Question: My wife is angry, what do I do? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 07:25 PM PDT I am married with a 5 year old daughter and 2 year old daughter, but my wife and I were attending a party. I had an affair that my wife knew nothing about, it was with a married mother of a child at my oldest daughters school. I was drunk at the party and talking to my friends and I told them that I had an affair with another woman. My wife and her best friends overheard that. My wife is angry, what do I do to make this right? |

Question: Are we in a Slump or Is it time to Separate? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 02:49 PM PDT My husband & I have been married for 10 years. And alot has changed in the 10 years. I dropped out of college because I became very ill I was awarded disability after fighting for it for 3 years. My husband insisted. In the last 10 years my husband has has at least 8 different jobs. He starts out talking how wonderful they are then a year or two into it he's miserable & leaves the job. We're at that point again. I was a woman with a plans, dreams & goals until I became ill & it was very hard for me to admit defeat to my illness. My hubby is opposite. Due to job jumping it took us 9 years to finally be able to afford a fixer upper. Except after being in it for 2 years nothing has gotten fixed. And I've waited a long time now for children. When we started getting serious & before we moved in together I made it clear I wanted children. He wanted children too. Now it's a different story as he doesn't want children because according to him everyone with children are miserable. I'm tired of getting no help around the house. And our sex life is non existent. Im bored as he only does the same 3 positions & I used to be very adventurous. Even with all this I have stayed because he is a good man. He is very kind & loving to me. Romance has died down quite a bit as it does in marriages. He has been with me for every doctors appoint & has even slept on the hospital room floor just to stay with me. But his overall happy go lucky personality has been lost & we make no progress talking. |

Question: Who do they not think I can live without my wife? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 01:52 PM PDT Some women think that a man, a grown man of almost 50 years old, can't live without his wife under him at all times. I work primarily around women and I mentioned to them that I had to drive to my daughter's college next weekend to take her shopping for a new graduation outfit. She graduates in less than a month. I asked my wife to go with me but she has plans with her sister that she doesn't want to break. Well, I asked my mom and sister to ride with me the 2.5 hours to her college and make a shopping day out of it. In telling the girls here at work then started joking with me that I was going to miss my wife not going and how I couldn't live without her. Again, I'll be 50 in a few months and I'm not tied by the hip to my wife. We do have outside interests other than being up under each other all the time. Honestly, I think I'm going to have more fun with my mom, sister and I just found out my niece (sister's daughter) is going to ride with us that day. These girls here must think I'm a helpless sole who can't live without my wife. One even mentioned, "you married her didn't you?" Yeah, I married her but that doesn't mean I want to or have to do everything with her. Why do some women think that men can't be without their spouses or we'd crumble? I've had full custody of my daughter since she was about 2 years old and she's about to graduate college so I think I've done a pretty good job so far. My wife and I have only been married for 9 years. |
Question: Why wont my wife have sex with me? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 12:57 PM PDT I'm 27 she's 25. We haven't had sex in a month. I've tried everything out there to fix this but I always get an excuse. Can someone please tell me what to do |
Question: My wife can't drive, yet she took the car to work, should i get a divorce? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 09:33 AM PDT my wife hasn't driven for 10 years, she completely forgot how to drive, and barely can control a car, 2 weeks ago, I started teaching her again, so that she can go to work in our new car in the future, her work is a 100 miles away, she normally takes the train or I drive her there when i can, yesterday, after a n argument about her coming late at night, i told her to take the train to work, she said if I don't drive her there she is going to take the car, I thought she wasn't being serious, but i told her if she does that it would mean that she is crazy and that would be the end of us, in the morning I was horrified to see that took the car, the road to her work is very dangerous, it's a high way. My wife also has a history of unstable behaviour during arguments and probably has a borderline personality disorder, she once opened the car door while I was driving at 60mph and told me to let her out. Should I end this marriage while we still have no kids, I am lost, I love her, but how can be with a person who can do such behaviour, or plan to have kids with her, I feel like I will be condemning me and the kids to a life of instability and misery. I want to add that I am not taking divorce lightly, but what she did today totally traumatised me, I would like to know if I am right to think that what she did is something that should make me consider divorce, or that I am overreacting. |
Posted: 12 Apr 2019 08:52 AM PDT Honestly I asked him these questions. This is a co-worker he is speaking about. He brought her up at first telling me over the phone while he was at work that he met a girl that day that looks just like a friend of his that we know. Which is understandable. And just to note this is at his second job which he only works weekends. A couple of days later I asked him if, at his main job, there are woman that are pretty. He said yes but started talking about the woman at his second job. He started to describing more in detail about the woman who looks like his friend. He said she was actually prettier than her. He said she got full pretty lips. He said that her skin is nice and that she has pretty eyes that changes color and that her hair is very long and naturally curly. Me personally I suffer from alopecia on my sides so mine isn't the most pretty. My eyes is only light brown. He said that she is the most prettiest girl he seen since his friend. I did ask him if he was attracted he said no because he is married. I asked how does he think I look on the pretty scale from 1 to 10. He said ima 8. I asked about her he said she is a 10 |

Question: How can I be able better husband and father after my ended affair? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 07:37 AM PDT I've been married for 9 years and have 2 girls and a boy. I had an affair for 7 months, I ended the affair and felt horrible and told my wife about it. She threw me out of the house for a month and said she needed space for her and the kids. She took me back. Now, what can I do to be a better husband and father? |
Question: Boyfriend refuses to marry me? What am I doing wrong me? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 06:56 AM PDT I apologize about the long post, I just want an outsider's opinion. My boyfriend and I will be together 6 years here soon. We have a child, a house, a few loans together, and get along well. I ask him about getting married, and its always no. I've asked him if he feels it's too soon, if he doesnt believe in marriage, or if he wants to wait until I'm done with Medical School, and the answer was no to all. He proposed to a girl after 6 months of dating, and I asked him too if he wasnt ready because that hurt him, and he said no again as he stated he wanted to marry someone someday. Unfortunately he did cheat on me 3 years ago and told her he would marry her tomorrow if thats what it took, but came back to me. Not long ago I got upset because most of my friends are talking about getting married, are married, or are getting married, and I asked him if it was something to do with me, and he stated he just didnt want to marry me. It killed me as I asked him what I am doing wrong, and again he stated nothing as he claims I'm still good looking, he will be able to stay home when i become a doctor, and we get along very well. I asked him then why does he want to marry someone, but not me....which he had no answer to. He is an amazing guy, but it kills me because I want to get married, and by no means am I in a hurry as I'm willing to wait 10 years if that's what it takes, but I'm very confused. Has anyone else been in a situation like this and figured out what was wrong? |
Posted: 12 Apr 2019 04:23 AM PDT 1. Meets her on the internet, to which she lets him move into her house [with her 17-year-old son] two months later, and he proposes to her within that short time period. 2. Says he's a widow whose wife was killed in car accident, and that he has two children. But his fiancée has never met his children or extended family, nor as she seen pictures of them or spoken to them on the phone. 3. Says he has two jobs (college professor and lawyer), but stays at home every day and picks up his fiancée [in HER car] from the train station upon her commute from work. 4. Speaks to her son like he must obey him and abide by his rules; gives him the "don't test me" look; advises his mother how to raise her child; belittles him [in front of his mother] in a militant manner about the fact that he never had a job, despite the fact that he's in school and not sitting around doing nothing. 5. Tells his fiancée and her son (who's graduating high school in a month) that his last name will legally be changed, as well as on his diploma. |
