Question: Girlfriend and I want to get married but her family is homophobic? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 09:51 PM PDT My girlfriend and I want to get married but I'm scared about her family. Her family is homophobic for the most part. And they aren't very happy about us being together. I don't want them to get angry at her for marrying me. I love her, and we both want to get married. Any advice? |

Question: Why does a woman pull away from a great relationship? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 08:15 PM PDT Why does a woman pull away from a great supportive relationship? She won't tell the man. She is not breaking it off. What does she want him to do |
Question: I am upset after seeing her? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 07:11 PM PDT I have known this woman for thirty years. Always thought she was pretty and sexy. She had to move because of her family. We have been in touch since then. Recently, I saw her and was shocked. Saw a big scar on her throat, must have been an operation, medical condition. One eye is smaller than the other. Her face is puffed up compared to before. I want to vomit and seeing her like this compared to before. How should I handle this? She wants a romantic relationship |

Question: Fiancé and I broke up. Child involved.? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 01:47 PM PDT I let someone into my life two years ago that bulldozed into my life making chaos out of it. 2 years ago I was overall stable. I met my ex at my families wedding. In the beginning he was charming& fun. But then he began 2 hate everything about my life. He would falsely accuse me of cheating on him. I broke it off after 4 months in& right after he sexually assaulted me calling it love. I made a report and went no contact.Well,I was pregnant by him and gave birth to our son alone until 8 month post I re contacted him. The same thing happened. He falsely accused me &was insecure. He would provide for us and he moved in with my parents. It's been 6 months since I let him into my life and there was no progress in our communication, trust,& respect. I gave him my all and nurtured him. He isolated me. I pushed him to be responsible, pay off his debts,go to church, give me a ring with my taxes he claimed. He has a job not a career and is all talk about building a home&getting a new car. I helped him so much & been a good friend to him.We both grew resentment& two days ago he proposed saying there will be new beginnings. He will trust me. But yesterday my dad said someone tried to open the door and Intrude while the dogs were barking. my ex accused me of cheating on him. He believes I am a bad woman.Since he is not legal, he is willing to walk out on our son and doesn't care about us. I can't belive him.I think he is a covert narccasist. I feel like God is protecting me. |
Question: What is going with him? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 12:57 PM PDT What goes on with a guy when he sells all his basic clothes and buys expensive Italian clothes |
Posted: 04 Apr 2019 12:13 PM PDT Confided in him about my feelings for my new boss. I have suggested that we go away on a yoga retreat to Bali to help clear his head. He is up for it. Do you think it is safe to go or will he read more into it? |

Question: What should I do about my husband? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 08:33 AM PDT He treats me like a queen, but not in the way a king would treat a queen, he treats me in the way a slave would treat a queen. It's like he has no self esteem, and I love him. I love him very much and I can't imagine leaving him, but his lack of self esteem bothers me very much. How can I make him more confident in himself? I want him to treat me as his equal, not his superior. No matter what I do, he never changes. BeatriceBatten: he doesn't treat me badly, duh. He treats himself like a servant. That's what bothers me. I would've dumped him long ago had he been treating me like his slave. |
Question: What do I do about divorce? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 06:04 AM PDT 29F No kids Married someone and now we are getting divorced. I make a good wage and he's suing me for most of it plus my house, cars, stocks, land, etc. Pretty much everything. He's playing the 'used to a certain lifestyle card' What do I do? Hi everyone, I have a pretty good attorney. I just wanted to hear what you guys think. I say pretty much everything b/c I have the option of either paying crazy amounts in spousal support or giving up a lot of stuff I owned prior to the marriage. Thank you for answering. Reason: He cheated and had a kid with someone else, then I cheated and got engaged to someone else. Time: 5 yrs Location: US Northeast Income: enough to be very worried about the situation He's giving me the option of spousal support and nothing else or handing over my stuff and not paying spousal support. Main problem is he's suing for stuff that I manage but in my parents names, stuff I will inherit but that was presented as potential inheritance during the marriage |
Question: Do women or men cheat in marriages more or is it perfectly even? Posted: 04 Apr 2019 04:52 AM PDT I used to think it was men but I have heard of some women lately and as a kid my mother's cousin went off in a torrid affair with a guy (posting anonymous so no one knows me cause of that). The women's two children were wrecked by it and the ex as well. My brother and I both have friends who have wives who have cheated. In recent years (last decade) I'd say it seems even in men and women I have known of to have affairs. So my questions is do men or women cheat more or is it even? |
