Question: My abusive ex has a new girlfriend? Posted: 22 Jun 2019 03:19 PM PDT My ex turned out to be awful. He was 31 & I was 18 when we met, prior to working together. We were great friends. He was SO genuine, charming, & everyone loves him. He became incredibly controlling, told lies abt guys I was friends w while telling me I could leave him for them if I wanted to, obsessed w sex & other women & although I was inexperienced, always pressured me into rough sex. He never gave me the trust/commitment that I deserved. When things ended, he jumped into a new relationship w someone who had the same name as me. He spread numerous rumors abt me - telling everyone I was stalking him & turned all of my ex-coworkers on me. He then ruined my relationship w a guy by coming into my new workplace & telling everyone we'd had a thing, he had me before anyone else, & that I lost my old job for messing w management - then tried talking to me abt him & I. I haven't seen him since then, but a mutual friend told me he's in a relationship w a girl my age who also works w him now, & all I can say is that I'm scared for her. I pray that he doesn't hurt her, & that she doesn't stay w him if he starts showing signs of abuse (if he does). Ik he isn't a good person, but part of me is infuriated that he chose another young girl, who he seems to be treating w respect when he treated me like crap in the end. Idk if he's changed, but I wish he treated me the way he's treating her. Idk how to feel abt this, but if anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. |
Question: I did something terrible to my girlfriend. Will she ever forgive me? Posted: 22 Jun 2019 12:29 PM PDT I left her in a different country. She flew here with her friends but made time for me as well. A night before we were to meet, she said she couldn't drive 2 hours to see me but asked if I could and I said NO! She has no car and I do. I was upset and told her the trip was never about me and if it were she wouldn't have flown to a different city 2 hours away and now she ruined my weekend. She was Hurt and said she flew here and she's flown twice for me. I never have. I should've just made the effort. Then she blocked me. Could I ever get her back? |
Question: My mom loves my older sister more than me? Posted: 22 Jun 2019 11:13 AM PDT I just don't understand why I'm her daughter if she doesn't love me the same. My mom never does anything for anybody except my sister. It seems like she's her golden child. She has more friends than me and I don't. It's like she's better than me. Every time they're both together, they get along very well. I just think my mom hates me and loves her. She gets treated so much better and I don't even get that at all.You may say that I'm jealous but it's the truth. I feel like I'll never be loved the same. I wish one day when I get older, I'll be treated the same as my sister. |
Posted: 22 Jun 2019 10:14 AM PDT is this a reasonable request? we have a big two story house and guest room. We ask that they do not have sex until they can move into their own home. It's just disrespectful having sex in someone else's home. They have bought a house but it is currently being built. |

Question: My Girlfriend blocked me, Can I get her back? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 09:29 PM PDT My girlfriend came to visit with her friends. She traveled from a different country and made time for me and mainly came here for me but I ditched her. She flew back home and left me a text message about how much she loved me but how I hurt her. How she felt neglected. Then she blocked me! Does that mean we're done? Can I get her back???? |
Question: Should I go to my sister wedding or skip it? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 07:50 PM PDT Basically we had a family fight and I got into it with her fiancé I needed help moving and she said I got you I will help you move/set up your new place last minute her boyfriend says don't help your brother it's more important for the 2 of us to go to San Francisco. I moved everything alone then when I saw him I slammed him into a wall saying you don't **** me over like that and then scared him shitless. He just said I am sorry I booked these tickets last min. Also in the past when we have family functions he is never on time if we say 6pm the bbq starts he shows up at 6:30. My sister said it was a lasp in judgement on his part and anytime I need help in the future they will help no questions asked. Also they want everyone to wear a suit and tie for the ceremony and I don't own one and I am 6,7 and I am not going to buy I would never wear it again would it be unreasonable to ask them to foot the bill for a suit for me they live 3 hours south of me so I could drive down for the ceremony |
Question: Is it normal for my husband to smooch his adult sister? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 06:03 PM PDT My husband is always kissing his 19 year old sister on the cheek, but he doesn t just give her a quick peck on her cheek, he will wrap his arms around her and suck on it. He has done it in public, and then kisses me right after, which has made people stare at us, and probably wonder if we re in a three way relationship. His sister also slaps his butt all of the time. I have asked her to stop because it s inappropriate, but she says "No, he s my brother and it s not my fault that he has a big butt." I ve asked him to stop kissing her because it makes me uncomfortable, but he tells me that I m being weird, and has even asked me if I was jealous of his sister. I have brothers, and they don t act that way with me, nor do I act like that with them. Today we got in a little argument because he kissed her, and it was so loud that I heard it from the next room, which is disgusting in my opinion. Also, this has nothing to do with trust issues, I just want to know if I m over thinking this, or if anyone else has this kind of relationship with their siblings. |
Question: Why does she linger? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 05:36 PM PDT Ok so my fiance and I have a room mate and it's literally been a power struggle for the back room of the house. She doesn't understand what I go through on a day to day with her still around. So why does she still linger? |
Question: How to accept spending the rest of your life alone? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 05:00 PM PDT Im divorced and a mother of 3. I know no decent man would want to marry me now because its not just me its me and 3 kids. So i know ill end up dying alone. Most days im okay, but other days i cant help but cry because here i am doing this alone while my ex husband gets to live his life like we never happened. After we had our first 2 kids he stopped working and started abusing me. I tried to make things work for a year, i worked took care of him and the kids but he didnt stop so when i wanted to leave he beat and raped me and thats how i had our third child. It hurts so much i gave my life to the wrong guy and now ill have to pay for it forever. He was really good to me until we had our second child. Then he just changed.. how do i get over all of these feelings and accept what is? I feel so sad some times. I have so much to offer but ive Fd my whole life up. Im glad i had them. I love them so much. Just sometimes i wish i had someone to confide in. To help me to be here for me. To love me. |
Question: Im being controlled and I dont see a way out? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 04:56 PM PDT I moved in to my partners house giving up my flat as it made sense to paying for both properties I felt it was going well enough so aggreed. Posted: 21 Jun 2019 03:12 PM PDT They fall in love at first sight and the guy decides that he wants to take care of her, since everyone in her family has neglected her. She had to go to fields since childhood cause her parents had to work there and her relatives couldnt care less, let alone have her in their house for a few hours. She had lots of troubles at school since she is a migrant. A guy sees her and feels sorry, wants to befriend her amd take care of her, and then marry her when she's 21/22. Is that a good idea? Of course the guy doesn't want to engage in any kind of not suitable relationship as long as she is too young. He will respect her and treat her like a sister until they get married. Is that bad if she craves so much for love ans a friend and he gives her everything she wants? Protection, love, friendship, tenderness. |
Question: My ex blocked me, will I ever get her back? Posted: 21 Jun 2019 02:32 PM PDT I did something terrible and ditched my girlfriend when she flew in to see me. She flew back to her country and we never met up. She argued with me and I got mad. Then she just blocked me on social media accounts. I texted her and she explained how I hurt her. Could I still win her back? Or is a blocked on social media accounts a definite (we broke up). She never mentioned that we were over. |
