In my opinion the more you make fun of a person the closer you are to them. Not like tearing them apart, but casually joking about Ashley's sense of direction or Jenna's shopping addiction. I make fun of my friends, they make fun of me we all make fun of ourselves and laugh about it. A couple people in my life don't seem to understand that & they get offended when I make a little comment, or even a little laugh. okay so, my best friend used to be part of my friendship group along with 5 other of our friends and recently he left our group & at first it annoyed me so much because if i'd done that to him he would be so annoyed and probably wouldn't forgive me. I distanced myself from a friend who was bullying me. She was angry at me, snapping at me and treated me like a doormat. I ignored her messages and she showed up at my social group weeks later. She was glaring at me as if she wanted to kill me that night then she made an indirect comment about friends who stab other friends in the back. Then I felt guilty, so I let her back into my life. Since then, I feel like she has tried to turn me against my group of close friends and isolated me away from them. I was getting on very well with the group. I messaged the group asking if we could all put together a gift for someone's birthday. She never replied but everyone else on the group did and people said it was a great idea. Then, the next day she showed up with an even bigger gift Then on the day of the birthday I got all dressed up and she saw me and said 'you look like a princess, you always have lots of nice dresses' and she kept asking to take photos of me. She stuck to me the entire day and made sure I couldn't speak to anyone else. When I went over to speak to my friend, she was stood behind me glaring at me I had a photo with her and she said sarcastically 'you always look so nice in photos you make me look like garbage stood next to you Then when I was stood with everyone else, she invited the guy who I like to her house for champagne in front of me What is her problem with me?

I am a withdrawn 22 year old female with no friends but only by choice. In my neighborhood are a lot of people my age since I was in my teens up until now. I hardly socialize and most of my so called friends wonder about me because I don't talk to them. I am in my own world and I have been like this since grade school. My pastor called me rare because he said most kids leave their parents and start their own lives. I still live with my mom and most of the people I went to school with has already moved out and on their own now. I feel lonely sometimes but I have no one to blame other than myself. There is so much more to life. My mom is kinda to blame because she would purposely keep me from having friends and socializing with other normal people, she is this way as well. I don't have a boyfriend and I get asked all the time do you have a boyfriend and I really want one. Where I live it's a very productive and area with lots of pubs and bars which I rarely go to. Without friends and companies I think you are poor. I don't feel normal!

My boyfriend will suddenly ignore people. I want to nicely bring it up, so it would stop. I said "I feel lonely and sad when you ignore me, in order to protect my feeling not be hurt, I bring it up to you every time it happened but you said I criticized you. I don't want you claimed I criticized you, I stop bring up the problem, now I try to work as long as I could, so I don't come home early and it will be less chance I will be ignored and get hurt. But it is not healthy, I wish you can try to not ignore me, and we can have a normal family life." He said when I said he ignore me, it is criticizing him. I said if I don't tell him what is wrong, we can't fix our problem. He said you are like a kid, point finger to people in a fight. You did not have to say who is the problem. I said if I did not tell you what is the reason that makes me sad and lonely, how can we fix the problem? He ignores me when I talk to him, he also did it to his friend and his co-worker. Even I stand right in front of him, talk face to face, his mind will suddenly wander off, did not pay attention, totally ignore me as if I never ask any question. This happens 5 times in every 10 sentences. Very frequency. Make people feel very frustrated and unrespected. Then I will raise my voice, and he thinks I am impolite to him and become more mad than me. His friend and co-worker simply walk away and not be his friend. But I can't, and I want to help him change, so he can have more friends.

I have a coworker who constantly tries to interfere with projects assigned to me she tries to pass it off as "help" but I know it's because she is wondering why she wasn't given the task. She has even said "I wonder why *our manager* didn't tell me about the project?" One time she even asked me "Why did *our manager* ask you and not me?" She told me that she felt like she was treated as if she was incompetent by our manager which helped me to brush off the way she's asked me those questions about. But I am getting tired of trying to make her feel better by including her even when not needed because she then tries to speak to me in a condescending manner regarding my work. Her incompetency is not my issue and it's effecting my work because of how frustrated and upset I get I feel like I am dishonest with her when I smile and get over it. I make it a point to never talk about what my manger has me working on to not make her feel bad. Also I have already expressed to my manager that I know I don't go out of my way to ask her for work but I am always willing but I feel bad because others get upset by it. I have no idea how to deal with it, I don't know if it's worth even confronting her about or if I should just ignore it and keep it moving we are coworkers but have also become good friends. I am not good with confrontation and I feel like if ever I had to confront someone it would ruin the relationship
