Question: I cant get over my ex? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:24 PM PDT I met my ex in 4th grade, i chased him around the playground for 2 years. We stopped talking in middle school until 7th grade then we dated for about a year and a half. I broke up with him he was still to immature. We became friends again 10th grade and we fell in love almost instantly we couldnt have enough of eachother. Unfortunately things happened to be where he was still immature and things stopped going so great. I broke up with him 6 months ago. I still cry because i broke up with him because of small things and i feel like he is the one i want my life with. He doesnt have fellings anymore. I really have no idea what to do that this point besides get over him but how? |

Question: Why do you think I'm not like this at all? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:13 PM PDT I feel like I could be very happy without having a girlfriend. I know a guy and he sits sadly in his house often because he's upset over girls. I feel like I'm never upset over girls. |
Question: How do people who are more emotionally mature approach love? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:13 PM PDT As someone who has not matured emotionally, I feel like I approach love or the concept of love differently than from people who are more emotionally mature. I noticed that I always have someone on my mind or I get stuck on feeling for one person after a breakup or sometimes a rejection. I feel the need to have someone occupying my mind even if it bothers me. Also, if I am with someone, I tend to think about that person a lot and end up feeling very clingy and end up having a hard time letting go. People who feel they are more emotionally mature, do your feelings or emotions end up getting stuck? |
Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:09 PM PDT I was just playing with him and i pinched his niples, a bit hard tbh, and he said doing that to his niples hurt. He said men niples are sensitive too, and hurt if pinched. He was joking, or i actually hurt him? Are men niples sensitive too? Why after i pinched, his niples got like "hard and erected"(i tought that just happen with the pen.is)? |

Question: Do I have a chance with her in the future if we are both still available? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:06 PM PDT We talked for 3 months, definitely interested in me but won't give all the details to spare reading. Met the first time at a bar and didn't talk much. She apologized the next day, said it was a weird night and an ex was there but said I left a good impression. I was talking to her best friends a lot and they really liked me. Second time was at a bar with my friend, she sat with us the entire time. Well next morning she asks if I'm usually super quiet and said I didn't talk much then says she's not interested in being more than friends. Week and a half goes by not talking, I really think and I wasn't myself then, so I texted her apologizing. She said I didn't have to apologize for anything and she didn't say she didn't have a good time just wasn't what she expected. She expected what we were like on the phone. Our phones calls would last hours and I talked the whole time. She said it was bad timing anyways because she's trying to graduate, student teach, and get a job somewhere. She told me early on that she's not ready for a relationship because she's going through a lot but if things happen after graduation then so be it. I've been giving ourselves space and she texted me first the next day after apologizing but I only sent one text and didn't reply back. Now she replied to my snap story after not talking for 2 weeks. I've been working on myself for the future, like when I got a haircut I had a great talk with a girl because I decided to open my mouth |
Question: I like one twin but the other likes me? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:05 PM PDT Let's call them twin A(TA) and Twin B (TB) I like Twin A for multiple reasons but that's not the point. I like TA but my friend ha s caught T B staring/looking at me during class. I don't want to cause any drama in their sibling relationship and make them hate each other. What should I do? P.S. This has nothing to do with my other posts |
Posted: 21 Apr 2019 08:04 PM PDT My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and dating for 8 months now. We live in different states. He's 26 and I'm 25. He came to visit me months back and met my parents and I also visited him a few weeks ago and met his parents. My parents really like him but his parents are not supportive of the relationship and don't want it to progress at all because of the distance. What makes it worse is that he's suppose to graduate from college this summer but he failed one of his exams and might not be able to graduate until later. I noticed him becoming distant and he was honest at the fact that his parents have been telling him to end his relationship on the daily and that there's just been a lot of pressure on him lately. .He told me he loves me and made it clear that he willl continue to fight for us but can't promise that things will work out. Last thing he said was to have faith and that this is just a phase we're going through and hopefully after he graduates we'll get a better picture. He kept telling me that he loves me so much and wants to spend the rest of his life with me. I told him that I want to give him space for now so he can focus on a his exam and graduation and talk minimally. We barely talked today and it's just making me feel like things are eventually just going to fall apart or at least be this way for a while. The frustrating part is that I can't even think about moving there because my culture/ religion doesn't permit it for the girl. |

Question: Is it bad to have a preference of race when dating someone? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:54 PM PDT Personally, I am just not attracted to guys of my own race, so whenever I tell my friend that I think someone of a different race is cute or that I m talking to someone of a different race they accuse me of fetishizing the other race or being racist towards my own. Would it be considered a fetish if I look for guys that are any race except my own? Is this a bad thing? Note - I am not saying men of my race are bad people and I could very well fall for one of them because of who they are, I am just not physically attracted to them. |
Question: Any way to let my ex know i'm thinking about her? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:51 PM PDT Besides texting or calling? We are on okay terms now but I miss her like crazy. Any way to send her a mental message or thought? Broke up 3 months ago and she is all I think about. I've been told by someone the reason I still haven't gotten over is because I am disappointed things didn't work out but we broke up out of nowhere because of her anxiety and depression and she said one day she hopes she'll be ready and she didn't want to hurt me. I want her to know I'll be here and love her no matter what she's going through. So, any way to let her know I'm thinking about her miss her? Please help lol thnaks :) |
Question: A guy asked for my number but never texted me :/? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:45 PM PDT So I was doing my hw in the library one day( I'm in college) and this guy( def another student) came up to me and asked for my number as I was getting up to leave. I thought he was p cute so I said yeah and I talked to him for a few mins while I put my number in his phone. He never texted me( this happened a few months ago) but I see him around campus all the time and I'm lowkey interested. Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:45 PM PDT for example a woman who frequently posts photos of her and her boyfriend with commentary that says things like "you're the love of my life, you mean the world to me, you're the best friend I have, we are meant to be, forever and always my true love, my rock, my soul mate" "You're the best thing to ever happen to me, my love, my best friend, my world" She posts photos with these type of captions and tags her boyfriend in them and then he comments and says he loves her and she is his soul mate everyone likes the posts and chimes in with comments about how perfect they are as a couple. They live together and are in the same apartment when she posts these things. Why not just say that to him in person? What's the psychology behind this? |

Question: What do men think of verbally aggressive women? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:35 PM PDT For example, if a woman is really angry and says she wants to "murder" someone. Of course, it's only an expression, but would a man think she's too aggressive? |
Question: Were they laughing at me or about the situation? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:34 PM PDT I was in school joking around w/ my friend in the hall (she pretended to take something from me and I grabbed it from her) and some ppl nearby chuckled/laughed. |
Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:32 PM PDT There's this girl who sits next to me in class. Often times she'll tap my leg with her foot and never like never apologize about it. Once she even just left it there against me. I know it could be by accident. Today though while we were talking about some class stuff she did it here we both know it happened. She didn't say anything but just bent her foot back. Is that flirting? Neither of us are that tall so our legs aren't that long. |
Question: What do I do about this? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:27 PM PDT I need opinions and help. I have been dating my current girlfriend for almost 6 months and everything is great. However i am less experienced in sexual stuff and i don't think it is obvious because I haven't talked about my sexual past but it always gets to me that my girlfriend has experienced from another guy before I did. I'm jealous that she must have memories of him and may even compare her experiences with him and me and that bothers me. Another thing is that the guy that she used to date is someone over time i hated more and more. We used to be friends until basketball season where in basketball season where we battled for minutes that we both struggled to get and he began to make fun of me and say stuff that he had no business saying and he did that while dating my current girlfriend. It bugs me to think that this guy I hold a lot against has experienced much of what I experienced with her and I wasn't the first one to have her. Another thing is that I went through a lot of texts when she was away and I found out about stuff I did not want to know from like 3 months into me dating her she said she still loved him but she wasn't right for him anymore and it just hurt me. I went over a lot of it with her but it continues to hurt and like I never heard like why she said that. The kid I'm talking about got kicked out of school for selling drugs so it also kinda bugs me that she dated a "bad boy" because I'm a pretty good person myself. I love her very much but this hurts |
Question: I'm worried that my "relationship" with him is coming to an end? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:22 PM PDT I've been on and off with this guy for almost a year and we recently got into a huge fight. We aren't boyfriend and girlfriend but we are exclusive. After we got into the fight he's been avoiding me and ignoring my texts. The past week I've been trying to talk to him and he said he would come over and he flaked on me like four times. He came over today because I told him how I feel about things right now and that I was tired of fighting. I asked him if he was still mad while he was over and he said no but he still felt so distant from me even though we were sitting right next to each other. I want to fix our relationship because things were going so well until we got into that huge fight. I'm not sure what to say to him to fix things so please help! BTW, I said some pretty mean things to him at the time because I was extremely upset but I didn't mean them. I feel like he's still not over it even though I apologized multiple times. |
Question: Am I overthinking? Does she really like me? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:21 PM PDT Alrighty so I work as a cashier and when I met this girl she came in a few nights in a row and flirted with me a bit. Not the normal kind, more of the awkward girl type flirting. Anyways I never got a chance to ask for her number until one day I found her at her work. She looked happy I was there. I said that there was something I wanted to ask her the other day. Without me even asking she went ahead and wrote down her name and number. We ended up going on a date this past Tuesday. We first ate out, went to the park, and went to the movies. We cuddled while the movie was playing and she kissed me at the end of it. Once I was getting ready to drop her off at her house she said she had fun and she kissed me three times. Now I don't really get to text her that much because she works two jobs and we both have similar work schedules. So today is Sunday and I decided to go to her work before I went to mine. There was a fair amount of people in there and I didn't really get to talk to her that much. She said she's been busy and that her next free day is this Thursday, which is a day I work. So I told her I'll text her later. I think I'm overthinking this but she didnt seem as happy as the first time I showed up. Maybe it was because of the people there. But like I said I haven't texted her that much because we're both too busy, and I don't want to seem needy. Do y'all think she still feels the same way about me and she's just had a long week, or could I be doing something wrong? |

Question: Is this normal for relationships, what should I do? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:08 PM PDT We meet online at the beginning on January and talked all the time, about everything. Our personalities, aspirations, career/family goals, are all extremely similar. We would talk all day, everyday, and the conversations were great; up until about March 9th. Around that time, what he was doing in person began overtaking our communications. His reply were about about 2 hours after mine, then apologizing for whatever caused the hold up. Most nights he would not text back until morning, and apologize for that as well. Soon later, goodnight/goodmorning text ended. As of now, he's responses are about 2-3 hours after I text, doesn't apologize like previous (or mentions what he was doing), and seems distance in our conversations. If I ask him how his day was, he simply says it was good and nothing else. Our conversations are very predictable now. I try to engage with him, talk about my day, ask him about what he's doing and his interest - he seems interested in what I say, but he doesn't further engage besides saying something like "that sounds cool! :)" I remeber specifically that the weekend of March 9th (after finding our old text), we barely talked; since then, things haven't changed at all. Is it normal for relationships to tone down like this (especially online LDRs)? Am I doing something wrong? Should I bring this up to him.. or maybe jusy move on completely? |
Question: Career or love? Which would you choose? Please help! Thanks guys!? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:06 PM PDT Hi! I am 22 years old and my boyfriend and I moved in together about 3 months ago after we graduated college. He had a job opportunity in Delray Florida and took it so I decided to move with him not realizing I don't have a job. We are in delray. I applied to graduate school months ago and finally got into a elite masters in fine arts program in Boston MA. He knew I wanted to go there but he couldn't afford living costs so he moved to Florida and I decided to go with him. We have never had more relationship issues till now. I feel incomplete like I'm not living for anything and the only reason I'm here is for him. It makes me feel worthless. I don't want to walk away from a good relationship because I want to live somewhere else but is moving away from someone you love worth it? Or trying to find a job here and make it work? I love him to death but my financial situation isn't the best and graduate school is expensive but it also opens doors for me. Every time I tell him how I feel he tells me oh your not gonna make that much as a professor, you're gonna have to pay for your own grad school and be in debt. I get what he's saying but at the same time would you give that up? Please please help! He is rly supportive and doesn't care if I go but he wants the best for me and I do see us marrying each other we have dated all of college as well. |
Question: Please answer question below, Is this a small issue? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:06 PM PDT I Am a young black guy and I went to the millinium tour concert yesterday by myself. I sat on top on a balcony, and there was a guy seated in front of me heckling the performers and making people in my section laugh, So There was a part in the concert when the comedian host guy was at the bottom part letting people in the crowd show their talent. A lady seating near me said in a joking way " come over here we got talent, well he do" at first I didnt know who she was reffering to but now im.assuming she was talking about the guy in front of me who was making a few people laughing. I took offensef to thatbecause why would she single that guy out like that for having talent, but she dont know me or anybody else seated nearby. I was quiet the whole time so why would she say " well he do" to the other guy not knowing that I have talent too?im a great rapper? Basically why would she say " We have talent over here, Well he do" singling out one person and basically saying thee others in the section wasnt talented? Is this a small thing to worry about? |
Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:01 PM PDT I told my boyfriend I was considering going out with a guy who liked me in the past because my boyfriend couldn't come over. I realize how that sounded after the fact and he told me he had to go and hung up. I've texted him a bunch to try to explain but I got no response back and I can't think straight until he answers me. Any advice on how to convince him I DIDNT mean it like he took it?? |
Question: Does interracial porn give people misconceptions about interracial relationships? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:59 PM PDT So I personally have always been interested in interracial dating, the problem, the ladies don t seem interested in me. What adds insult to injury is that my friends are constantly telling me that there are a lot of White girls that are open to dating Black men. Yet despite this it s no one that they know personally, no one they can introduce me to, neither can they tell me where these girls can be found. I once asked another friend this same question and she told me that interracial porn gives people a skewed perspective of interracial relationships. Can anyone weigh in on this one as to whether or not this is the case? |
Question: Do you give panhandlers money? Why or why not? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:57 PM PDT |
Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:51 PM PDT This may seem like a rather strange question, but please allow me to explain. A handful of guys have contacted me after we've graduated from school and gone our separate ways, or I left a job we both worked at, and I really don't understand why. One example would be: this kid who I went to school with throughout elementary and middle school sending me a message on Instagram asking to hang out 4 years after we last saw each other. Now for this particular situation, I'm going to go out on a limb and say he probably didn't ask me out in the 7th grade because I was chubby, wore glasses, and had extremely thick hair (cringe). But then again, when we hung out, he recounted stories about all the funny things I had done as a kid, that even I had forgotten about. The next example is a guy who found me on a dating site recently, who I apparently worked with. He looked familiar, but we had never had any interactions because we worked in different departments. He told me he "definitely remembers me" and thought I was cute, but I don't know why he never approached me. A few other guys have reached out via social media that never once gave any hints of being interested when knew each other, but it doesn't make sense to me why they wouldn't. Could anybody shed some light on this? I don't get asked out in person that often and I'm genuinely curious as to why guys only ask over text/social media. Btw, I'm not stunningly gorgeous or intimidating, so I'm just really confused. |
Question: Is my girlfriend cheating on me? Should I stop talking to her? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:50 PM PDT Hello everyone, I'm a 21 year old college student. So recently I just left my girlfriend for her recent behavior towards me. So it begins in sometimes November 2017. I met this girl online who lives a hour away from my City. So we been talking and we ended up liking each other, we been talking for a couple months until she discover she was pregnant, so since that happen she gotten back with her baby father since that happen. So in June of 2018 she gotten back in contact with me because her baby father left her and her son for someone else and she was upset and was talking to me about her life and things she's going through. So I decided to deal with her again and we begin to see each other alot and I been doing alot for her like buying her things. For example I brought her a necklace and the day she got it she broke it. And I pay for her dinner when we go out and I just recently took her the the movies and I been buying and doing stuff for her son as well. So one day she told me something about her male co-worker about how he's always hugging her and giving taking her home, I didn't make a big deal outta it until. But other she'll say to is her ex boyfriends (Not her baby daddy) is always hitting up her phone and asking to get back with her and it's been happening alot to the point where I had to ask was she trying to get back with him and she said noooo. Another thing that happened is she told me that some guy wanted heads from her and I ask who was it? and she never told me who it was nor even telling me if she gave him heads or not. She tell me stuff on how guys is always getting at her and stuff and I'll ask her is she talking to another guy she'll get upset with me and tell me I got a son to look after for!! And won't talk to me for a whole week. So recently she's been avoiding me, she's not calling me, texting me, or anything even when she do text me it's always words like yeah, ok, sure. So I finally was able to get a hold of her and I ask was everything alright and she said yeah! Until out of nowhere she mention that some guy wanted to do stuff with her and she tried to avoid the question. Yesterday at night she called me talking to me because I wanted to know what was going on for real and she told me that she can't talk to much because she was in a motel and she don't wanna wake anyone up, and I asked why was you at a motel and she wouldn't tell me and she said shell call me back and explain everything. It's a whole nother day and I still haven't heard from her. I even texted her this morning and she didn't reply. Another she's been doing is faking promise she'll make. She promise shell come to my house and never show up, promise to call me and text and never do it. I'm really sad and depressed right now, I don't know what to think. I done alot for her and she's acting so strange with me 😭😭 is it my fault? I don't know what I did to her |

Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:36 PM PDT Almost every day, one or multiple girls will walk up to me and act really weird. This has been going on for about 6 months and there is no sign of stopping. Recently, they have became even more talkative to me and my group of friends. I am now slightly concerned at what they will do next. |

Question: If you were in my situation, what would you honestly do? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:23 PM PDT My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. We've been dating for 8 months now. We're both in the U.S. But in different states. He's 26 and I'm 25. He came to visit me months back and also met my parents and I went to visit him a few weeks ago and met his parents as well. Here's the problem, my parents really like him but his parents on the other hand, not supportive of the relationship and actually don't want it to progress at all because of the distance. What makes it worse is that he's suppose to graduate from college this summer but he failed one of his exams and might not be able to graduate until later. So this just added way more stress on the both of us. I noticed he started becoming distant and wouldn't text or call me as often and we opened up to each other about it yesterday. He was honest at the fact that his parents have been telling him to end his relationship on the daily and that there's just been a lot of pressure on him since and he apologized for his recent behavior. He told me he loves me and made it clear that he willl continue to fight for us but can't promise that things will work out. |
Question: My girlfriends mom doesn’t want me to ever see her again? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:18 PM PDT Me and my gf are under 18 and we're both female. My girlfriend wasn't out to her mom until her mom saw a hickey that I gave her on her neck. I never saw a hickey as that big of an issue, it's not like we went farther than that. Apparently the hickey was too high up and her mom saw it, she took my gfs phone and doesn't want us to ever see eachother again. My gf (using her sisters phone) said her mom wants to talk to me because I "disrespected" her. How can I use this opportunity to convince her that I'm actually a good person and never meant to disrespect her, or make her feel disrespected? ...I really love this girl |

Question: Am I wrong for feeling this way? Am i being selfish? All opinions are welcome!? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:16 PM PDT Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 3 years. We really love each other and have always wanted to get married. He never pressured me for anything. Recently, the marriage talk has gotten more frequent. Today we were on the phone and he asked me about marrying him and if i wanted to. I told him of course but i want a proper proposal. My boyfriend currently has asylum and is here legally but has no citizenship. I don't believe he is with me just for that. And he even broke up with me (in the beginning) because of something but we got back together. When i told him i wanted a proposal, he got mad and said that it could wait and i told him i didn't want to get married like that. In the position he's in i understand that waiting for years and planning a wedding is not an option as we both are building our lives. I'm in Pharmacy school and he will be graduating from nursing school soon. I tried explaining to him that a proposal is very important to me because i want to remember that forever. He's agreed to it before in the past but now it's a problem. He's saying that if I was ready and wanted to help him,and knowing his current position,i shouldnt need a proposal but i disagreed. We went back and forth and the conversation ended terribly. I just want to know, am i being selfish or asking for too much? In my opinion, i feel like I already wouldn't be having the weddding i want (for right now) so the least i deserve is a memorable proposal. Please tell me your opinions. |

Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:13 PM PDT She was only going to take off her top, but then when she saw a guy we knew, she took off the rest and wasn't shy at all. Are most women like this? Both the guy and his wife were nude. So I guess she wanted to fit in and took off the rest. She was chatting the guy up. Maybe she was nervous, but she wasn't trying to hide anything. Should I be nervous? |

Posted: 21 Apr 2019 06:01 PM PDT I've dates my current bf for a year & half & about a year ago we started having arguments as his guy best friend started to get jealous whenever we would spend time together , he would blackmail my bf to feeling bad for spending time with me He even admitted in texts that he didn't like me . Before I knew it my bf started spending every weekend clubbing & going to bars with his guy best friend & his other boys, all are single. He would meet me for a an hour or 2 during the day in the week and we would never go on dates anymore Recently my bf logged into whatssap on my computer and forgot to log off . I typed my name in his whatssap and messages came up from when we first met between him and that guy friend , where his friend says " I bet all you're thinking about is ******* Laura " " Laura just looked my way and smiled she doesn't kno we're talking about a burger and she's the meat " to which my bf replies "full on steak" and his friend said " I want to put my source on her and can we have a threesome" to which my bf replied "later after I smash it first hopefully lol" and my bf talked about how I am a "bad *****" and how's hes deleted messages to "cover his tracks " I don't know what to think anymore , I haven't confronted him about this but I feel I can no longer be in a relationship if he's going to stay close it's a guy like this and the fact that he's okay with him speaking like that even though it was early in our dating ! Please advice what to do |

Question: Should I message this girl again? Posted: 21 Apr 2019 05:55 PM PDT I matched with a girl on Tinder last night and messaged her when I got home a few hours later at 4am (didn't see the notification until I was home). I couldn't really find anything in her profile (her bio was changed to "I really like pickled onion crisps", obviously written to show her kind of humour I suppose) that I use in a first message, and in my bio I mention I watch The Office so I used a quote from the show (the "which bear is best" one) to see if she'd get the reference. Plus I guessed it beat the basic "hey". It's been a day and she never responded (there's no read receipt anymore, so she's bound to have seen it after a day), and now I'm beginning to realise just how weird seeing a first message like that could be (I was half awake when I sent it and found it funny at the time). Should I send a second message saying that it was a quote so she doesn't think I'm weird? |
