Men cheat and stay married. Even a woman cheat and stays married.why?

I am married but I have freedom to do any activity as I please. I have a life outside my marriage and so does my wife. My friends not so much. They always have to ask their wife's permission to go out and more often than not they are not allowed. I don't party or drink. I'm a mountain biker and so are my friends. I bike almost daily after work and all day on weekends. A couple of my friends have the same freedom to bike as much as they want but most of them can't. Even with my coworkers some of them will say they have plans to go fishing or golfing but have to ask the wife first if they can go. Why is this is so common?

one day out of the week I get to have my boyfriend all to myself. i'm with him every Friday for about 8 hours but the other days his kids is constantly with him tagging along on our outings. I have nothing against them, the kids are cool but i'm craving more one on one time. he said it would be easier if we lived together but I doubt it.we went to the park the other day and the kids came along. I told my boyfriend " lets let the kids play in the park while we sit in the car and talk" and he was like " oh they might want to come to that car too." I was like " oh." I planned for us to watch Netflix together next Saturday but he said his kids will be coming with him so no Netflix. I really love my boyfriend and I personally don't want to get preganant with kids myself so it's perfect I've already met someone who's already fulfilled that desire to have kids. me and my boyfriend have discussed it. he doesn't want anymore kids and i'm not changing my mind about never wanting to get preganant. i'm 27 and I've had my mind set. a lot of men want kids so I think I've met my match. I even have guy friends that look at me crazy and are like " you're going to change your mind." trust me, i'm not. I cannot handle a screaming baby nor do I have the patience for it. my boyfriends kids aren't babies anymore, they are like 10 and 12

He used to be great and even his parents and his family miss the old him. I actually never got to see that really great side of him where he cares and cares what he does. Now he makes promises and doesn't keep them. We have been married for 7 weeks now and man it's been the hardest weeks ever. It just doesn't get better. He says if I'm nice to him he will do more. I feel like it's a lie. I do the cleaning and the cooking. Every once in a while he will do nice things. The only time I get his full attention is if we have sex or he is happy. He is bipolar. So it's hard to deal. He is seeing a counselor but I feel like he is acting like everything is fine. He might have me with he. I'm starting to make up my mind and talk to my pastor and get Counseling or get help for a divorce. This wasn't at all what I imagine and it's Heartbreaking. He just sits on the couch and doesn't offer to help. I asked him to do dishes and it has yet to be done. I don't know what to do cause I just get so mad cause it's like why are you being so lazy!!!

I've been married to my wife for about 4 years, and we got two beautiful children, but she doesn't like my family, and I believe they don't like her too, I'm black & my wife is white, my family didn't want me to get married to a white woman in the first place, they'd always tell me to date a black woman, because she comes from the same background, that's how things started, but I didn't see why not, my wife is a hardworking beautiful lady, and we love each other, I didn't care about her skin color she didn't care about mine.. so later on, my wife started complaining about how my mother comes to visit & stay for too long and she was always acting like "We don't want you to stay"..then she said she doesn't like how my mother puts her nose in our life, cause she kept asking her "when we gonna have a grand-kid", she always tells me my family doesn't like her and belittles her.. they had a big argument once, and my sister called my wife a lowlife "whore", she got pissed at me because I didn't do anything about it, but my sis apologized.. my mother would bring my daughter clothes.. & my wife would tell me it's "trashy", & she won't let our daughter wear that.. also my mother & sister tried to hook me up with my cousin while married to my wife and got children... a lot of stuff & arguments like this happened, I thought they'll get along when my wife got pregnant, I thought things will change, it didn't, it's been 4 years & I'm really tired, I don't know what to do, please help me

Hi, I have been married for 3 years and I am 6 months pregnant now and ever since a few months back my husband has been very distant, Last night he dropped me off home and told me he was just going to run some errands , to pick a place I wanted to go later so we could do something. Well I texted him with the plan I had in mind and he said he would be home soon like 7pm but didn't come home until the next day at 7 am. I called him at 11 pm the night before I was already really upset and he ignored my calls and just replied he'll come soon that he was drinking with friends that he deserves to have fun and since I'm pregnant I can't be there?! I cried myself to sleep, he lied in my face about us hanging out later just to get me out of the car so he could go do whatever he wanted. I don't know if he's cheating on me or not but it hurts just the fact he didn't come home and flaked on our plans. What's worse is this is not the first time, he did the same thing a few weeks ago and has done it in the past. A big part of me just wants to run away, I feel like I am not his priority. Today he is trying to act like what he did is nothing, telling me to not stay mad at him, but he doesn't understand mad doesn't even begin to describe how his actions make me feel. He would never ever be ok with me doing something like that and I would just not do it. I have no idea where he was. Am I exaggerating, or do I have a valid reason to feel as awful as I feel and be thinking about divorce?

I just don't understand why women think when they are pregnant..that the child is just theirs. So how come the woman always get to keep the child with them and not the man?

I'm confused and depressed about a situation which had shattered me.My husband cheated on me for the last 3 and half years.when I confronted him he says that he doesn't want to loose me and kids.But I can't get myself to be normal with him again as I'm hurt and broken.He is trying to assure me that he has stopped contact with that woman but I have no trust in him anymore.I can't leave him coz I don't want to raise my kids without their father. I also told to that woman's husband and he was also shattered as he thought that my husband is just helping his wife in office and consider her like a younger sister or daughter. This woman is getting sympathies from my husband by talking ill about her hubby.And my husband would use to tell her that I'm not taking care of him and thats why he is seeking favours from otber women.Im very much depressed and can't concentrate on any tjing coz I can't get it out of my mind that he gave our love care and time to other woman.Me and my kids used to wait for him and he would have been busy with her.If he had issues with me he must have discussed with me rather taking refuge in other women's company.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year now. He is such a great person and the best guy I have ever met. We love each other so much and we pretty much like puzzle, perfect fit and we are very happy in our relationship. My bf is currently living with his mom but recently bought a new house and will move on very soon. His mom wanted him to take the cats with him. I think some cats are cute but his are not lol. His cats are old and fat and disgusting. I am not a cat person at all. He always talks about us moving in together and start a family but I cannot live with those cats. My very concern is my 8 year old child who has autism. He doesnt really do well with animals. He doesnt know any better and I have had tried to have dogs in the past but they all gone bec of my son. It's either my son will get bitten scratched or the pet will get hurt. I hate to be constantly watching my son not to touch the cats and I know I cant watch his 24/7. My son loves animals but he is very rough and doesnt know any better and Im afraid the cats will snap at him. I know this is hard, I don't want him to choose. The cats have been arround before myself. I would completely understand if he chooses his cats, they are his family but I know it will not work out. Until now I havent told my boyfriend how I feel, he is so excited of the thought of marrying me and have a family with me for me to spoil that. How can I tell my boyfriend about this?

My wife has recently started a youtube channel, and these past few weeks she has been vlogging our everyday life and it is very annoying to me. She only has around 1,000 subscribers and she barley gets 200-300 views per vlog. It is not like we do anything that interesting for her to be filming us all day... We also have a baby on the way and she is wanting to be a family vlog channel and I do not want my child to be exploited for youtube views. I do not know how to address my discomfort to her about this whole situation without hurting her feelings. I know she puts a lot of her time into her YT channel, but it is become ridiculous.
