So my bf & I have been having issues bc in the past I had hung out w someone who he now doesn't like. I only hung out w this person as a friend but he thinks something more happened when it never did. He keeps asking me for reasons as to why I went & hung out w this person. example can't put family n friends calls that might be important/an emergency over job, money n sleep at least instead working 40-80 hrs a week n killing any time for free time to go to places or meet up It won't work for and did work before so why do you back on the Sam ed patterns u know did not work?! I added her after we broke up to see if she could help me talk to him again. No luck but she's continued as my friend. When a different ex and I broke up he deleted all my friends and family, so that is what I am used to and he was a long term relationship. While this one was very short.

I have an Albanian girlfriend who has asked me to give her foreign-accent modification speech-language therapy. I have initially happily obliged. I have just administered the POEC (a foreign accent assessment for adults). I am having mixed feelings if this is something that would be appropriate and ethical to do and if this is something I really want to do at this point. I have past experience working with foreign accent clients during my masters and have succeeded quite well. It is just a very different feeling having a girlfriend as a client, and now find myself having mixed feelings if I should continue giving her therapy. Or might it be a better idea to find her another therapist who does not have a romantic relationship with her.

So there was this girl I worked with and one of the employees spread a rumor saying I liked her and later on it came down to her asking if I do with me saying I like her as friend, then for maybe two weeks me and her haven't talked because of the awkwardness. I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for about 4 months now. He can be very jealous and over protective but I love him. A few days ago my gay best friend got in contact with me and we agreed to meet up. We only meet half yearly or yearly because he is very busy with his family, male fiancé, work and life. Me and my boyfriend have now had a massive falling out over it and I'm made to feel I need to give in to finish this argument. Am I really in the wrong?

So it turns out this guy I work with has a major crush on me. I guess he's liked me from the start of us working together and was just too shy/nervous to say anything at first. I wasn't aware that he liked me in "that" way. I thought he was nice to me for the same reason I was nice to him - in a friendly co-worker manner. I never flirted with him. I would simply treat him nicely like I do all my co-workers (if he'd say good morning, I'd say it back, if he asked a question, I'd answer, etc.). The only reason I found out he liked me was one of our co-workers told me. I guess he had talked to them about it and was saying how much he liked me, so they told me. He finally asked me out and wow. It was AWKWARD! I don't like him in that way, so I politely declined. When he asked if I'd like to go out sometime, I just told him that I had already been asked out by someone (which was actually true at the time). He seemed disappointed, but said that was ok. He won't take the hint though. He still talks to me as much as possible, does random/unnecessary "favors", gets to work literally the same time as me every single day, tries everything in his power to walk out with me each day, and still talks about me to other employees (I know because they tell me he does/what he says). I was informed he still likes me and said he wasn't giving up on me. One of his male friends works with us and he's started acting really weird lately. I don't know if he also likes me or what. The reason I say he acts weird is he randomly stopped sitting with the guy who likes me during breaks shortly after he asked me out. He wouldn't sit with him for several weeks, now all of a sudden they are sitting together again. They always look up when I come in and frequently look in my direction throughout break/lunch. The "friend" has been randomly nice to me too. We haven't ever really talked directly, but he does things for me. He stares at me kind of a lot too whenever he sees me. One of our female co-workers is friendly with all 3 of us. She knew the guy who asked me out liked me. She is also good friends with the other guy in this situation as well. One day when me and him were working in the same area, she seemed extremely happy to see that we were together. She looked at me, then looked at him and smiled big. She then made him say hi to me. He seemed really embarrassed/shy, but he did talk to me. I found it weird, but I was nice about it. I know the one likes me like I said... but what's the deal with his friend? Is he just acting weird because the other guy likes me and I turned him down? Could he also like me? How can I find out without asking? And what do I do about the original guy not leaving me alone? I said no for a reason - he just isn't my dating preference. He isn't attractive to me at all and just isn't my type, though he is a nice guy.

I like this one guy I work with. He seems really nice/friendly, I know we do have a couple things in common as far as likes/interests go, and he just really seems awesome. I'd love to talk to him more and get to know him better, but as stupid as it may sound, I don't know where to start! As an interesting twist, the one other guy who he's kind of friends with acts a little odd around me now. He's playfully teased me/joked with me, he's laughed hysterically over super small/unfunny things I've said, etc. He also acts very loud around me now. Like him and the guy I like will laugh SUPER loud together or otherwise seemingly try to get me to look their way. I don't work directly with the guy I like's friend very much anymore, so I can't really ask him anything. He still smiles at me though when we see each other in passing and he'll talk to me occasionally when we have the time to. I kind of don't know what to think of them really. I notice the guy I like almost seems a little shy or nervous around me (hence the whistling I guess). When we do work together, he definitely looks my way, but looks away when I look at him. As an example, the guy I like almost bumped into me by accident. We were both coming out of the bathroom and he wasn't looking and almost ran into me. When he looked up, he hurried and moved, apologized and kind of gave a nervous laugh/smiled. I smiled back and said it was ok. It would be nice if he talked to me first, but if he really is a shy guy, I know he won't. I wouldn't mind saying something first, but I don't want to be weird/inappropriate. I would just like to try a friendship with him.

So i currently live in TX, but used to live in UT. I've known this guy John since HS and we are both 23 now, we've always talked and were always into each other. I'm 18 years old, I'm Jewish/White, I'm a guy, and I have a learning disability. Around half of my friends are girls. Don't get me wrong, most of my friends that are girls are white. However since I live in a pro dominantly white part of the country most of the people I meet are white. I noticed that many white girls that I meet, I either don't connect with or it takes me a while too. But at the same time when I meet Latina girls, I would almost instantly bond with them and become friends with them immediately. I would say maybe around 60 - 70 percent of Latina girls I meet, I become friends with and I actually developed very close relationships with them. Why is it that I connect more with Latina girls than white girls?

If he sends a text to me and I don't answer in 1-2 hours, he'll send another text. He slowly stopping to do that. When I text him back, he replies in a millisecond. If text "okay" or "yeah that's fine" to certain things like him wanting to invite people to an event, he'd jokingly react like why do I text that way. And decide to call it a day. I always text like that with all my other friends and they don't ask me why. Sometimes I don't have much to say because it's almost an all day thing and I'm working or doing other stuff anyway. My boyfriend tells me a lot whenever we go out that he saw attractive girls or whatever. He'll be like, "I saw a group of girls, most were ugly but there was one really pretty one." Like, okay. Why are you telling me this??? He does it a lot kind of... Yesterday when we were walking, we walked by a girl and he was like, "Wow, she's really hot."
