for another 3 then have class so on those days I'm typically exhausted and don't like to talk much Bc I'm tired. She gets very upset from this and is always like why are u acting different and starts like freaking out when I'm tired or whatever. We talked about it and I simply said when I am tired and not wanting to talk just please don't bug me, Bc she constantly goes "why you making those ugly faces" or what's wrong with you why are you doing this to me. Like she over reacts just bc I'm tired and it gets super annoying like I've told her several times just don't bug me then I won't get annoyed and it won't cause a fight. Anyways today in class I was NOT EVEN tired today. But she kept making comments like "you're doing it again" "or why you making those unpleasant faces" I was not making any faces ! Like at all it was just my face like she was basically annoying and making me super mad the whole classs. Anyways finally I go why send you making that face it's unpleasant and she was like it's just my face!! And got extremely mad like extremely mad! Then I was like over it and she kept going why you tryna start a fight. |

Question: Relationship advice? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 04:18 PM PDT so me and this girl have been seeing each other for the past few months and I kinda turned my best girl friend into a friends with benefits type of situation. we kiss, make out etc, and we both enjoy our time together. However, recently we both have family over at our houses and can no longer meet at each others place because we're not alone anymore and this will go on for the entire summer. We talk everyday over text but its just not enough for us. Whats the best way to continue real contact with her? Should we even continue this? I'm irritated that our time together was so short and the feeling is mutual for her. Personally, I would be very disappointed to not see her again as we make each o |

Question: I don’t want to marry him anymore? Posted: 20 Jun 2019 04:09 PM PDT this may sound stupid because of how young I am, I met this boy last year, when I was 15 and he was 17. It was at this fun 4 day church event/camp. I really admired him to the point I wanted to marry him, or thought of it. He worked hard, he wants a lot of kids, he's able to take care of kids very well, he wants to go to college and have a career, he seems like he's going to be very successful in the future. I instantly fell in love with him, and we ended up going on dates almost everyday during the 4 day vacation. Once we went home, and months passed, things changed. He is so into sex, and I'm not really that type of person. I'm not into sex at all. He went from calling me, and texting me and calling me things as beautiful, but now he sends me inappropriate pictures of him and he doesn't really talk to me. Which turns me off a lot because I don't feel appreciated, and I feel less than I am. We were planning on getting married in the future, because i graduate a year after him and we were planning on going to the same college. I just don't want too anymore, I see him again next year and he wants to have sex with me, and i don't want to lose my virginity. I want to keep it, and I don't want to lose it because I feel like I have too. Of course I am not going too lose my virginity, but how can I break it too him that I don't want too see him in my future anymore? As he still mentions our plans. |

I pretended to not see it. We have been together for 10mo and I'd say we're pretty open with each other about what we like sexual. But she has never mentioned wedgies. I'm very confused. |

And tbh I thought he changed but he clearly hasn't & he doesn't seem to like me therefore I must waste no more time on him. I'm exhausted and drained for it, the impact it has had on me is so weird, as I was consumed with him and now as well thinking about it him is so overwhelming for me. I feel like I'm killing Myself with the thinking and everything so, I must get over him no matter what. But I don't know how to. Please please help me. |
