Question: How to ignore jealous people? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 05:20 PM PDT Seems some people go to extreme measures to try and be competitive when I'm just sitting here doing my own things and they try so hard to make me feel bad about what I'm doing when they do absolutely nothing at all. I don't care about what others are doing. I'm trying to get my own crap together and it seems they are always trying to make me not go for what I want. I get a lot of crap where it's "all about them" from what they say. Like I don't care. I'm trying to do for me, not anyone else. How to ignore them? Can't wait to get a car so I can leave any time I want. |
Question: People have been telling me my friend is talking about me? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 04:34 PM PDT So i confronted my friend and not once did she say "no i didn't say that" or "no i didn't do that" she basically said "leave me alone" and "leave me out of the drama" etc like she's isn't even trying to discuss what happened she avoiding the topic |
Question: I caught my friend in a lie and she won’t defend herself why? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 04:19 PM PDT I know she's lieing but instead of confessing or defending herself she just gets mad |
Question: How to deal with friends who love to blow money? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 04:15 PM PDT My besties love hanging out with me BUT it is always in fancy restaurants, wineries or trips. When I offer to meet for a walk, picnic or I invite them to come over for dinner or drinks, they fuss that they want to be where people are in restaurants and bars, ideally with Michelin stars or some presidential level venues. I can't blow $300-$400 per weekend like they do and they refuse to accept it. They live by YOLO philosophy, which I partially share, however that doesn't mean I have to blow all the money I'm making for fancy food and drinks. When I tell them I am on the budget, they call me a cheapo, talk about YOLO and make fun of a fact that I am trying to save up for my first apartment and make a slave out of myself. I am in my early 30s, they are approaching 40s and live from paycheck to paycheck in 1 bedroom rental apartments. How to keep the relationship and/or reason with them without losing my mind? |
Question: Did I completely destroy my friendship? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 12:46 PM PDT I've had a lot of financial problems in the past, especially with debt. A long-term friend of mine Jim has given me money so that I'd be able to pay it off. Unfortunately, I was late on paying rent and was about to be kicked out. I was also aware that my friend Jim had been cheating on his fiance. When I went to request money from Jim this time, he refused, so I got pretty heated and threatened to tell his fiance about his side chick unless he gave me the money I was entitled too. He kicked me out of his house, but I was wondering if this act destroyed the friendship between me and him? |
Posted: 25 Jun 2019 12:13 PM PDT I have been best friend with the same person for 11 years *Wendy and I couldn't live without her. However, she loves to please everyone and in the past, on more than one occasion, people have pushed me out to become friends with her, and bullied me so I would leave the group. She has always stayed friends with me though, no matter what. However, another friend "joan" was constantly jealous of out friendship. She told me lies about all of my friends, and made me question all of my friendships. Joan told me that Wendy hated me and didn't want to be friends anymore. I eventually realised she was lying, and called her out on it. We fell out, but she then told lies about me to all of my other friends. This caused most of my friends to leave me. The only one who stood by me was my best friend of 11 years. I was happy with only one friend. However, Joan is now in my class again. I am scared that she will turn my best friend against me, and that she will leave me for Joan, as she likes to please everyone. I feel as if I am being selfish, but I can't help the nagging feeling that I am going to be left alone, and that everyone will hate me. I b*tch about Joan, but I know that that just makes it worse. I feel as if I do this my friend will realise that Joan isn't a nice person, but I know what if I carry on doing that it will just turn my friend against me as well. Can anyone please give me advice? I want to be nice to Joan, but I don't want her to turn my friends against me again. |
Question: What do you do when someone has a grudge against you? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 12:05 PM PDT in my case, the sad thing about it is that at one time, the guy who has this anger towards me, and I were best buds, we went to college together, after graduation he got engaged, he asked me to be his best man, but his fiancee and I fell in love, she was actually carrying his child at the time, I asked her to terminate it, obviously, so we could start fresh. And she agreed. We were so in love. |
Question: Why do my friends never include me in their social media? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 06:32 AM PDT Before I get negative feedback on this post I want to say I know that this isn't detrimental. I'm in my early twenties and have more adult stuff to worry about. However I've noticed a pattern: in high school I hung out with a small clique of which I didn't particularly fit in. I remember they would take selfies and never ask me to join, or just deliberately exclude me by moving me out of the frame.. I'm friends with one of the people from HS, and they never posts picture of me either. This wouldn't particularly bother me had they not posted pictures with literally every other person they socially interact with EXCEPT me. I know it sounds whiney, but as a millennial, technology is engrained into our culture, friendships and relationships. I can't help but feel self conscious when my friends record their interactions with every other friend BUT me. Is it because I'm unattractive? Too unpopular, too much of a wallflower? Why do people who I have the strongest friendships with never include me in their social media whereas they post pics with friends who they aren't even that close to? |
Posted: 25 Jun 2019 03:32 AM PDT Reason he can't eat right or exercise or pay his bills or exetcisr he does work but is in debt he is really integebt and funny and nice but so many have tried to help him and he is also last My friend said many have tried to help him and many have up on him and stopped being his friend .But I keep praying for him had God even gave up on him what can I do to help him |
Question: How to celebrate 4th of July with friends who always "go all out"? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 02:55 AM PDT I feel forced whenever i am with my friends. I haven't seen them for a while now but last week we hung out again and they still did all the stuff I didn't want them to do or force me to do. They wanted to go swimming and I didn't. I didn't feel comfortable with it so they just sat around waiting for me to change my clothes in to the spare set one of my friends had. I really wouldn't get up and change but they kept forcing me to. They said they were waiting for me.. I think at this point I should just stop hanging out with them but will that make me a bad person? |
Question: Do you think JESSICA is beautiful? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 02:30 AM PDT The 1980s singer JESSICA, whom I remember watching her music video everyday when I was living in the 80s, I cannot get over how dreamlike 1980s women looked, and now how they all are ugly. It is sad that the television and media got rid of the doll image from a woman when the 1990s came. |
Question: Do you find this to be in poor taste? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 02:28 AM PDT I'm a 21 year old man. In the fall, I dated a girl at my work, 19. Things weren't working out for some reason. I wanted to keep going, but she started to ignore my texts so I stopped talking to her. Back in May, I saw on her social media she likes to go for walks. I told her I know a great park and we made plans to walk there. I thought this was my chance to bring the fire back. So we went on two walks. Few days later, she posts a photo on social media with another guy (apparently her boyfriend now since February, when we stopped talking) in MY PARK. I just find that so rude. That she would take him to my park. Like... I'm THE MAN with the amazing park. Not him. |
Posted: 25 Jun 2019 01:53 AM PDT my potential FWB sent me the following message today. I did want an exclusive relationship with him but he did not feel the same but he seems like he wants a FWB with me but he keeps changing his mind about it...and this is what he sent to me today? Am I right to feel rejected by this message? Will give a best answer "You definitely still get the hugs. I want you to close your eyes and visualize us having sexual intercourse. Then I want to close your eyes and visualize me meeting another woman and starting an exclusive relationship with her. How does that make you feel? Truly." |
Question: Why are unpopular kids get in trouble more? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 01:25 AM PDT "They act up more" tht act up the same amount even less "There weird and weird is bad and annoying" yeah 😡😡 "They did something to cause it" no the bullies know exactly what there doing and find any justification and know there higher social standing makes it easier |
Question: I started a job where most of my coworkers are in their early 20s? Posted: 24 Jun 2019 11:52 PM PDT As I was saying I'm currently doing a summer job with coworkers who are quite young. Early 20s. I'm in my mid 20s and I just feel like I don't belong. Some don't even show up to work bc they were up partying and rather stay home from work from being drunk the night before. Or they don't take their job seriously. I will admit I'm not too crazy to be there at work but I do what I have to do and are there to make money. There is also some drama between everyone and it has affected the work environment. Im the newbie at work and are not close to anyone there. I just never experienced what most of them have. Getting drunk, partying etc. I wasnt even like that in high school. I was always the good kid.Am I too old for that at 25? Or just really mature for my age? Im not saying I wish I was acting the way they are. But Im just curious at to if there is something wrong with me for not experiencing those things. I def do drink occasionally. I just think maybe Im responsible and what their going through is just a phase. Am I too boring? For not experiencing such things? Like sex without marriage. Or going clubbing? |
Question: How did Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain take on CREDAI? Posted: 24 Jun 2019 11:02 PM PDT |
Posted: 24 Jun 2019 08:17 PM PDT this is apparently illegal and It doesn't really make much sense. Remember the manager won't be forcing the person down and forcing himself on them. They are giving them the choice to do this in exchange for the job. If they don't want to do it, they are free to leave and look for another job,. |
Question: Am I a loser for having 0 friends at 19? Posted: 24 Jun 2019 08:15 PM PDT |
