Question: Should I pay my friend? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 05:34 PM PDT So, me, my friend, and her boyfriend planned a road trip. We had planned it for months. I then met someone and he was supposed to supply the car and my friends were going to help with gas. At the last minute, my boyfriend was unable to go, leaving us with no car, but they were able to get one of their friends to go and we used his car. My friend told me I was still responsible for my half of the room and helping with gas. The thing is that half of $650 for the room was $325, which would have been fine, but we ended up not even staying as long as I thought, plus I paid my share and thought their friend would pay the last $163, since that's what it was per person. I also gave about $40 for gas. They seemed mad at first, but they perked up again. However, when we were driving back, my friend's boyfriend made a comment like "so, you didn't pay for gas." I said "no, but I can pay if it's my turn again." He got mad and CHOSE to pay. Even their friend was over the attitude. So, should I pay the rest or let it go? She's since taken me off her Facebook and hasn't talked to me since. What do I do? |

Question: Why does this popular girl copy everything I do? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 04:56 PM PDT This sounds so stupid, as an adult but this is annoying me. There is this popular woman that gets on my damn nerves. She watches my social media 24/7 just to copy everything that I do. I'm not popular at all but it's annoying that she's doing this. She has a huge following, she's rich and men are up under her... yet she's chooses to copy me. It's a annoying, what should I do? |
Question: I send this guy money to help him but he buys me gifts with the money? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 04:39 PM PDT I've been helping this guy financially but he's been buying me gifts with the money instead. What does that mean? |
Question: What does it mean when a guy sends you gifts? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 04:25 PM PDT I've been friends with this guy for a while we've been having a fling. He and I live in different states for a while I was helping him financially. I still do but recently he has started to send me gifts in the mail. Like expensive lotion, books, etc. I'm guessing maybe he does it to show his appreciation for me helping him? Again he and I are only friends nothing more. |

Question: If I leave photos for this guy at work will he get fired? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 04:03 PM PDT I've been leaving things for this guy at his job. And it's been ok so far but I took some pictures and I want to leave them there for him. But I'm afraid he might get fired. The pictures are in a black book. I was going to put the book in a gift bag and leave it. |
Question: Can You Use Facebook From Your Phone With Service Issues? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 02:19 PM PDT To make a long story short, I texted a buddy of mine last night. A couple hours after I texted him I scrolled by a couple posts he'd put up. Texted me back late this mornin to say he couldn't text back because he had service issues. Is this possible or just a lie? |

Question: Why do some people esp girls at the mall look at me? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 11:40 AM PDT I just got myself a Segway miniplus and lately it's been SOOOO much fun that I take it with virtually anywhere. It does 12.5 mph and 22.5 miles on a charge(haven't tested that though lol). Anyways I took with me to the mall with my portable jbl speaker and when i was playing music while I was riding, people ESP girls were looking at me(with a normal expression). Why would they look at me? Have they not seen a Hoverboard in there life? |
Question: Is it me or my friends friend? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 09:08 AM PDT So I've been having problems with this guy my friends have known for YEARS. When I'm around him I get incredibly anxious as he's like 6:3 and I'm 5:11. What happens if I ask him a general question depending on his mood it'll be either a pissy response or sometimes he'll be ok but more the other. He treats my friends with more respect then me, example last weekend I went round to my friends house and asked him generally about something and basically said "your on a needto know basis" but because I'm anxious I don't know if I'm overreacting to it as they have asked me to see the new avengers film but I can't stand him but I'm fearing if I say something they won't wanna hang out with me in the future so I'm just confused |
Question: Have you ever seen women with fake booties out in public? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 08:53 AM PDT Yesterday at the gym a light skinned black girl with nice hips, and her booty was so phat. im thinking it might be fake, but on the second thought black women are curvy |
Question: How can I be popular at school? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 08:33 AM PDT In school I am the biggest loser ever, I am 16 and I'm 10th grade and everyone hates me for no reason. Well they hate me because I'm a "nerd" and "weird". I have no friends and I'm always alone at school like at lunch. I don't have a girlfriend either. I also have social anxiety so it's hard for me to even talk and when I do talk people are all like "oh my gosh he talks". It sucks. Going to school everyday is like hell, I wake up and literally cry (I know is pathetic) but I hate school now. I'm also jealous of all of the popular people, they are so cool and they have such fun lives. What should I do? How do I become popular? |
Question: Why do black pressure other blacks to act alike? Why do black people act alike? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 07:49 AM PDT I notice this when I was younger. I like christian rock music apposed to gospel. My family and black friends make fun of me calling me white. I dont like rap nor country music but I like darius Rucker and aesop rock. |
Question: My friend irritated me? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 06:34 AM PDT So my "friend" doesn't do sh*t for me. I always give her some of my money(I give her $1) so she wont be left out every time we walk to the store. I help her when she needs help.. I even was going to give her a pair of my old shoes that I couldn't fit. But she's very stingy. Today, there wasn't any more milk cartoons for the breakfast at school then I asked her could I get some of her's because she had alot then she said "No" so we had an argument about it and I told her about herself. Any advice? |
Question: How can I get this girl back into my life? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 05:35 AM PDT I'm a 21 year old guy. In the fall, there was an 18 year old girl at my work. She would run up to me and hug me while I was working. And hang on me. So I asked her what her favorite snack was. I said I was hungry. She told me, and I came back and surprised her with the snack for her and asked her out. We went on two dates and she texted me "goodnight" "wyd" all the time. In February things changed. She stopped texting me first and she said she would let me know when she's not busy. A week later, she posted a social media photo of her and another guy. I was broken and still am. Now it's almost May. There has been no communication at all. It's like she forgot all about me and our fun dates. In addition, she left my work last month for another company. Do I text her something? What? Do I let her go? I want her back. Or at least to get on her mind some way some how. I never did the "grand gesture" or did anything to embarrass myself. I don't know if this guy is still in the picture. I miss picking her up and driving her in my car. I wanted to make her my girlfriend, but she was a good friend that I miss. Do I want to be friends? I want back on her mind. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! |

Question: Why is my friend trying to exclude me from my social group? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 04:20 AM PDT I distanced myself from a friend who was bullying me. She was angry at me, snapping at me and treated me like a doormat. I ignored her messages and she showed up at my social group weeks later. She was glaring at me as if she wanted to kill me that night then she made an indirect comment about friends who stab other friends in the back. Then I felt guilty, so I let her back into my life. Since then, I feel like she has tried to turn me against my group of close friends and isolated me away from them. I was getting on very well with the group. I messaged the group asking if we could all put together a gift for someone's birthday. She never replied but everyone else on the group did and people said it was a great idea. Then, the next day she showed up with an even bigger gift Then on the day of the birthday I got all dressed up and she saw me and said 'you look like a princess, you always have lots of nice dresses' and she kept asking to take photos of me. She stuck to me the entire day and made sure I couldn't speak to anyone else. When I went over to speak to my friend, she was stood behind me glaring at me I had a photo with her and she said sarcastically 'you always look so nice in photos you make me look like garbage stood next to you Then when I was stood with everyone else, she invited the guy who I like to her house for champagne in front of me What is her problem with me? |
Question: Roommate issues regarding bills? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 01:20 AM PDT My roommate has hardly been the best, but either way we ve been friends a long time. When we first moved in, I was there two weeks prior to him moving in, even though we agreed on a set date. I of course had to pay for groceries and stuff to get by, which he ended up sharing when he got there. Throughout the time we ve lived together we have always split everything, bills wise. Fast forward, most of the time we go to the store I use my card and he pays me back in cash for half. But lately even with reminders he doesn t. We make the same amount so it s not like he s poor. So one day we get groceries, he uses his card expecting me to pay him back. I wait on it seeing how he responds, since he basically owes me for groceries past. Later, I help move my girlfriend into the same complex as me later on and I get a $400 credit for doing so. After I pay my half of the rent, the credit comes out. He mentions it, I tell him it s a credit and I was pissed because It came out after I paid half. He pays the amount remaining and never speaks of it again. The next time we go to the store he walks away from the cashier forcing me to use my card to avoid making a scene, so I pay for it. Basically, he made me pay for it because he figured I owed him, no accounting for all the times he s never paid me back, or the fact that he barely paid any rent for a month due to my credit. Am I crazy, or do I have the right to be upset? |
Question: One of my favourite friends just dropped her bottle few hours ago. What can I do? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 10:01 PM PDT One of my fav friends just dropped her favourite bottle few hours ago and it broke, it's one of a kind and can't be replaced. What can I do? I want to ask her whether "are you feeling better?" But what else can I say ? |
Question: How Do I Deal With Seeing My Old Toxic Roomate Out In Public? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 09:35 PM PDT in my last year of community college I was living with a girl that constantly feels that she needs to compete with me. when I first met her she was in a verbally and emotionally abusive relationship with her now ex, her parents could care less about her or her feelings, and she would always find SOMETHING wrong about my friends. On the other hand, our friend is the complete opposite from her. She's sweet, nice, but more importantly responsible. Not to mention selfless. My old roommate catered to our friend and her best friends from home. Yes both of them apart are fine. However when they both get drunk together it's chaotic. They blackout and just say the most innapropriate things to others and themselves. My old roommate would always try to get her friends to not like me when it turns out they do and that bothered her. She also thought that one of my best friends hooked up with a guy she liked at the time. It pissed me off because my best friends now married. My two best friends can't stand them, but the one that they should like is our friend. I wish our friend would realize that my roomates bringing her down and she isn't a good friend, but she thinks she can change her. Luckily I never have to deal with my old roommate again in terms of living with her, but moving forward how do I avoid getting angry if I run into her? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2019 08:27 PM PDT All three of us are college students and they are my best friends (they've been together for a few years) and he brought up an idea where we would move across country/transfer schools in about two years and live in her state. All 3 of us would share an apartment... To the people who did this before, was it worth it? I think there's many benefit like job opportunities and getting to travel (as I want to do), but Im just nervous especially since I have never been so far a part from family and if it doesn't work out then what... but we're basically like brothers and he's been my best friend since childhood..... Sorry about the long story btw. |

Question: Why does this guy next to me keep mirroring me? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 07:29 PM PDT Am I just OCD or what? This guy sitting next to me kept copying my every move and it has happen so many times that I just legit felt so weird. |
Question: Why I dislike it when my friend cares TOO much about or is too needy? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 07:06 PM PDT Idk why but sometimes my friend will be a little too much for me. Like she'll always tell me she wants to be my best friend. I told some of my other friends this and they didn't think much of it but for me it kind of annoyed me. Also idk if there's something wrong with me but when she like cares too much about me I get uncomfortable? Like I texted her that I was shaking cuz I was so nervous and then she answered right away and called me and I know that she's just trying to be a good friend but why does that make me uncomfortable like the fact that she cares about me so much that she would drop everything for me. Also she'll send me like long paragraphs about how much she cares about me and how much she values me as a friend which also makes me uncomfortable. I have no idea why i feel that way is there like something wrong with my emotions cuz with other some ppl I'm okay with it but for some reason with her I don't like it |
Question: How would you describe this? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 06:35 PM PDT When I'm around my friend, I feel like a phone battery and he's the charger and the longer I spend with him, the more charged up I feel. When I'm away from him, my battery slowly drains and the longer I'm away from him, my battery eventually dies. Not in a creepy way, if that makes sense. I feel so complete when I'm around him, so comfortable and invincible. He's the only one who makes me feel that way, but we're both off-limits to each other and I don't even think he has feelings like that for me. I feel as though our souls are connected, though. We're off-limits to each other, as in both in committed relationships. We've been friends for 2 years. I was thinking today and I don't think I could ever bring it up to him. I'm nowhere near an extrovert. I have Social Anxiety and have always been quite shy lol. |

Question: Help with Highschool? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 06:08 PM PDT I recently moved to a new state a couple months ago half way through the year. I moved at a awkward time in eight grade and it's nit going well. I sit with two girls and a guy but I feel like they don't like me and aren't my true friends. Also they leave me out when there with the popular girls. Next years high school and I'm really worried I'll have no one to sit with or have friends at all. Most people at my school are not interested in making new friends or talking to new people. Therefore making it LOT harder to meet new people. I overall just don't feel comfortable at my new school and I seem like a loser and I just want to have a good high school experience which probably won't happen😔 |
Question: Does he not like me or is he just inactive? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 06:07 PM PDT It's been two days since I have requested to follow this guy on Instagram and he hasn't accepted it nor rejected it. His followers, followings and posts amounts hasn't changed at all. And today in class, he still looked at me, mirrored me and continued to adjust his hair. He did this actions and that's why I was sure he liked me: - constantly looks at me across the room when I am not looking - preening every class multiple times (adjusting his hair to make it look neater although it was already neat) - shifting his seat so that I never leave his viewpoint and not get blocked by others sitting in between us - mirroring of my body language such as hand placements in class |
Question: Ex is extra clingy after we hooked up? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 06:05 PM PDT My ex dumped me 9 months ago through text because he fell out of love with me. I was so heartbroken because I had no idea what have I done. He told me that I've grown to be someone else and that we aren't compatible anymore. Anyways, about 2 weeks ago he texted me apologizing that he f'd up and regrets breaking up with me. I fully never got over how he left me so I told him that I'm interested in hooking up. Nothing more to which he agreed. After our hook up, he has been constantly asking me for a second chance. I clearly told him that I don't trust him anymore and just wanted to hook up because I was craving sex. We both haven't slept with anyone since our breakup so it was amazing and I don't mind continuing it but I guess he took it the wrong way thinking that I want him back. Should I give it another chance? I'm confused. |
Question: Is this considered rape? Posted: 24 Apr 2019 05:57 PM PDT I went on a roadtrip with my friend and her boyfriend and one of his friends was there. On 4/20, I remember I was so drunk and high and my brain can only piece together highlights. I have a boyfriend and I told my friend's boyfriend's friend that, which he got mad and accused me of leading him on. All because he chose to buy me food and we went to the hot tub and he saw me in my bikini. My friend and her man didn't have a swimsuit and they shut the bedroom door. That's why I was alone with him. I vaguely remember giving him oral sex, but then he tried to penetrate me from behind and I told him it hurt too much. I woke up with a slightly torn anus and I was naked under the covers with him on the couch in the hotel room. My boyfriend thinks this was rape or at least being taken advantage of, which I see. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2019 04:16 AM PDT "Yes, you're being too sensitive. We can't exactly control how you feel, so I'm not going to say you're "wrong" to feel that way, but you would do well to manage those feelings. That's because by indulging them, you are becoming inordinately needy and obsessive. If you are going to have any successful relationship, you need to learn to give people the benefit of the doubt. That means that you decide to operate from an assumption that he did not intend to sleight you or be off-putting or be inconsiderate, that something was going on with him personally that had nothing to do with you—maybe he suddenly felt sick, maybe he got a call from work or his mom or whatever that required him to leave immediately, maybe he suddenly remembered he left his stove on, maybe he suddenly remembered an appointment he was supposed to be at, maybe he just had a really crap day and was in a mood where he just really didn't feel like talking to anyone and was afraid that he'd come off as grouchy and unappealing and decidedly unflirty if he did. Whatever it was, maybe saying goodbye to you like he normally does, even taking those two seconds, weren't something he could manage at the time. That's what giving people the benefit of the doubt is, assuming the best of people instead of the worst of people until they've done something that leaves no doubt, and that doesn't include leaving without saying good night one time.
