I don't want to send her a pic of me because she will post it and that is just embarrasing. If I had known this would happen, I would have never sent my name. After she posts it, she said she will say if she expected me or not to send my name. So far, I am the only one who sent my name. I don't know what to do, I am so conflicted. I am 32 years old and will be 33 tomorrow. Everyone I know says that I am too nice and that I wear my heart on my sleeve. I need constructuve advice on how to be a hard *** and to not have a conscience. The reason I am the way I am is because of my upbringing. I'm 16 years old, 17 in August and I have zero friends. I am going into 12th grade (senior year) and I have nobody, I haven't had friends since the 8th grade. I'm from Maine, which is where all of my friends are. When I started 9th grade, me and my family moved to California and it has honestly been a nightmare. Yeah it's nice here and all, but the people here seem so much different. In my almost 3 years of being here, it has been hell. I haven't made a single friend, i have never spoke to anybody at my school except for my teachers when i need something. People think i'm weird, and i have been labelled "The quiet guy" or "The weird guy". What should i do? how do i make friends? i kinda want to be popular. Should i change my clothes or what? do you think that might help?

Today is my birthday and my best friend sent me a super heartwarming paragraph. She spilled her heart out to me and told me how much of an amazing person I am and how she loves me to death- but I don't feel the same. Sure I care about her, but for me it's not that deep. I'm 33 and have four friends. Two are childhood friends whom i rarely talk to. They each have 3kids and myself only1. Out of those one lives like over 10hrs away. Theyre usually very busy and working. I'm a stay home mom currently seeking employment. My other two friends are 62 and 57. I use to work with them. I don't club or party. I'm sort of old fashion and don't know where i can make friends at I'm married and not looking for a date od nothing. I want to have friends that have kids or child similar to my son age under 5. He went to daycare but not one single parent mom befriended me.

Been best friends with the same girl since childhood (Our parents were old friends) I'll call her K. So we've always been close/trusted each other and K looks out for me, sometimes more than I'd like. She's super loyal, but sometimes she speaks for me or makes decisions on my behalf, thinking she knows what's best for me. I mean, she usually does, but still. And she can be kind of stern when she believes she's right. We're basically inseparable. My parents actually think we'll wind up married someday, I've overheard them. A lot of people mistake us for a couple when they first meet us, and I've noticed that K never corrects them. She also tends to be judgmental of other girls I talk to, disliking them for one reason or another. In general, we don't have a lot of boundaries.Sharing a bed when we stay overnight, making each other lunches. She doesn't mind changing in the same room as me. I didn't think much of it until one morning I woke up while she was in the shower - and hadn't bothered to close the door. So I guess she doesn't mind if I see her naked? But it's not like she's that free with her body. She tends to dress modestly at school. Did we just like...become a couple without me noticing? I mean, we were already planning on rooming together in college, once we graduate. I wouldn't put it past K to just decide that we're better off together, and start living life as my girlfriend without any input from me. I don't know what to think?

I was talking to this guy for a little bit, he was a friend of friends. While we were talking my "best friend" ,I'll call her Lucy, got very distant with me. The guys I was talking to asked me for nudes and I declined, it got weird so I blocked him on all social media platforms. I was very hurt after all that because I felt that he was just trying to use me. I later find out from multiple friends that Lucy actually was thinking about dumping her current boy friend that she's been with for over 6 months for the guy I was talking to. I also find out that the guy also confessed his feeling for her back before I was talking to him and she said "maybe try it in the future". He actually asked her for nudes and Lucy's boy friend found out and made her block him on everything. My friend said to Lucy "he's gross why don't date him especially after what he did to (me)" and Lucy said " well they weren't really close like me and him" I'm not supposed to know ANY of this information I only found out because Lucy told our friends about this in privacy but they thought it was so messed up that I should know. I can't confront her because that would mean blowing the cover of the people that told me and I can't get myself to be friends with her because she's so shady but I can't not be friends with her because we have a lot of the same friends. I'm so sorry this is so long I tried to shorten it but I feel that it's a very complicated situation so I included the important details <3

I know you shouldn't wish ill will on others, but it's amazing to me how the worst people that I know are doing exceptionally well and aren't paying the price for the evil things that they've done/do. There are good people I know that are good in their hearts, but they've made a few mistakes, and karma made them pay for it. Yet, people I know that are purely evil, and have no remorse whatsoever, are the ones that are doing very well in life, and karma hasn't paid them a visit. Why?

I'm a 21 year old guy. Over 2 years ago, I started a new job. At the job, I met a co worker who I became good friends with at work. A married woman with kids in her mid 40s. She is a very cool person and we had a bond. If she had a bad customer, I could just smile at her and she would smile back at me. We share interests like cool cars, music, humor, etc. About 4 months ago she quit my company. We are in contact on social media. I found out we have jogging in common and we jog sometimes. But it's been a while. I want to nurture this friendship. My friend is a really cool person and even though we are no longer co workers I need ideas to keep us good friends so I don't become irrelevant to her.

My sister is super mean to me we're both the same age (15) and fraternal twins. I'm very introverted and awkward and she isn't she has a ton of friends and there all mean to me and make fun of me and my mom acts like I'm making it up or it's in my head when it isn't. So one of my best friends and I had been fighting on and off for a while and about a year ago today we decided to stop talking... Recently he reached out to me to patch things up so we met up a couple of times and talked. I'm more sure now than ever that I don't want to patch things up... I just feel like I sort of set him up in a way by hanging out.
