Question: Is my husband cheating on me? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 10:02 PM PDT We have been married for 4 years and have 2 kids under the age of 2. He's really never been the fitness type of person, however recently he has joined a fitness gym and now wakes up at 3:45 am to go to the gym and work out. Then he heads to work at 6-am. Mind you we have a newborn and we both hardly sleep and it is just strange to me that he gets up at a ridiculous hour to go work out. He gets home around 6-7pm depending on his shift. Then a few days ago it was his birthday, this really pretty girl that apparently is his coworker wrote "Happy Birthday <3 <3 " So I looked on her profile and she is so gorgeous and is actually a bikini model.... so after creeping on her page my mind has been RACING that something is going on. I don't know if I am being crazy or what but his newfound passion for fitness is STRANGE! He has always been a foodie and sort of lazy and refused to even go on walks with me around the neighborhood because it is "not his thing"... What do you guys think? Am I crazy? |

Question: Are some aspies and autistic adults longing for romance and sex (in marriage)? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 08:54 PM PDT I guess it's a struggle cause autistic people may already face isolation and be outcasted by others. So it makes sense for it to be harder for anyone to find us romantically attractive and want to date let alone marry us. As a woman i think its hard because guys might see me as a cold silent robot with no social skills and might see that as a problem. |
Posted: 17 Apr 2019 08:47 PM PDT Is this ok Or should I confront her? The messages were all friendly and appropriate but I don't know if she was trying to flirt by using a lot of smiley faces in some of the messages. She's always been the type of woman that loved a lot of attention. Even when we first started dating she loved to talk on the phone all day and text 24/7. She post about 15 pictures of herself on Facebook everyday which is kind of overboard for a 49 year old woman. Posting selfies a million times a Day is something a teenager would do. She cheated on me years ago with some guy . She was sending him half naked pictures of her and texting sexually. I broke up with her for a month and she begged for me back and promised it would never happen again. She said she couldn't live without me. She said she was talking to the man because she felt lonely and needed attention and leaned on him for comfort. I like to think I give her a lot of attention. Even while I'm at work I still manage to text her. One of the texts in her inbox said " you're too cute to be working a hard labor job, sit your @$$ down"'" and she responded with " I'm a jack of all trades remember. It's nothing I can't do."' Also a part of me wonders if my wife settles for me. She tells me she loves me and that I'm her perfect match but in the same day she'll say how I'm the only man that would put up with her severe anxiety and depression and OCD. She said she scared every other man off the globe. So does she really love me? |
Question: Is my married boss too comfortable? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 08:27 PM PDT My boss and I message each other messages on (and off) work related topics throughout the day and night...Sometimes we tease each other and others, we share deeper thoughts... he's married and I've never met his wife...to be clear I'm not looking for romantic involvement... as time passes i wonder if this relationship is getting a little too comfortable ...Am I overthinking this? What do you think? |
Question: How to Deal With Father-In-Law? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 07:23 PM PDT Hi, I'm a white woman married to a black man. We've been married for the past 4 years and known eachother for the past 6. His mother and sister are completely accepting of his choice to marry and have a family with me, although, his father is a different story. In the past 6 years he's spoken a total of 30 words to me. The only reason he visits us is because my husband's his only son. He despises me, and the feeling's mutual. How do I deal with him insulting me every time he visits? |
Posted: 17 Apr 2019 06:47 PM PDT My husband takes his birth control medicine every night before bed I don't know why it's none of my business really but I just think it's weird. We're both guys so he can't get pregnant. Is it weird for him to take birth control pills ? |
Question: Is there anymore good men out there in their 30s looking for marriage? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 06:29 PM PDT I'm 35 good looking no kids and have my **** together. My dating life has been nothing but crazy. I thought I found the man of my dreams when I hit 30 but things went south after we got married and moved in together now I've been divorced for 8 months and still really want to find someone I'm just so scared bc I've been hurt so many times and every man I meet has major issues or is a player. Where do I find a good man? Or all the good ones taken at this age? |
Question: How do you know if you aren't the marrying type? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 06:13 PM PDT I've always been "Ms. Independent." Most guys can't handle me because of it. I'm not good with compromise... at all. I honestly just like to do things my way. I view marriage kind of negatively. I feel like I would lose my identity. I know a lot comes with the legal responsibilities of taking on another person's life. I just don't like the idea of that. I don't know how people can find that appealing or even desirable? I've always wondered if I'm just not the marrying type. But how do I know? Is it my personality? Or my attitudes towards marriage? |
Posted: 17 Apr 2019 05:10 PM PDT I filed for divorce and my husband was not coming to court. He just now filed a motion for dismissal because he does not want to get a divorce. What is the next step in this process? How may the judge handle this ?? We have been separated for longer than six months and reside in Illinois. |
Question: Need help with how my husband, my kids step dad treats them.? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 04:08 PM PDT My husband and I have have been together for 6 years, married 3. I have 2 kids that are pre teen.he has 3 older kids that live on there own.my kids dad has nothing to do with them and has in about 3 years, my husband has filled that spot, but the way he treats them is my concern.. He has no patients with them at all, is always yelling and talking bad to them, as there mother I'm always on there side to defend them, because the things they get in trouble for I see as minor.but to him its on and on yelling.I feel he doesn't treat them like his own and have told him time And time again to have more patients with them because they have been thought a lot with there own dad...but nothing seems to change! Plz any ideas? |
Question: Wrong for not wanting husbands brother to stay over? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 04:00 PM PDT My husbands brother is getting out of jail soon and was in for armed robbery and a few drug possession charges. Since he has nowhere else to go my husband asked if he would be able to stay with us. I haven't answered yet but he reassured me if the answer is no he'd understand. I don't how him personally and haven't oficially met him but for some reason I'm not sure if I feel comfortable and he asked to stay for a entire year. That's a pretty long commitment with someone I've never met especially one straight out of jail. But then at the same time it's his brother and I don't think my husband would let him stay if he would be a problem. Opinions on what to do? Please no inappropriate answers thanks. Also this is the first time my husband has heard from him in like 10+ years |
Question: Does he have a chance at visitation or custody? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 03:49 PM PDT My child's father (we were never married) hasn't seen our daughter since she was 6 months old, she's almost 5 now and he has had NO contact with her. We have never had a custody plan and the other day I got served with custody papers. He left the country with all of our money and we haven't heard from him until now. I'm married (have been since my daughter was a baby) and my daughter knows my husband as dad. My daughter's dad has threatened to kill me, has said he doesn't want our daughter, and much more. Anyways, any advice on this? I'm very worried for my daughter. Anyone been through a similar situation? Hey everyone, I guess I didn't give enough info. No, I have never went for child support because I didn't want money from him. He went to Iceland and my daughter and I lived in the US so I didn't think money was worth the hassle. The only thing ever filed against him was a temporary order of protection my daughter and I had against him, no other legal action has been filed against him. |
Posted: 17 Apr 2019 02:42 PM PDT I found out the guy I'm dating is married and he said his marriage is a business marriage for tax and housing purposes, and that his wife is a lesbian. |
Question: Should I just ask her if she wants to break up? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 12:58 PM PDT I think my girlfriend wants to break up and I'm not sure if I should ask her or not. We've never had any issues in the entire time we've been together until about a month ago. We had a pregnancy scare and it was because of me. We didn't actually end up being pregnant but it's been rough ever since. She doesn't treat me the same and we're usually any stupid thing away from an argument when we're together. When I try to talk to here she say's she's fine and nothing else. I'm not sure what to do next and I don't want to lose her but she also won't talk to me, what can I do? |
Posted: 17 Apr 2019 12:22 PM PDT My ex and i had a nasty break up on his part, during our break up he got someone else pregnant. Asked me to take him back which i did for awhile but i just couldn't get over another woman being pregnant and broke up with him during her pregnancy. He; went and started a relationship with her, got a place and pretended i never existed or the kids. Than they got married and had another child. In between those years she left him for his friends, cheated etc. when those things happened, he'd always run back to me asking to make things work but I'd always say no. They finally broke up for good a year or so ago and he again tried to get me back, i told him i couldn't do it. He now has another girlfriend he claims to be head over hills in love with. meanwhile I'm living my life, raising the kids totally onnmy own ( he doesn't even pay cs) and although he doesn't help, the kids and i are so happy, we travel, i brought a house, new car, i turned my entire life around. I even enrolled in college and am close to graduation! Now i haven't been on social media since he last asked me to take him back, he left me unblocked for about a week and the day before our child birthday he blocked my page. Why does he not contact us after all this time. ( he talks to his ex wife and sees their kids etc) I'm the only one he refuses to talk to. I've even brought my daughter a phone to call him ( i got his number through a mutual friend) he called me and cursed me out. Said i was a horrible mom |

Question: How does she not see she's wrong AND nasty? (Different rules for different people)? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 03:41 AM PDT Last night I get home from work and when I walked in the house I was the only one there. It was my night to cook so I go to the kitchen and start dinner. A few minutes later my wife comes home. She heads to the bedroom. She apparently had been to the gym. She jumps in the shower then a little while later I walk into our bedroom and the sight I saw shocked me. She had a towel on the floor on top of a rug we have at the foot of our bed and she had my old hair clippers plugged in and she was trimming her pubic hair and letting it drop on the towel. I looked at her and asked could she not have found a better place to do that? I have a new set of clippers and anytime I cut and shave my head I always do it in the bathroom on our tile floor so clean up will be much easier. She feels that what she did was fine because that's how she wanted to do it. Our 3 year old granddaughter plays on that rug and anytime I walk in the house with leaves on my shoes and leave them on the rug I get chewed out but it's totally fine for her to trim her pubic hair over the rub because that's what she wanted to do. All I said to her was "could you not find a better place to do that?" I turn and go back in the kitchen thinking it was over because she didn't / wasn't going to stop. 15 minutes later she walks in the kitchen to address what I said to her like I had no right to question her that way. Now if I decided to start cutting my hair in our bedroom she'd curse me out so bad because she'd think I was getting my hair all over everything. But it's totally fine for her to trim her pubic hair on the rug where our 3 year old granddaughter likes to play. |
Question: I having sex during a "break" considered cheating? Posted: 17 Apr 2019 12:33 AM PDT My spouse and i took a break last year which lasted 2 months. We didn't agree to go on break she just kind of walked out basically with no reason or goodbye. I spent literally the first entire month trying to find her and when i did her only words were " leave me alone". So i thought that was it honestly for us So i cant lie i slept around and partied A LOT then by the end of the 2nd month she came back and explained she actually left to go seek help because she felt as if she was "loosing herself" and actually showed proof and records of her hiring a therapist and attending faithfully and she stayed with her mother. A year later i still feel like **** some days, especially for the fact I had sex with about 5-6 different women on our bed while she was gone ( i even bought a new mattress ). should i bring it up to her? did i really cheat? Is it better to just keep it a secret? |
Question: Should I just walk out and save myself? Posted: 16 Apr 2019 11:21 PM PDT My husband has resumed his alcoholism, and was so drunk 2 nights ago, he started calling me a whore, and ranted and raved literally all night long, and I had to work a 12hr shift the next day. Its draining to live like this. I never know when he is going to booze it up again. I moved myself into an upstairs bedroom because I cant imagine doing this. We married later in life and both have grown kids. Im hiding this from my own kids. He's already informed me he is an alcoholic and doesnt plan to change. Whats the best way to leave? |
Question: Husband is afraid of messing up/ me cheating on him. How can I reassure him? Posted: 16 Apr 2019 10:08 PM PDT 28F Hubby = 48M He's quite insecure about the age gap and says he's scared of messing up. He's openly told me he's scared I'll cheat on him and he seems to accept that this is a thing that will happen. It's been causing a lot of arguments between us now. I haven't done anything to make him think this way and I don't make him feel bad about anything. How can I reassure him? I want him to be comfortable and secure about our relationship. |
